The flighr attandants were very rude they ignored me didnt offer me anything to drink throughoit the 4 hour flight i feel i was targeted and ignored because i was a darkskin latino man.

We had a five hour layover in the way home from Colombia. I read the "bout your flight" email carefully before we checked bags. We had to go through security right at the gate. Almost lost our ground coffee because that airport only allows 16 ounce of coffee and we had 18. I've been to 48 countries and never heard of a coffee restriction. I can't follow a rule I don't know about. I requested they bring our coffee to our checked luggage. Instead tey gate checked our bag for free. Back to planning transfers in Dallas I guess

My flight delayed and i misss the connection they send me to orlando no to tampa i have to pay a uber to my house

The flight was delayed about 4 hours without any explanation. No wifi or entertainment at all on planes. Had to pay for checked bags I was allowed according to reservations.

Copa me elige como "voluntario" para cambiarme y poder enviar a una familia a la cual había sobrevendido los tiquetes. Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

Everything was smooth. Just a bit of confusion with our carryon we were asked to check. We had to go through security twice

Boarding was delayed 50 minutes. The flight going to Chicago was canceled, causing lots of problems and causing me to rebook and miss an event. I was traveling with a colleague, and he was unable to get on the same flight after 40 minutes on the phone, which meant I had to wait for him after my arrival. My flight down was delayed an hour before take off, had to sit on the plane, then 30 minutes after landing to get to a gate. No real food, only juice/ water offered for the 3.5 hours on the plane. Not a good experience.

Not having to pay to sit together. Seat cushions were worn out and breaking down sitting on metal framing, knees jammed against seat in front of me. Not a comfortable flight.

Very disappointed with cancellation, then rebooking with booked friends bumped off & then a delay of over 6 hours!! Totally disappointing & all the anxiety it caused was unacceptable. $15 food voucher to compensate is a joke!

Check-in was a nightmare. Wouldn’t let us board with our dog even though he has flown on anir Canada before. Only one of us could go. Will never fly them again.

Flight got cancelled and didn't get another flight til late and almost missed the connection because so close. We are still waiting for the bags to arrive the next day.

I arrived at destination, two hours late. For lunch we had cookies and almonds.

Check-in in Bogota was extremely slow. Priority line was unsupervised so people were jumping the queue, causing the main line to take an eternity. Each customer at the desk seemed to take 5-10 minutes for some reason.

Freezing temperature inside the cabin and terrible food. AC used to be better.

My bad was delayed a week. My flight was delayed an hour. The US customs in Toronto doesn’t have the capacity to process baggage or people in a timely manner allowing travelers common courtesy of making their flights or arriving to their destination with their baggage. I had no time to eat between two very long flights. Canadá air only provides snacks for sale from Toronto to SLC so you can either pay $10 for a $2 chicken wrap or go hungry for a full Day then arrive without your bags that will be delayed a week before they are delivered to my home. It took two hours to get the the SLC airport from the time I landed until I reached my vehicle in long term parking due to excessive distance from gates to baggage claim and time to fill out lost baggage claim. Overall a very poor experience, I will not fly Canadá air again and will avoid Toronto international airport.

Was a normal flight but it was delayed, and there wasn't an explanation.

Free wifi was available, but only some time, being at least 30 minutes into the flight. it would have been better that an announcement had been made about the delay.

We were not offered anything to drink in business class during the boarding process.

Boarding was disorganized and delayed because they overbooked and wanted people to give up seats then further delayed due to an issue with the plane. They did not load my bag and it took a day for them to return it. Flight attendant was lovely and the only positive thing about this trip.

BA is now my preferred way to travel. On ground staff in Canada, London and Nairobi were patient , polite and helpful with our group. On board staff went that extra mile to make sure we felt important. Best of all, no lost luggage! Highly recommend BA in fact have 2 more long hauls with them this year.

Flight from Miami to Tampa was canceled on sudden notice. No alternatives were offered except next day's flight in the evening.

I arrived three hours early and I got all the way to the gate within 30 minutes once the ticket counter opened up. New trainee on her second day did a fabulous job.

I rarely vote ‘Excellent’ but this AA flight out of LGA was amazing. On time departure, early arrival, amazing crew, smooth flight, baggage came out quickly. It was the best airport/ flight experience that anyone could ask for/dream of. Highly recommend. I usually fly Delta but American Airlines really stepped up their game.

We had to purchase an upgrade to get reclining seats. There was no entertainment module.

Even though I we were flying Business, my wife was in a wheelchair and the lady in the counter told the airport employee that he had to make the line (this was a first for us). There was only snacks and a heavier option to sell. The staff in the plane was great.

Seats are absolutely not comfortable and large enough. There’s a limit and you stepped over it. I understand that there’s a business class, however for the price it costs, it’s just plain stupid for a 50 minute flight.

After boarding, there was a small issue with the aircraft which caused a delay of about 45 minutes. During boarding and while passengers were being seated, the plane was being refueled. There were also a lot of unusual noises during the flight, which was not very reassuring. In addition, there was no WiFi or entertainment available.

I had bad experiences before now was excellent I am glad they have business class again

Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.

Provide free food and drinks on an international flight. Add updated head rests

Business class seats did not lie flat. There was only powdered milk for your coffee....in Business Class!! Food was good.

I got to the airport and the airline told me i did not have a flight. I never got a confirmation email yet I did get charged. Please refund my money asap

Was charged for ticket, unable to check in online, made the line to speak to someone at the counter but was told I did not show up in the system as having a ticket to fly - even though I have the email with confirmation and credit card was charged. I could not purchase another ticket at the counter, only online which was not working. Ended up buying a flight on another airline at the airport. Called customer service to claim the cost of the original ticket, was told I showed up in their system as having a ticket but did not check-in or show up to board the flight. Currently pending review for refund via their customer service team, they were very nice and helpful over the phone despite the many glitches.

Do not book with this airline. Flights delayed over 3 hours and no explanation. They keep changing your itinerary every hour.

Awful. Not water, or chargers or space under the seats, the plane was very old and poor maintenance, seats really dirty, sticky, seats pockets with wires pinching your knees. Connection with no announcements, plane departed 1.30 hour earlier for an extra stop to refueling in Trinidad & Tobago. Even that we had a 3 hrs delay, seated in the plane in the runway.

Really bad. Uncommunicated stop in Trinidad & Tobago for refueling. Extra stop added 3 hours of discomfort without allowing off the seat. Not even water, or chargers or boarding groups.

Staff were unfriendly and rude. Was stuck on runway for 2 hours after arrival in Boston.

We waited in an overcrowded bus for over a half hour. It was uncomfortable. It would have been better to have waited in the terminal in a line

The food for sale on board has opportunity for improvement.

The Arajet person who greeted us initially was unhelpful & rude about the mandatory migration form which has to be completed digitally but the systems don’t work properly. The boarding gate was changed twice and initial boarding was delayed. Once on board we we had to wait an hour and a half before take off. It was hot and there was very little room for tall-ish people to fit their knees in. The crew were pleasant but working in a poor situation. The plane was delayed because we were waiting for people from a delayed interconnecting flight. Arajet must have known that before we were asked to board. Better information, decisions & communication were needed.
