Points négatifs : The staff did not want to accept my ticket purchased through kayak, told me that should have bought a ticket directly through air transat, and they told me to buy a new ticket elsewhere if I wanted to travel on that day. So I had to buy a same day ticket with air canada for an additional $900 CAD, and my ticket bought through kayak was useless, making me waste the entire cost of the ticket purchased through kayak.

Points positifs : Yo había ido al sanitario, cuando regrese ya habían repartido los jugos, la aeromosa muy atenta me llego a preguntar si quería jugo y me lo llevaron.

Points négatifs : Al momento de dar las instrucciones de seguridad, creo que los pasajeros prestan más atención y entienden más si hay alguien del crew al frente dando ejemplos de cómo hacerlo. Todo lo demás excelente!
