Too hot inside the plane. The back of my t-shirt was wet from sweat.

On board entertainment ststem has lots of options to choose from on all accounts. Food selection was good, served hot with large selection of drinks. Overall much better than US airlines that cross Atlantic.
More comfortable seats for long haul flights is a must have. Comfort+ Offered a money’s worth alternative to business or first class. Boarding is done away from terminal building which required busess for transportation back and forth. Prefer skybridge instead.
overall the experience was great
i would recommend notifying the gate and sending map of the airport before traveling. Airport is quite big and not much time to catch the next flight
Window pane was broken on my side and I couldn't shut it down. As it was a day flight the sun heated my skin badly

Airport services and lounge are OK.
Cramped, no cabin bag space, late departure with no communication and lost checked luggage. Not a great Air France experience.

The flight in General. Small space with a large audience make things smaller. It's not a flight where one can relax. Grueling.
Breakfast was just a sandwich and yogurt. Is this standard Austrian Breakfast?

Entertainment options are limited. Austrian flight attendants were quite grumpy on this flight.
Late, slow, de-icing in Detroit took nearly an hour!
On time as scheduled.
Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future.
Sandwich for dinner
Boarding process was horribly handled. Food was inadequate. Stewardess was saccharine. Bathroom door didn’t shut completely. I was told this wasn’t an international flight and therefore no free alcohol. Aero Mexico flight to Mexico City had much better food, free alcohol and more attentive service personnel. Also delays because of equipment problems.
