Lousy entertainment system. Crews are excellent. Meal is just mediocre.
They did an excellent job helping me with a wheelchair. I couldn’t have asked for any better help.
Good. Obviously there is a slightly condescending attitude of all American workers towards their customers but other than that all good.
It was a great experience in all aspects including passengers are respectful to each other. I will consider to fly with Korean Air again in the future.

They had the same movie choice as my previous flight, not much of a choice, movies were not up to date, music was uninteresting. Other than sitting on the ground for 40 minutes after boarding the plane, with pilot telling us that they couldn't load the plane because of rain, (bullshit) We finally got into Bangkok of course 40 minutes late.
The flight crews were extremely professional helpful and courteous. Departure and arrival times were accurate. No delay. Thanks
Customer service is not a top priority from boarding to while on flight, was belittled on boarding Some staff speak english at almost a 0% fluency
After the gauntlet of unnecessary security, and the two mile jog to make the flight, the flight was delayed 20 minutes on the ground for takeoff.. However, once in the air, the crew gave its usual excellent service.
2 hour connection time in Seoul to make plane to Bangkok. Giant security lineup. Lots of worry over making flight reduced joy of flying via KE/Incheon. This was a repeat of my flight in Nov 2022, so apparently is the new normal for KE. Flight was boarding after I was forced to jog what seemed to be 2 miles from security to my departure gate. Please fix this. I still cannot understand that if you have already been screened in Canada for dangerous items, and there is no opportunity to obtain any between one plane and the next, why you should be screened AGAIN.
One of the business class panels where we were sitting was broken and it didn’t close. Therefore, the be privacy was limited.
When I checked in, it printed two bag tags. The helper said they would cancel the other. They canceled both and my bag was left behind
I liked the flight over all. Towards the middle of the flight. There was a flight attendant who felt like they were rushing to had out vegetarian wraps and said they were “sandwiches”. She also handed out hand we wanted the water but she was walked so fast we didn’t get any. We sat in the seat 45 E & D. And towards the last 30 minutes of the flight there was an announcement saying the crew would collect trash. No one ever came around. So held on to the trash until we landed and left in the seats.!
As always, there is that one or two flight attendants that could be better.
It was good. The crew was efficient, food was good
Service is great. Seat is ok. Not much storage room and seat is hard but seat topper was nice. Cabin was very warm most of the flight. Washoku Food was good.

They lost my luggage on the inbound flight and then lost it again on this flight. I called online travel agent to change earlier flight to get a longer layover in Vancouver but ANA denied it
At Fukuoka, check in counter stuff was no experience , took long time and took out our preserved sheets to change to emergency exit seats without asking. The flight was late and we missed the flight to go back to SF. My luggage was broken. I had a terrible experience.
The service was better on this flight from the long haul one, but still very poor from The Cathay Pacific of the past.
Cathay has always been great. Even allowed some leniency on my baggage weight. I believe they are also on the more leg room side of airlines.
Missed our flight with Cathay due to late Westjet plane and chaotic Toronto airport. Had to clear customs get bags and re check bags in an hour. Did not make it got lost not clear signage with bag drop off. West jet only allowed 1 checked bag for this international fluid. Cathay checked my second bag for free.
Seat was very old. Didn’t easily go up and down. Flight Attendent had issues moving the seat. Condition of the seat was ok. Parts were peeling off by the foot area. Food was ok. Ran out of the dish I wanted so got the beef. Beef filet was very tender but the sauce was a little strange. Disembarking was very easy.
Boarding on any airline is a hot mess. Load your pivilaged passengers, then back to front. Back to front.
My connecting flight was canceled or never existed. My stopover went from 1 hour and a half to 10 hours. It was a long day that I wasn't prepared for and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Cathay is great though. Great staff, entertainment and food.
Baggage delayed for 2 days and still chasing for reimbursement of basis items. Very horrible customer care service.
Crew experience was more transnational, seats were so close together (LtoR and FtoB) that it was difficult to enjoy much of anything. When the person in front leaned back, there is no space for me. Sadly it was a flight to be endured not experienced.
One of the worst flight in business class by qatar airways and I’m no stranger with qatar airways businesses class, I travelled with the extensively in the past 12 years
Everything was good food could be better but ok for economy on my 2nd flight the head ph jack are bad you have to hold pushed in to hear anything but other then that very nice service
My flight was cancelled due to weather but Westjet got me on a new flight in a timely and efficient manor.
No internet, not even westjet connect makes for a boring flight
Our first flight from LAX to Winnipeg was changed but you never informed us at all. It went from a nonstop flight to a stay at Calgary. This impacted our trip negatively as we arrived much later than we planned to. Our returning flight was horrible. The flight was delayed 6 hours!! And we were NOT going to wait that long. The only way we got on our original flight was running there. However all of our suitcases were now coming on the delayed flight. It was the worst experience we ever had flying. I want my money back.
Lots of overhead storage and a good crew and service.

It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.
The flight itself was fine, but two of the ladies at the gate were extremely rude to a few of us in line. Their customer service really needs some help. I’ve always had good experiences with WestJet until these two ladies. They had the worst attitudes and really left a bad taste in my mouth after a good trip
Smooth process, on time. Everything ran perfectly. It would be nice to have in flight entertainment and better food choices but these were short flights so not a big deal

Very tight leg room and not a fan of the new policy on no free carry on luggage. Besides that, it was fine.

Sat on the tarmac with no ventilation for almost an hour, without a single word from the crew. Appalling. When Air Canada goes bankrupt, again, almost everyone in Canada will be cheering.
If you have checked the status of my booking you would have seen that it was cancelled. And the travelers insurance we purchased only covered $100 per ticket. So my overall experience with kayak and air canada is poor
The plane for my second flight was reassigned. We had to wait for them to get a different plane out of the hangar and call in a crew
