This may have been the hottest cabin temperatures I have experienced on any flight prior to take off lasting for approximately 30 minutes. I am not typically one to complain but I was genuinely worried about the health of several passengers on the flight due to the extreme temperatures including a small toddler.
I got bumped by Qantas to American Airlines incurring a 6 hr layover at lax. I was not happy
Air conditioning was out for about 15 minutes that made it uncomfortable. WiFi went out halfway into the flight. Flight was about 45 minutes late.
Delayed due to weather in Dallas (arriving flight arrived late), then boarded the plane only to deboard immediately afterwards, tire needed to be replaced. Flight supposed to depart at 6:15pm but departed at 9:35pm.
Meals were not so good. Snack between the meals was very bad. Like Japan Airlines, they could eliminate the snack and make the second meal much better.
Baggage allowances are terrible and the experience of only being allowed one bag and paying so much to take sporting equipment to a known ski area should be addressed.
The flight was on time and crew were nice, seats were tight and there was entertainment available
Good service, friendly staff. Food was average for airlines and the seats were small.
Didnt realize i had bought a seat that couldnt recline. Not horrible as it was very short flight.
Typically, I am always impressed with American personnel. These you run into the rude old hags that are still around. I can tell over my 40 years of flying with them, they have made strides in improving their attitudes.
As always, Air Canada flight was delayed for almost more than an hour, which made my time of my flight 15 hours which was absolutely unacceptable.
Everything was excellent except the breakfast was cheap yogurt and cake ????
The flight departed more than an hour later than expected. The flight itself was good. No other problems.
Plane was late. Too many announcements during the flight. Made me pay that deposit. Uncomfortable seats.
It was pretty good. The transatlantic flights can be tough on any airline, but this was a decent experience. The only thing I disliked was the airline crew moved my carry on bag without telling me or explaining anything. If I was sleeping during that part, I would’ve assumed it was stolen.
Exorbitantly overpriced ticket. Flight was delayed as per usual with air Canada and there was zero refund or compensation.
Flight delay due to staff shortage. No snack or drinks served. Toilets had water collecting on the floor.
The help at check-in area was excellent! The crew on board was great and the legroom and entertainment is excellent!
Flight was delayed due to crew/co-pilot change over delay and Pearson scheduling issue. Flight didn't leave until 20:05 which was 15 minutes before it was supposed to land in YYZ.
Snacks and drinks should be served together and air hostess was not supportive with no smile which was kind of disappointing.
