At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.

At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.

The immigration hall in Amsterdam was understaffed, so passport checking was slower than it should be for a major airport. They need to get the automatic readers up and running for non EU passport holders. Waiting in line after a long flight feels a bit abusive.

Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!

KLM remains a quality flag carrier airline which maintains its standards whilst all their competitors are lowering theirs.

The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.

My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!

Klm start boarding while somw air issue in the plan

The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade

I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.

Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack

Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.

No WiFi and ok comfort in business class. Home safe I guess that’s all that really matters.

Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class

The flight itself was pleasant and on time. Crew was very good. However, breakfast food was barely acceptable. Unfortunately this satisfies the recent industry standards. I asked for a sandwich with ham (another choice was cheese), but received a sandwich with roast beef.

Delay rushed to the next plane and bags didn’t arrive in chicago

Boarding could've been improved a bit, the rest is excellent.

Agents helping disable person doesnt know connections to Poland and after 9 agents helping and 2hours ,we made it to proper terminal. Polish Dreamliner its Polish nightmare liner with so narrow seats and no room under front seat for bag and feet,in economy class. To upgrade, to higher standart cost an arm and leg ,even there are empty seats No good experience overall

Bags lost no more to say, bad communication and no urgency to get it back to the hotel by the airline properly the worst airline I have used.

The customer service rep on chat refused carrying golf set at no charge that is customary for LOT and others. I wanted yo carry just ONE club not even full set! Web check in was nightmare. Most horrible lounge at warsaw. To call it business class is a BIG exaggeration. Rude staff warsaw to nyc. Seats uncomfortable and not flat as is now customary. Bad content and entertainment system.

It was was okay but the seat was stiff and hard to sit on it!!

Crew was making faces when asked for extra water. They can really use a smile while giving services. Other Than that they were good. Lots of turbulence. Also while landing it was not smooth. The tire made a loud noise. They need to make those better. Other than that everything was good.

Lovely flight.....only cold drinks and no more complimentary cookies!

Elderly female flight attendant was not customer friendly. There were only about 12 people on a regional jet that had about 60 seats. There were 8 exit row seats and none of them were taken. We attempted to sit in those seats and the flight attendant gave the standard " you didn't pay for those" so she would not allow us to move. What harm would that have caused ? They assigned seats to 5 of the 12 people in 2 rows, row 20 and 21. A simple friendly customer experience gesture of allowing us to sit in exit rows would have gone a long way in me having a very favorable impression on Air Canada. After that I have very poor impression of Air Canada and will not fly with them when I can avoid it.

I wish they gave the earphones earlier rather than when we are already in flight.

Pearson Airport could not properly handle all the passengers who they needed to process in order to properly get them on board. As a result, I missed the departure of my flight from Toronto. The only saving grace is that Air Canada found a flight that only delayed me by one hour. However, this was no thanks to Pearson Airport!

Boarding was slow and our flight took off late. We paid extra for better seats, which were still too small and too close together. The food was horrible. Pasty and tasteless ( odd because the food from Toronto to Spain had been okay.) Disembarking was slow. Multiple exits should be used to disembark. The process takes too long.

Almost everything it was a “cool” ambiance but we arrived to Toronto so that it’s ok for me

The crew was really nice. The plane seats were kinda small even for a 5’6” / 158 lbs person.

All good great price seating very cramped but overall very good

It was good. Short flight and the crew were well organized. I find the seats a little close together. I am tall so more leg room would always be welcome.

Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.

Late departing Budapest, very stressful change in Munich though we made it since connecting flight was delayed.

The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.

As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

Flight was delayed and luggage was delivered day after arrival. In Bilbao they told me day after would be delivered faster if I went to Bilbao to get my own bags so I did. Wasted my morning.

Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded

The crew was very professional, no food was served. The flight was delayed which impacted my connection at Frankfurt to Chicago… It was very stressful because it was out of my control. Had I missed my connection, it would have been extremely disruptive and inconvenient as I would have had to make other arrangements to fly to the United States.

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights

Everything was perfect. That is the most beautiful flight over thenDolomites.

Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages

A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.

The international flight from PHL to Lisbon was one of the worst I’ve experienced, ever. What was really disappointing was the entire experience of comfort and service in the coach cabin after takeoff. The food was inedible and the wine served with dinner was such low quality - it tasted of petrol. I couldn’t eat more than a bite or two of the chicken entree, being worried it would make me ill. The service took so long to reach the entire coach cabin, I ended up having the lights turned off on me as though I had to rush though dinner (though as I mentioned, it wasn’t as if I ate much - only the salad). Most of the attendants seemed generally annoyed and were not friendly or polite. While there was some turbulence, it wasn’t too uncomfortable and I know that is just a chance. The temperature of the cabin was so warm, even a friend a row or two up and on the other side of the plane felt like this. To top it all off, the seat was so uncomfortable and flattened/overused, I had back pains for DAYS afterward.

Very bad because flight was cancelled and they never informed me i have to wait for three days in hotel to get another flight

I had a great experience on this flight! The crew was extremely helpful and attentive. Seats are very comfortable and the in flight entertainment was excellent.

The crew did not really interact with me which was no problem as I was fine. I did see that they were somewhat short with some passengers but that was not common. Just in general, they did not seem friendly - no requirement to be so but I am used to a friendly crew on most flights. The food was just ok but with a flight that large, I would think it hard to make something more elaborate.

The onboard service was fantastic, really in a class of its own

Push back is not working when I complaint a male staff he told me that most of the seats are like that so we can’t do anything

Seats were way too small. I got claustrophobic waiting for trash from meal to be taken away. I couldn't move to even close my tray until trash was taken.

Was very bad the cancel the flight after when we arrived to London
