One checkin and gate attendant was very nice. Another was just making everyone check their bags and slowing down the boarding too. This was an A310 so good over bin space. Seats kind of weird, cushion sticking up in the back pushing forward

American Airlines II: Delay Boogaloo. Multiple gate changes, delays, boarded and then MORE delays. I hate to say this won’t matter, but posting stuff about major corporations in 2026 is a post-modern “scream into the void.” Was multiple hours late coming home, so there you go.

We had several flights and they were all on-time and flawless

Delayed due to weather in Dallas (arriving flight arrived late), then boarded the plane only to deboard immediately afterwards, tire needed to be replaced. Flight supposed to depart at 6:15pm but departed at 9:35pm.

The crew was very kind, but no in-flight entertainment monitors and a 2 hour and 30 minute delay was extremely frustrating.

Meals were not so good. Snack between the meals was very bad. Like Japan Airlines, they could eliminate the snack and make the second meal much better.

The flight was on time/early, attentive crew, and everything overall went smoothly. Disappointed that WIFI was not working for the flight.

Baggage allowances are terrible and the experience of only being allowed one bag and paying so much to take sporting equipment to a known ski area should be addressed.

Flight was canceled. I asked to be rerouted to OKC and then took an Uber.

They made me pay $40 to check a bag that was listed as free when I bought my ticket. Then before boarding they offered to check any bags free.

Flight was oversold. Seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.

Good but I don’t received my bags yet is been 5days still no update

Boarding is always chaotic. Delay was over 2 hours while inside plane . Crew not very friendly

The flight was good. My luggage didn’t land with me when I arrived in Columbus. So grateful I was able to get my luggage back within the 2 hours😍👍.

Comfortable seats with good leg room. But not screens on seat backs.

I was rescheduled when I missed my flight due to border clearance issue

Air Canada has very professional , friendly and co operative crew.

Screens not working; flight delay due to mechanical issues I tried to get information about food on flight — no information available

Flight was delayed twice which made our arrival extremely late (actually into next day). Not an easy travel. But when we requested assistance for boarding we were really impressed with how they helped us! Strongly praise their assistance.
