My flight cancelled 3 time and rebooked. It was unexpected for me. Otherwise everything is perfect.

very disappointed with Air Canada, flight delay more than 4 hours.

No entertainment - although it was a small plane, short flight. Had to check my small carry on bag which was inconvenient - I DID like that I got text messages as it moved through the cycle of pick up and dispensation at the baggage claim area. It gave me piece of mind to know it was moving along. I've had too many experiences of lost luggage (not with Air Canada) that I always travel light and with a carryon when possible.

Flight canceled so had to wait in the airport for a long time.

The plane was boarding at gate 50 and there was a flight to Toronto at gate 52 making the boarding are chaotic and busy.

Flight was delayed at least 4 times then once we boarded they found a problem with the plane and we had to de-plane and wait another hour for a different plane. I was an hour late for my performance.

The first flight Seattle to Toronto was very poor. My seat was changed. The aircraft was changed. They were having issues with the meals. My second flight from Toronto to Quebec was fine. Short flight still no entertainment. My third flight Quebec to Montreal was very short seats are very uncomfortable, too old and way worn out almost like sitting on a bench. My last flight Montreal to Seattle was fine. Finally, they had some entertainment. Proper food was offered as advertised flight staff was accommodating and friendly, but once again, the aircraft seats are hard like benches.
