Pros: "We were boarding with one person in a wheelchair. They were extremely helpful and understanding."
Cons: "All was perfect"

Cons: "Lost my baggage even though I actually watched them transport it to the airplane from the airplane window. Brutal."

Cons: "There was no coffee or tea available on the flight"

Cons: "I was sitting right in the front near the first class area, and I needed to use the washroom, I was refused and ordered to use only the other 2 available ones at the back of the plane. It’s not much to say, but it’s weird to have only 2 stalls for the whole plane, and one stall for only about a doze"

Pros: "Slightly frayed due to weather- we were kept up to date"

Pros: "I had requested assistance which was excellent."
Cons: "The small seats"

Cons: "Flight left two hours late and provided difficulty in Toronto"

Pros: "Everything except the earbuds"
Cons: "Earbuds sucked; acoustics off."

Pros: "Flight attendant gave me more accurate info about the luggage proces. Information at check-in was incorrect."
Cons: "1) incorrect luggage info in LIR 2) very late flight"

Pros: "I liked how the crew was helpful and wanted to help everyone with their luggage. they didn’t disturb me in my sleep and didn’t walked around a lot. The flight timing was on time and it landed on time as well so that was very satisfying."
Cons: "I didn’t like the sitting of the airplane. It looks more like sitting in a local bus and its not very spacious. On an average these days most people in Canada are tall and above the height of 5’7 feet. I didn’t like how seats are small and have less space for legs and plus the next person to me keep disturbing me cuz he was as tall as me and we both hardly fit in the seat. I am only 6 feet and slim and still had issues. I mean for domestic flight that’s only two hours I can manage sitting in a uncomfortable position but if it was a long flight then i would definitely not be happy and won’t fly with Air Canada again."

Pros: "The exact timing going and coming"
Cons: "After returning back and the airplane taxing on the ground it takes one hour to go out of the airport gate to my riding although I have no luggage"

Pros: "Flight late seats have no leg room it’s what one pays for for rouge flights though"

Pros: "Gast boarding."
Cons: "Charging for bags twice and then allowing people to have frwe bags cause of ovER flow. I was charged twice 21 us and 26cdn."

Pros: "Air Canada Rouge is last airline choice I would make"
Cons: "direct flight"

Pros: "I liked how friendly and efficient the crew was"
Cons: "I didn't like how there was no movie available to watch and/or no free wifi"

Cons: "Air Canada Rouge is a nasty way to travel. In a standard seat, there is enough room for a very small adult/ child. If you are 6ft tall or more, you are going to be in trouble. If Air Canada gave an extra 3 inches of space for your knees between the seat in front of your own seat, everything else would be bearable. Corporate greed drives jamming in as many seats as humanly possible to ensure that you know how a sardine in a can feels. I am not sure why Air Canada feels justified in charging extra money for a bulkhead seat just so a customer can have a "normal" experience travelling. I would recommend every Air Canada exec goes for a ride on a Rouge Cattle Car to see how enjoyable it is."

Pros: "Superb flight and landing"

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Seats very uncomfortable."

Pros: "No wasted time, they load you up and get you where you want to be."
Cons: "Be sure to gate check anything larger than a small backpack or purse. There is little room on board for carry-on's"

Cons: "Delayed, missed connection"

Pros: "The crew was friendly. Boarded on time."
Cons: "No more free drink."

Pros: "Seats are very uncomfortable. Air Canada used to be one of the best airlines in North America now I would rate them as one of the worst! Every since they started the air Canada rouge flights. Most uncomfortable seats in the business. Also staff from call center to check in are rude and act like they are doing you a favor."
Cons: "Direct flight"

Cons: "After taking Air Canada to Toronto, this Air Canada flight from Toronto to Orlando was a shock- no back-of-seat tv screens, no entertainment choice, no meals provided, less space, less comfortable."

Pros: "Wireless was free and we were able to log on to the entertainment website to watch movies."
Cons: "Each chair didn't have a tv. There weren't any plugs to keep electronics charged up."

Cons: "Horrible, the most uncomfortable plain I ever been to"

Pros: "Staff were good, probably doing the best they could with what they had to work with."
Cons: "I'm 6'4" and a Air Canada Rouge 737 isn't built for guys/girls like me. Give us a bit more legroom!"

