I paid for a comfort class seat and was seated in economy.

Crew was friendly and helpful; cabin seemed roomy even in economy class.

The flight was delayed but at least they let us know early about it (the night before)! Everything after that was smooth!

Air Canada was on schedule, fast, and took care of me the whole flight. With affordable price, I 100% recommend you fly Air Canada if you are able to.

Late, almost 3 hours late. I have whiplash from how many times our ETA was changed.

Rude Customer Service at checkin, 90 minute limit in flight check in is too strict. I was in line for 30 minutes because of slow/insufficient workers. Somewhere I got to the the counter of course the employee warned me about the 90 minutes. People were cutting the lines. No one did anything.

Plane was a Rouge vacation flyer for some reason. No legroom and entertainment. People were desperately looking for USB ports and such. And then there is this notorious and unsolved space problem where not all carry-on fits in the cabin….

Delayed. Change of gate . No hot beverages served. No snack.

This flight was better than the tokyo to toronto one

would be easier if earphone was provided or wifi was free . No point having entertainment when you can’t listen with wifi earswt
