The captain was running late from landing from a prior flight. We all boarded then had to sit and wait for like an hour for him to arrive. I don't understand why you would have us board knowing that we would have to all sit and wait on the captain for an extended period of time.
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty
All good except the dining. Both meals were the worst I’ve ever encountered on any previous flight.

Crew and support were very good; lounge was very good. Seat was narrow and very close to other passengers; lie flat is more complicated and exposed to the aisleways.
We were delayed so pilots can rest and had no WiFi the whole trip. First class seats are small compared to other planes
Pushing back flight and ultimately cancelling it after multiple changes and hours of delays. Comm were terrible as to what was going on and what options were available.
Because I was moved to an exit row, the snacks in economy comfort, the selection of snacks was better.

Good but airlines getting smaller. I didn't like the meal but the service was fine. Flight was fine and luggage arrived. So good.
Given I (and I’m assuming most people) have both carry in and a personal item included in their fare, I find it very unfair that on neither of my flights I was able to use the overhead for my small backpack because they were completely rammed with luggage, people personal items, jackets, hats and other items. So the only item I brought in had to be stuffed under my seat while they had their leg room and sat comfortable with all of their items in the overhead. This has to stop because I was uncomfortable on both flights when I only had one smaller item that could not be checked due to its contents (medication etc). Plenty of people could have checked theirs but chose not to and then took up the space allotment for 2 people.
From pre boarding to flight attendant, crew and baggage handler, excellent. Didn’t lost my luggage like West jet.

Michael, our FA was very attentive, even finding me a chocolate brownie from economy class when the dessert selections were all dairy based. ( intolerant, not allergic so don’t usually need to order dairy free)
Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.
Everything was good. Flight was on time, luggage pickup was quick. The staff were great. Could not ask for anything more.
-The cabin was ice cold - When we arrived in Houston there was no gate available -We had to wait 90 minutes for our luggage to arrive.. In the future I will avoid flying with Air Canada at at costs
We enjoyed that we boarded and took off on time. We didn’t like that our connection flight was a twenty minute walk through the airport with only one hour in between flights.
Always a pleasure to fly with WestJet. I am however frustrated about the rising costs. We have started to resort to Ultra Basic fares to afford but really missing the extra bag but too costly.
The crew were all helpful, kind, and effective. There could have been more space under the seats.
Food was not inspired but was satisfying. Same for infotainment selection. You’d think business class would come with complimentary WiFi. Crew was uniformly attentive and excellent.
Did not like the seat selection which was poor.? My daughter and I never did get seats together because it all took place at the last minute and we had to accept whatever seats were left

Westjet has a terrible boarding crew. I had a zone 3 pass and my wife and kids had zone 9 as we purchased tickets separately. After scanning our boarding passes, the boarding Filipino lady rudely says that my family has zone 9 passes. I said I have 3 and wanted to board as a family and she started a rant that they have 9 and they were small kids to board with me. I told her that I am not going to separate family because of this and what she said didn’t make sense. It’s a shame to Westjet if they have such policy. It’s a shame to the WestJet employee to start this rant after the passes were scanned. Westjet has to train people to speak politely and not with rude demanding tone. If that’s Westjet policy, I will pick a different airline next time. Westjet is not the only one out there.
Calgary WJET supervisor was the most professional, and diligent official who I have experienced personally to resolve our flight issues.
Never got to take the flight due to app kinds of problems with the earlier WestJet legs of the trip.

Multiple delays and gate changes resulting in arrival with a 5 hour delay.
The ground staff was so rude in Toronto airport ...very rude and did not answer simple questions, and made me look like a fool. Very rude ground staff.
As previously mentioned in last review , seats are small and uncomfortable, and baggage fees are high!
We got home a day late because of mechanical problems and that they wouldn’t put us on available other flights.

Well organized check in and boarding. Aircraft had comfortable seats and lots of leg space, both ground staff and crew members were nice.

It was a pleasant flight all around. The staff were courteous and it went by quickly. The pilot was great and the plane, well, I just couldn't do it without them. Blessed to arrive safely, thank you.
Hey as long as you bring me back to earth in one piece I’m good! Otherwise great flight smooth take off and landing good staff Only thing is the staff at the back of the aircraft chatters a lot it’s annoying at times but I’ll let that go because they are very sweet overall.
With weather and severe delays it was disappointing we didn't receive any compensation for the 5 hour delay. Not even a food voucher.

Flight was good, little delayed because of busy plane traffic
The plane was very creaky and lots of ringing. Plane was dirty and dingy. I couldn't hear the captain's announcements from the flight deck. Not sure if it was the captain or the audio equipment, but good thing there wasn't an emergency where we needed clear instructions. The overhead compartments were clearly full, but the flight crew allowed people to stand in the back with their carry on luggage. Then after everyone boarded, they had to go to the front to gate check their luggage because there was no room for their bags and then they returned to their seats...such a waste of time when clearly the overhead compartments were full when they originally boarded.
I booked an aisle seat and was given a middle. At 6'4" 230lbs, it is not ideal to fly in the middle row for myself and passengers.
Awful. We had an 8 hour mechanical delay- no vouchers and no kind/courtesy/professional representatives in the entire airport. Not only was it a terrible experience for both my 7 year old and myself, I still have not heard back from American about how they’re going to correct it- I’ve sent 2 or 3 emails about our experience- which was just awful. Not to mention according to national traveling laws, we should be reimbursed… but of course they’re not responding.
Overall it was good but not great. The aircraft was an old and seats didn’t recline in business class unless you kept playing around with it.
The plane was subbed for another last minute, the gate was changed last minute. Could live with that but we boarded and there was a delay which totaled an hour in the end. There was a technical issue which meant wheels needed to remain out for ten mins after take off. My USB phone charger was broken as was the headphone jack which meant I could t enjoy the IFE and could use my phone after a few hours. Even the map function on the plane failed to work after a few hours.
The flight was delayed and we were told the airplane is on its way to the gate from the hangar. We were told this for 2 hours and the flight was continually delayed in ~30 minute increments. Then we ended up having a new airplane. The issue wasn’t clearly communicated and it left everyone feeling confused about when we would actually be leaving. Whenever they communicated a new boarding time it felt arbitrary and random. The boarding process was a mess and disorganized, which made it last longer than necessary. Landing was rough. Seats were uncomfortable.