Cons: "Lost our luggage in Toronto both times in and out. Had to sit to wait to pass customs for 2 hours and almost missed our connecting flight. Was released 15 minutes before boarding and couldn't enjoy dinner at the airport"

Pros: "My flight from Orlando to Montreal was comfortable and convenient. Boarding went smoothly."
Cons: "The overhead bins were surprisingly small so take that into consideration when packing your carry on. Staff was tolerable but not particularly polite or welcoming."

Pros: "Comfort, on time, friendly staff"
Cons: "There was no USB port or an outlet on my seat to charge my cellphone."

Cons: "We arrived at Toronto airport at 1:30pm for our 4:55 flight....we sat and sat and sat for almost 8 hours...since the flight was delayed for 4 plus hours...it took about 2 hours before they advised the problems..several planes had late issues..something wrong there. We could not advise the people picking us up and we got ti |Orlando at almost 12 midnight.. |Paul"

Pros: "The flight was half empty so was able to have a role to myself"
Cons: "Air Canada Rouge should be renamed Air Canada Rude. Employees are very un-friendly; Seat design on the plane is the most uncomfortable of any airline out there. Very close to each other and very little padding on cushion of seat. Dirty plane; don’t think they serviced it between flights, garbage in each seat pouch. Very cold on flight, crew did not regulate the climate control. Too many unnecessary announcements both in English then French. Each announcement seemed like it lasted about 10 minutes which no one listen. So much for trying to watch a movie that pauses every time the crew feels the needs to talk. Sat at gate for 30 minutes pass departure time without any explanation until right before we departed (waiting on passengers from late arriving flights). At lease they could have told us. Anyhow this is not the Air Canada of old. Air Canada Rouge shows no signs that they care about the comfort of their passengers."

Pros: "Our flights were changed weeks prior to departure and Air Canada was very prompt with giving me all of the new flight information."

Pros: "Late, no food"

Pros: "everything was perfect"

Pros: "Got an upgraded seat without asking for it due to overbooking."
Cons: "Checking was more complicated than necessary. Was asked to use the machine to check in even though I made it clear I wanted to use the counter and there were only a few people waiting. Didn't get to watch a movie as I wasn't told you need to download the apps before getting on the plane."

Pros: "Guys, we were traveling in the middle of Matthew hurricane and the pilot was just perfect, we didn't feel it. No bumps, no disturbance, nothing. Like shiny day. Congrats"

Cons: "The cabin was dirty. The staff was not friendly. The cabin was freezing cold. The checking in system was not pleasant. We got the the airport 2.5 hours early and barely made it to the gate on time."

Pros: "Crew was very friendly."
Cons: "Didn't realize AirCanada Rouge didn't have entertainment, which allowed me to get work done...but you know, movies are cool too. Also the seats are super close together and make it a bit clostrophobic."

Pros: "The flight attendants were very nice."
Cons: "flight attendants were not very helpful."

Pros: "All of our luggage arrived at our destination in a timely manner. Staff was helpful."
Cons: "Checking in our suitcase took exceptionally long."

Pros: "Flight attendant, as with all the AC flights, was great!"
Cons: "Seats were old. Not great for business but it was a smaller plane and older, so understandable. My United Frequent Flyer number was not used on this flight and the counter agent did not know how to add my number so I never got credit for the miles."

Pros: "Crew and staff on board aircraft were very friendly"
Cons: "Checking in process in Toronto was a mad house. No organization and extremely slow! The aircraft was very crammed and very stuffy. I'm allergic to dust and I coughed the whole 2 and a half hour flight. The legroom is horrible. I'm 5'7" and my knees were pressed up against the seat in front of me. Definitely first and last time flying w/ Air Canada"

Pros: "Smooth boarding. Polite staff."
Cons: "Check-in person did not attach priority tag to luggage (business class) until i argued with her. This is the second time Air Canada has done this. We paid a lot extra for this service and should not have to quibble with staff in order to receive it. There was no lounge in Charlottetown, but that's not the airline's fault. However, the Air Canada lounge at Pearson was shabby and poorly outfitted. Shameful."

Pros: "Flight arrived 30 minutes early!"

