But the worst problem was BA left 24 suitcases in Heathrow as the flight was too full but didn’t tell anyone. So we waited for ages at Toulouse airport with no information and finally found out from the one member of staff in the baggage collection area who explained what had happened and apologised for no announcement being made but said that was their policy. Then BA contacted me today to say they have found my luggage and can deliver it to me on Tuesday - half way through my holiday!!!! So a friend has had to make a four hour round trip in his car to go and collect the luggage from the airport so we can get it today. A TOTAL SHAMBLES AND DISREGARD BY BA FOR THEIR PASSENGERS’ BEST INTERESTS.

Flight was delayed but my previous flight was as well so It worked to my advantage. This was my first time in first class. I don't think they ever stopped feeding us. The seating area was very spacious and comfortable. The attendants were wonderful, warm, friendly and very personable.

They sat my 2 year old in the seat behind me, separate from myself and my 5 year-old daughter. When I asked them to fix it they told me to speak to the gate agent in London. When I asked in London they told me to talk to the cabin crew. Then a “Supervisor” stuck us in row 39 at the back of the plane when we were originally sitting in row 25/26. They ran out of food which was gross anyway, and the entertain didn’t work the first hour of the flight. Overall terrible experience.

Flight was delayed for 2h. Announcements were poor and I was given 1 biscuit and a bottle of water as consolation. Not happy.

Crew were fantastic can’t fault them at all. Couldn’t do enough for us

Check in was not the greatest as had to talk to an agent to clarify things and then he transferred us to another agent who had difficulty processing my credit card as there was a system glitch and not a card error.

Worst travel experience ever. One flight missed due to a delay, got rebooked, that one got cancelled and 0 customer service whatsoever. No help for finding our luggage or getting a hotel.

After boarding we were waiting in the plane for more than one hour to take off without AC with very high temperature inside

Flight from LGW to JFK delayed by 4 hrs No explanation given until the pilot said the delay due to planned maintenance on the aircraft

Our luggage didn’t arrive with us, that puts a damper on the whole trip.
