Pros: I loved the decor, how clean everything was, the light, that you can open the window, the comfort, coziness, basically everything! The lotion and amenities provided were cute and high-quality. Really enjoyed my stay here - perfect. Great location near W 4th subway stop with so many trains, walkable, just off Washington Sq Pk. Overall so comfortable, clean and bright!

Cons: my room was tiny. i was there on business. i had to go to the lobby/lounge to do work since there was no desk/chair in my room. luckily, the lounge is comfortable with access to a full bar.

Cons: The room was very small and was not ready for check in when we got there. We were told we would be called on our cell shortly after we got there to inform us the room was ready and we were never called. We were then charged a fee for checking out an hour after check out and was never told a fee was going to be assessed. I found out when I check my credit card statement later that day.

Cons: We had no complaints, other than how expense all hotels are in NYC. Our cost was about $333 per night. Don't get too excited about the free continental breakfast.