Pros: "The pilots did an amazing job navigating around a passing storm."
Cons: "Flight boarded late and then was delayed on the tarmac for an hour to unload baggage for passengers that did not make the flight due to security/customs. Minimal legroom"

Pros: "Idont like a bit."
Cons: "It was to noise inside the cabin,no space for my carry onl lggage, they only free coffe or soda, any thing ealse you pay,eg. coffe was cold, next time i will think over before take fly."

Pros: "Friendly staff. Our luggage was lost but the staff was very friendly and efficient in filing our claim."
Cons: "Luggage was not at our destination. Our luggage was left in Toronto. We are currently waiting for our luggage to be delivered but have no time frame window smaller than in the next 24 hours"

Cons: "When I checked in at Ottawa they gave me a ticket for the Toronto to Orlando flight but there was no seat #. They said get it when you are at the gate. They knew all along there would be no seat # ever as they had overbooked by 12 passengers but didn't have the decency to tell me or apologize and explain. I was in line-ups for the 3 1/2 hrs I was in Toronto trying to get a seat and not knowing till the very last minute that I had one. The very back row next to the toilet. I will never recommend to fly Air Canada."

Cons: "gate assignment kept changing so i bounced through the airport more than i would have liked to since i was trying to get some work done between flights. in addition, the final gate assignment was tight to say the least; people were literally sitting on the floor next to the moving walkway. this isn't an Air Canada problem it's a Pearson problem and made the experience less than pleasant."

"Delays"

Pros: "The crew was amazing with passengers that were less than amazing!"
Cons: "Releasing passengers in smaller amounts of rows might have been better."

Pros: "The crew was super nice and did the best it could with what is given to them."
Cons: "No space, super gathered, big chance of spread. Delayed take off"

Pros: "Old plane. Window shade cracked. Seat poorly maintained."
Cons: "Staff could’ve done a better job at asking family with unruly kids to settle down as a courtesy to other passengers."

Pros: "boarding was smooth"
Cons: "There was no ventilation on the flight. Cooling system not working adequately. Kept waking up b/c is was so hot. Came home with a massive headache as a result. Very UNCOMFORTABLE"

Pros: "The boarding was quick and orderly."
Cons: "Could prove in-flight entertainment options"

Pros: "Everything was fast."
Cons: "Comfort, entertainment"

Pros: "Crew were very hospitable. Seating and take off moved at a good pace"
Cons: "Entertainment was limited. Smaller plane / less space"

Pros: "Nice flight"
Cons: "There was no WiFi or TVs"

Pros: "Boarding was quick.... I am just filling space to get to 50 characters as United was quite bad and that’s paying for first class"
Cons: "First class doesn’t get you into their United Club before the flight. You still have to pay for any food in first class. And they tell you need to download the app after you exit the airport area and lose WiFi and coming international couldn’t go and download before flight. United was a huge disappointment."

Cons: "I had to check my bag at the desk which I had not anticipated. When I checked in at the kiosk I was told I could only take a personal item - no carry-in size bag - because of my ticket classification. Very disappointed to have to spend $30 I did not plan on."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Delayed for like 12 hours.... I ended up just going home! This flight was important to me and it's sad the service I got. Crew didn't even offer water when we were in plane for 3+ hours. We we're in the plane with no ac. Huge dissapointment"

Pros: "Fast to board but had to wait for over an hour for a connecting flight to get on the plane."
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seats, no in seat entertainment"

Pros: "I liked the quickness of the boarding and the going through a fast lane for tsa. I enjoyed the WiFi and being able to charge my phone while enjoying a free movie in my phone."
Cons: "I don’t like you have to pay for the tv, and snacks could be a little bigger I guess"

Pros: "More leg room than the International flight. Reported may luggage missing...the rep. was excellent. Too bad I din`t get her name. According to united I will get my luggage tomorrow before noon on June 2nd 2018"

Cons: "Lost my second luggage wishes I paid $60 for it and no one couldn’t help"

Pros: "Comfortable seats. Arrived safely."
Cons: "Almost got diverted to Tampa by thunderstorms, but this was not United's doing."

Pros: "It was a good flight, no turbulence."
Cons: "The flight was delayed several times by 15 minutes. Not sure why they could not tell us how long the flight would be delayed all at once. They track the flight and know when it will land, don’t they?"

