Pros: Newer plane w seatback screen for entertainment. Baggage in Honolulu was delivered quickly. Crew was friendly n attentive.

Pros: For a low fare airline, this was a comfortable, on time flight. Good entertainment selection and decent food. Crew was accommodating.

Cons: Ontario Airport for international arrival is confusing. I think this has to do with more the airport than the airline...although the airline could have helped too. There is no one to ask questions once you exited the security area. The signage is incorrect for airport shuttle to the parking lots. In order to get to the parking lot, one would need to first take a rental car shuttle to the regular terminal and then change to an airport shuttle.

Pros: Check-in counter - staff was corteous

Cons: Flight was cancelled, air line did not offer any food nor hotel accommodation. We were rebooked to a different carrier, departed 13 hours later.

Cons: We meet different problem in this flight. First, the boarding start late and we arrive late more than one hour. They could organize the entrance with range of number. The food was ok, but the beverage is poor, just half glass of wine or juice. no more. one small bottle should be normal fro lunch or dinner.

Pros: New Airbus 350-900 with excellent nose wheel and tail forward view where we watched our takeoff and landing. Enough choices on entertainment system to satisfy one on a 15hr flight. Lots of self serve snacks and drinks mid-flight.

Cons: Lounge in SFO and Shanghai was shared with other airlines and a bit crowded. Food is not as impressive as in the business class on some other airlines - even the food in HK airport lounge is not that impressive - neither the varieties nor the taste

Cons: Three hour delay in flight 3U8720 on 15-Sep-2016 from Lhasa to Chnegdu and subsequently how the hotel and transport was arranged was very poor, especially the communication was poor.

Cons: It was never made clear in my itinerary that there was a stop at Hangzhou. I didn't realize there was a seperate flight until I checked in at the hotel.

Pros: Food and service always reliably good to excellent. If you're used to the North American style of "we are primarily here for your safety" service standard, then Asian airlines like EVA would be a breath of fresh air.

Pros: The in-flight entertainment options were rather sparse (compared to other airlines I've flown in the past e.g. Singapore Airlines/Qatar/Emirates). However, everything else was pretty good. The bathrooms were maintained throughout the flight and I appreciated the water bottle so I wouldn't have to keep waiting for the little trays of drinks to come around.

Cons: The stewardess were not friendly and accomodating!

Cons: The delay with boarding time caused me to almost miss my connecting flight in Taipei, where my checked bag was also delayed and did not check through concurrently with me.

Cons: I upgraded my seat and I couldn't even recline it. 6 hours in an upright position. If I would if know this I wouldn't of upgraded to that seat I actually would like a refund in this as well. Waste is money

Pros: The Air Canada Rouge crew was young, efficient & courteous; seats were good; and it was the only direct flight that I can get that day, at a convenient time during the daytime.

Cons: Better entertainment ( u can only get them streamed to your own device), and maybe a bit better food.

Pros: Perhaps the most courteous airline I’ve experienced.

Cons: The main issue was getting off the plane in Sydney - we had to wait for a bus to offload us as the plane was sitting a long distance from the terminal. The bus eventually came, offloaded half the passengers and then returned 20 minutes later to start to offload the rest. It's the longest time I've ever spend disembarking from a plane and clearing an airport - very poor whoever was responsible (I'm assuming Sydney airport was at fault).

Cons: Left on first leg trip from NY to HK. 23 kg/ bag. Two bags per person. Next leg was HK to Malpensa. When I go to check in they tell me 30 kg. Total weight allowed. Very upsetting. I was asked to pay 12780.- HKD. Completely misleading and trapped. I will consider other airline in future.

Talk about ruining the whole travel experience because after a 16 hour flights your bag isn’t here and no one seems to know what happened . So they have you waiting 2 hours diiddling yourself and no one has any information . Go China southern yeah ! NOT

Pros: Flight was on time and efficient. Crew was polite, professional and efficient. In other legs of this trip the experience was not so good. On this leg, however, I noticed that the crew was very accommodating to the passengers and never seemed bothered by special requests.

Cons: Food was okay. We ordered 4 different types of vegetarian meals, but only received on type of vegetarian meal. Movie selection was not great, but I still appreciate that each seat has its own personal on demand video screen.

Cons: No earplugs, TVs are too far away to read the English subtitles.

Cons: Check-in was frustrating with split lines, late openings. Could not get boarding pass on kiosk or on website. Kayak is not user-friendly and does not seem to support online check-in. Would not recommend using it to others. Will not use it again.

Pros: The price was absolutely amazing, dollars to miles it was the best bargain on a trip ever. Crew responded very quickly, and handled everything excellently.

Cons: The seat could have used a little more cushioning, the fasten seatbelt sign was on the whole flight so passengers weren't really sure when it was okay to move about the cabin.

Pros: While the business seats weren’t as comfortable as the pods, they did go flat for a decent sleep but they aren’t as wide,you need to be traveling as a couple if you have a window seat if you want to get out while the other person is asleep.
