Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.
Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.
Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.
Seats very comfortable; service efficient and pleasant; flight was on-time; boarding organized.
Starlink is great Crew was polite Business class didn’t get a welcome drink just water and snacks were ok
very average service no complimentary alcoholics drinks unlike other airlines such as Porter airlines No decent seats available during check-in time the day before
Hopped on time for the flight only to get deplaned and delayed another 2.5 hours.
Flight attendants had a little attitude. Food tastes no good.
Very poor. The flight was delayed from Toronto because some forget to do there job . I got to my connecting gate in San Francisco 10 minutes before the departure.but this didn’t let me board even though the flight was still there for an other 30 minutes. The the gentleman at the unite airline desk told me that they usually wait for passengers but air Canada called and told them not to we I been rerouted to Manila instead of Hong Kong . In San Francisco they mad me check in my carryon bag . I was told the it will directly go yo ho chi minn cuyt but I was told that by the Vietnams airline desk that’s not there I’m 10 hours behind my scheduled flight and looks like I I’m going without baggage. I don’t have a chance of catching ..
It was great. There were some issues prior to takeoff. The weather was poor so we had to go through deicing, and we were delayed a bit by the pilots' concern about one of the engines, but that's aviation. The pilots handled everything with aplomb, and kept us apprised
Experience was good, the wifi hook up is somewhat tough
I will not be flying with westjet again. I was uncomfortable in my seat. The position made my back hurt so bad. My wife was able to fit the seatbelt around her with out an extension but was unable to put the tray table down or fit in the seat for that matter. Our bag was smashed and I spent two hours trying to fill out the application for a damaged bag before I gave up. The 80 photos I took would not work and nothing telling me the format to upload them as.. I made the mistake of unpacking the bag before taking photos so no claim for me. Next trip to Canada I will have to use air Canada.
Airplane is too small. Crew, especially the flight attendant who looked after our area, was not at all friendly and a touch authoratative. She may have been the most gruff flight attendant i've come across in 40 years of business travel
I selected "carry-on" for a round trip on Kayak, but my return flight on WestJet did not include a carry-on and they would not allow me to add one. My only option was to add a "checked bag" which I had to wait for on the luggage carousel after landing. Not a good experience.

Absolutely terrible, from the customer service to boarding the plane. On the phone, there was some mishaps with getting in my correct date and they did not help me retrieve a refund or any assistance. I’m gonna be reporting to all my followers and family around the region of Los Angeles to New York.
Arrival at Comox from, London,ON 6 hours later... No bueano
Flight delayed, missed my pick-up had to Uber, plus missed dinner and medication, so sad!
Nothing to like because my inbound flight was cancelled without notification by West Jet or third party, JustFly. I couldn’t take the inbound flight due to cancellation; therefore could not take the outbound flight back.
I booked through westjet. The first flight left late and cost us the connection to the second flight. The second flight after a 4 hour delay was again late because they were short an attendant. Then a door malfunctioned on the plane which led to yet another plane. So by the time we left Calgary we missed the BC ferry and had to pay a charge to get a later one. It ended up being a 24 hour day. That wrecked our first day and part of the second day in BC because we were so overtired.
Smooth ride but I wish they have better food selections.
Aircraft is designed with all 3 washrooms at the back of the plane, meaning that when there is service underway, there are no washrooms available and it gets very crowded at the back of the plane.
The flight was good. My luggage didn’t land with me when I arrived in Columbus. So grateful I was able to get my luggage back within the 2 hours😍👍.
It was a nice and smooth trip. Gave a friendly environment throughout the journey.
Meal and drink service was good. Old plane with old business class seats were quite disappointing
Flight itself was not bad at all. However: my checked bag (checked in Calgary) did not make it onto this flight as I found out after I landed at EWR. I still don't have it but it appears that it is on its way to me.
Too many delays. Seats too small. A budget airline. Will never fly Air Canada again.
Horrible, we were on a little DeHaviland 400 that was really small and shaky. I am 5' 4" and I had to duck my head to get in it felt like an old war plane.
It might have been closer to being on time. Maybe next time I could fly from London to Toronto?
Air Canada canceled my flight last minute and I gave me next’s day night time my flight. No accommodations at all. I have a function on Xmas eve. So I had to took rental car last minute.i never ever book a ticket with Canadian airlines at all.