Pros: "They actually checked sizes of some “carryons.” Of course, it’s a cash cow for the carrier. The checkers should get 20% of the fee collected for checking oversized carryons at the gate."
Cons: "There are faster, more efficient ways to load and unload passengers."

Cons: "I had very little time to make my connection in Newark. Other airports/airlines have given me a short connection pass which has allowed passengers to make their connection with less stress. The security line inNewsrk was ridiculous. I spoke to a TSA agent who couldn’t have cared less if I missed my flight and a United representative who told me to “just try.” In the end, I had to ask other passengers if I could go ahead of them. While I made my flight with a few minutes to spare, the process could have been much easier and the United Rep could have done more. He could have just called the gate at the very least to let them know I was coming. Apathy is not an indication of good customer service."

Cons: "There was no free in-flight entertainment available on the tv screens. Half of the screens didn't work. The seat belts were not long enough to accommodate the passenger sitting beside me. The space for my personal item was smaller than the other flight."

Pros: "Great flight experience thank you United."

Pros: "Having a direct flight across the country was a good thing. That was about the only positive, well that & we did land safely."
Cons: "Ticket agent said I could take my bag on the plane. Gate agent told me my bag not I were going on the plane unless I paid $50 to put the bag below if I wanted to get in the plane. Very matter of fact & rude. I was just about the last person they let board so there really wasn't a chance to discuss with them. No WiFi on a cross country plane, lame. No access to the headrest video screen w/o paying for it, lame. Snotty unconcerned flight attendants as well. Overall one of the worst flights I've had in memory. I would pay more next time to fly another airline."

Pros: "I had no problems the gate agent was very nice and I did get the basic economy which that only did I have to pay for my bags but I also got the last seat in the back in the corner which is OK I guess I’ll pay more attention to the fair I still probably saved a little money but I don’t know that I save that much I think that sometimes the boarding agent needs to pay attention to the carry-on luggage for sure bring a lot carry-on luggage which doesn’t allow for others to have carry-on luggage who were in the later groups and then they get penalized with their bags being checked as there’s no more room and they’re not basic economy but other than that I like taking United they have nonstop service between Orlando in Houston and it’s been a wonderful experience most of the time and I think the airlines do a pretty good job considering the traveling public themselves to be very challenging at times professionalism and courtesy works both ways and unfortunately people buy tickets and think that it’s a one-way street. they then run to the media who loves to make it about the big guy versus the little guy anyway good job united and I will continue to fly you when you’re the most appropriate carrier to get me to where I want to be."
Cons: "Nothing I just need to pay more attention to my ticket purchase I didn’t realize it was a basic economy until after I bought it which meant I had to pay for my bags which added $50 to my fair which wasn’t that big a deal but then I got a seat all the way the back in the corner which really wasn’t that bad either but if I went to Carrynon a bag I was allowed to do so"

Pros: "Got their early."
Cons: "Took an extra 20 minutes to get our luggage as it came after everyone else's, of course."

Pros: "Got in my seat and took off right on time. Courteous welcoming staff as we boarded and deplaned."
Cons: "The servers serving drinks and snacks, never smiled never said your welcome...maybe having a bad day? Sucks we have to pay to watch anything on tv. We pay enough at least let's us have two hours of entertainment."

Pros: "Same"
Cons: "Sane"

Pros: "I fly about four times a year if not more. Always delays, missing my connections or running like a maniac trying to get to my connection. BUT. This was the first time in a very long time that I actually boarded on time."
Cons: "The crew members for some reason had attitudes. The two/ plus hours in the plane , not one cracked a smile..One,literally threw a tiny bag of snacks on my tray, which bounced off and she proceeded to step on them .... oh well. I'll take a not-so-nice hostess over delays and missing connections . Maybe I'll find an airlines that can give me both?"

Pros: "They have always treated me right, love the direct tv and seats are super comfy!"

Pros: "I got to my destination safely."
Cons: "They gave us free tv to watch but my headphones didn't work in the jack. Even the pair they gave me didn't work. Also my flight was almost an hour late."

Pros: "It is really bad the seat to small for average person not leg room at all it is a flying school bus."

Pros: "I did not like the plane ride. There were way to many things to comment on. Most importantly everyone of my.flights was delayed."

Pros: "The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold. The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."

