I am a disabled passenger. Lack of care from check in desk. Requested seating not given despite fact was first to check in allocated seating in last row meaning had to walk full length of plane with my crutches when there were seats available closer to the door.

The planes were nice and the crew was nice.
Every single flight we were on was delayed, with no explanation. The food was good on the plane, but almost every meal option I wanted was out by the time the crew got to my seat.

From Joburg to Doha, the plane was clean and the food was good. . From Doha to Washington, not so much. I went to 3 bathrooms and all the sinks were stopped up.
The food from Doha to Washington was beyond awful!!! I wud scrap that whole menu PLEASE. I WAS SEVERELY DISAPPINTED. The previous Quatar flight, the food was different and very good. Please check on this. Also, the sinks were stopped up. Gross.
The seats in the plain were comfortable and although it was a short flight, there was a multimedia syste, a pillow and a blanket
Couldn't sleep. Fall a sleep and was wakes up by the crew to get a meal. Couldn't fall a sleep after that. Why was it done ?!

The flight crew was nice.
Neither of my bags arrived with the flight. One bag came a day and a half later. The other bag came three days later. A little bit of inconvenience, especially since they wouldn't deliver my bags. I had to go back to the airport twice to pick up my bags that they lost.
Transfer desk in Istanbul is terrible. Poor customer service. It took 6 hours to get transferred from the airport to the hotel.
their services in the plain and they are very discipline as well
they don't do well in their transit point they should employ more people who speaks English to direct passengers in the airport. English is international language so they should train some people to direct passengers who comes there everyday
The food was great. The seats were soft and there was enough legroom.
We were stuck on an aisle where the seats don't adjust on one of the flights, but it was a relatively short flight. The boarding process was a little disorganized, but we were able to get on the plane quickly. The worst part was the home airport. I don't know how much control Turkish airlines has over that airport, but the bathrooms we're absolutely disgusting.
There was a female attendant who as soon as I got to my seat asked me to stop blocking the aisle. I found this very annoying because I'd only just stopped at my seat. I found her manner disrespectful.
