I wish that seats closer to the front of the plan were available, but when I booked the flight the seats were VERY expensive so I did not book seats at that time. The day before flying only seats at the back of the plane were available. It takes so long to board the plane and empty the plane on arrival due to SO many roller bags.

Good flight. No I’m seat entertainment. But my phone worked just fine on the west jet app.

I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.

Not a bad flight but our priority tagged luggage was the very last to come down the carousel.

Plane had a flat tire, delayed boarding and takeoff but one in the air, smooth. Make sure you have downloaded the WJ app before you leave. When on board, you can watch movies or TV shows offered on the app, it passed the time very quickly.

Our recent flight from edmontown to kahalui was excellent. The service staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, funny and attentive. Thanks to all involved that made or travel such a pleasant experience and we hope to fly with west jet again soon

The flight was delayed and I missed boarding my 7 day cruise. I had to book a separate flight home

No real issues just wasnt able to hear / understand any announcements flight attendant was making but everything else was really good- ended up checking my carry on case for free which made deboarding quicker. I would fly West Jet for all my flights.

Seats were comfortable and leg room was good. Slight delay for boarding but nothing too bad. Would fly with them again.

First time with Porter and I can say this is best airline company in Canada. Great service, free WiFi, free snack and drinks (including beer and wine). Seats were super comfy on the Embraer jet and I appreciated the folding try table too. Staff were excellent both legs of the trip.

Crew is ok. They offered food n drinks. Had difficulty connecting to wifi on board.

Tight transfer in Montreal. (15 min) However, we made it, as did my luggage.

Check in was slow because of passenger ahead in Reserve line. Seats were somewhat uncomfortable.

First time with Porter. Amazing experience overall, will be my airline of choice in North America whenever possible. Liked the quality of food and how it was served but one suggestion- a hot meal on the longer flights, perhaps?

Delayed by 2.5 hours. This happened previously on my flight from YOW to YVR on Dec. 26.2023. This is a terrible airline. The reason was there was lack of ground crew. This is a known event. AVOID PORTER AIRLINES IF YOU CAN. There is a reason half the plane was empty.

The airline arrival at the downtown airport is a big plus.. Food and beverage was excellent. Their non weather related cancellation is horrible. Overall I gave the airline 7 over 10 Tips for people flying porter from Boston. The airline doesn’t have inflight entertainment No TV No WIFI. Bring your entertainment with you.

Wasn’t on the flight- again. Bad weather in Halifax and I was in an accident. What a poor experience to have to pay for all this flight and not be on it

I didn’t make my flight due to poor weather and I had an accident driving there. I tried to get my money back or even credit and nothing. I have an entire flight both to Florida and back that I paid for and no one will give me any money back. I know this isn’t just Porter and it’s 3rd party- however airlines should allow these companies to take money for things they don’t get. I’m so upset. Who can afford a full flight they never take?

Surprisingly easy! I was hesitant to try this, but the cost swayed me. I actually felt like I had less stress than all the taxiing and possible delays that occur with short regional flights where you spend less time in the air than getting to and from the plane..

The flight was delayed due to weather issue…WiFi did not work and even though I wanted to pay for WiFi I couldn’t buy it. Overall very disappointing even though I paid and reserved Business class

United business class just sucks. There’s no reason to go business class with United. This time there were no screens. Boarding is ridiculous, always. The pull-out table was broken. The female crew members were very nice. The male crew member liked to listen to himself talk on the intercom. And gives his stupid comments on almost anything.

We waited to takeoff for about 1 hour delay for a 20 min flight.

Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Also flight was very cold.

Your app is impossible to use. I couldn't load it. Then i couldn't open it. When i finally got both those things done -with much help -then i couldn't open the app to install a credit card. The upshot was 4 flights without access to food or drink. When i first tried to download united app some company called starlier opened instead and i would up signing up for some 49 dollar a month music service which i still have not been able to cancel.

I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.

Overall it was good. The flight was bumpy at times, but the pilot made us aware every time. As a result, no snacks/drinks were made available. Seats were tight but that’s okay as I had a window seat.

The staff were so kind and helpful. We flew back from NY with another airline and it was horrible. We will always stick with Air Canada as everything was far better!

A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?

The wifi I paid for did not work. The seats are tight.

There were no free snacks…little pretzel bag or cookies like we had on our flight out.

I supposed to have a wheel chair waiting to take me to the luggage carousel. Didn’t happen so I had to walk up the walkway with my cane. I lost my balance and broke my little toe on my right foot, which means that I’m hobbling around with a very painful left leg and a very painful toe on my right foot. It was a nightmare.

It was good except it was quite delayed arriving to Newark.

The seats are comfortable. Flight was comfortable and on time. Love the format of the map (so different from United.

The only complaint, and it was a HUGE HASSLE, was the carrier of the flight from Newark to Toronto on flight AC 3711. On my itinerary it stated that the flight was 'Operated by REPUBLIC AIRLINES/UNITED EXPRESS'. Translation: it was a United Airlines flight. Different terminal, which meant frustration with inability to check in at Terminal A, needing to catch a shuttle to Terminal C. I told my friend who was picking me up that I was flying United Airlines. She waited for me at the United Airlines terminal in Toronto, except I arrived at the Air Canada terminal. Very confusing and difficult for all of us. Better communication is needed when other airlines operate Air Canada flights.

It was a very pleasant trip from A to Z.

Every leg of my trip with Air Canada was delayed Never offered as much as a small bag of pretzels on. 3 hour trip Printing boarding passes at the airport when told to bring printed boarding passes with you Unable to load passes into my apple wallet- so very easy with other airlines