Pros: "-Complimentary Snack and beverage -Can pick your seats when booking -Changing Tables in restrooms -Entertainment options -Early boarding for families with small children"
Cons: "-Free Soda but charged for water -Had confirmed seats but then our party with 2 toddlers got split up -Semi convenient( rather small could hardly fit a 1 year old) changing table but then flight attendants threw a fit when a stinky diaper was changed in there. -Had to have special programs on device to even play anything, thought I had everything on for return flight to watch movies but nope still needed something extra Wifi only works for United App and Website -Waiting in the shorter line to preboard with our 2 toddlers only to be cut off by a Global Travel Program(?) family with 15+ people"

Pros: "Everything was the way a flight should be. Crew was nice and polite. T.v. was a plus, and a drink to wet your throat, also a plus"
Cons: "Can't say there was anything I didn't like"

Pros: "Loved the movies"
Cons: "The flight was delayed two hours because of the arrival of the plane"

Pros: "Clean Aircraft. Fantastic Gate Agent."
Cons: "Flight boarded, no auxiliary power unit so no A/C in plane and Pilot unable to start aircraft engines. Stuck in aircraft away from gate for 30 min with no A/C. Finally moved to gate to wait for repairs and allowed to disembark. Flight 2 hours late to Orlando. Direct TV no audio in seat 11F entire flight and I WAS TRYING TO WATCH THE WORLD SERIES!"

Pros: "There was a particular flight attendant that really went the extra mile for everyone. I wish I knew her name but she had blonde hair and wore glasses, I've never seen a more sincere flight attendant."
Cons: "My seats! I was in the very last row right in front of bathroom"

Pros: "Although the flight was cancelled due to the hurricane i got my money back."

Cons: "That the flight was late because the problen with the air condition and that cost me more money"

Pros: "See above"
Cons: "See above"

Pros: "That I finally made it to Orlando"
Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 1/2 hours... Took forever to get on plane once on plane people were in wrong seats so I had to keep getting up so they could figure out who was in the wrong seat. Just a mess. Even crew seemed annoyed. Finally got to Orlando at 3am suppose to be there at midnight."

Cons: "I was thoroughly disappointed when I realized that I had to pay to get any type of entertainment on the in-flight screen. That feels like zero effort on the part of the airline to make my flight enjoyable."

Cons: "After United made me miss my connecting flight, I got an alternate flight to a different airport, but not apology, no offer to upgrade, nothing. Already frustrated, and with my knees hitting the seat in front of me because the seats are too close together, a flight attendant scolded me when I dared put my leg in the aisle (which I often do on other airlines without incident). Once on the ground, I went straight to United's baggage office to see if my bag had followed me, and encountered two of the rudest people, cutting me off whenever I said anything more than they needed to enter into their computer. If your job is in customer service, be friendly, apologize when things go wrong, understand that your customers are your reason for being in business, and be helpful."

Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "Again, spicy snack. Long flight, you had to have the latest app on your phone or pad to watch a movie, flight from Houston to Boise had movie/tv monitors. Loading 4th group to the back of the plane makes it tough."

Pros: "After being so delayed, movies were free."
Cons: "We were delayed over 3 hours. I don't think I've ever flown with United and not been delayed. Plus they never offered us food on the flight, only whatever was complimentary. Just not a great experience."

Pros: "The flight attendant were super nice. Really nice people"
Cons: "The flight was delayed almost 2 hours. Then the guy on the front desk was really rude .. Maybe because I'm Latino? I mean he was super friendly with a white guy and a African American girl .. But with me .. Rudeness and bad service .. I said "hello , how are you?".. He didn't answer .. I told him when I did my checkin my boarding pass had "See agent" in the seating section .. He just took the ticket and gave me the last sit available on the plain even though I arrived almost 3 hours before the original departing hour .. I don't know .. It might be the only available sit or it was just a racist thing .. Who knows .. Really disappointed with United. I'll go back with Ameican Airlines."

Pros: "The seats were far more comfortable that frontier. I would have slept through most of my flight but unfortunately there was some pretty bad turbulence for the first half of the flight. Overall tho very comfortable."

Cons: "Kayak failed to alert me that MCO has an A & B bagge pickup areas and did not indicate which area I would find my luggage."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything united Airlines sucks"
