The last of the crew members suggested that an alternative seat or a future flight voucher could be given, but neither of these materialized. Food mediocre, and crew polite, but some not particularly friendly."

Pros: "The plane we were on between Zurich and Copenhagen was comfortable and modern for such a short trip. This was a stark contrast to the old SAS airplane we flew in the opposite direction as a Swiss flight. The staff on the plane were friendly and helpful."

We tried to hold this flight (the return flight that we had paid for in our round trip ticket) but when we arrived at the airport we were informed that they had sold our seats. We had to pay $250 USD to fly standby (and "reissue" the tickets that we had already paid for) on a flight that was oversold by at least 6, and we heard other passengers also being told their tickets were sold. Their customer service for the ticket change and the phone calls made before hand where they promised to hold our tickets, were so disappointing, it was like dealing with any US based airline. We won't be flying with them again."

Pros: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Cons: "The check in process lacked. I unexpectedly had to check my bag, they charged me 70 Euro ($85) which required I go to two separate counters. One to check the bag and a second (upstairs) to pay. Both attendants lacked a sense of urgency. In fact, they acted like it was their job to go as slowly as possible. Even after I mentioned I was starting to feel stressed about the time. I overheard other attendants complaining about customers who check in late and expect them to move more quickly. I found their apathy offensive. To add insult to injury, they lost my bags. Having paid $85, which I think is outrageously and obscenely expensive, I'd at least expect my bag to be well taken care of. Sadly, it wasn't. The lost luggage counter was also apathetic, though I realize they are not LOT/Luftansa."

Cons: "What I was transferred to was Lufthansa and their flight was late at arriving and taking off. This transfer changed my destination to Frankfurt. I was stuck in Frankfurt with no compensation. Only a changed flight for the next day and a dinky hotel room. Lufthansa was very disorganized and wildly incompetent."

Cons: "LOT planes were late to both directions to the place and 2 weeks later from the place. When we flew with my little daughter - toddler to the destination the plane was late and as a result we were late to another plane, so they sent us to the same destination country but to the different place and then I had to find out were to go further while our luggage was lost (found in 3 days). When we flew back, the plane was late once again and I was told that we might will be left until next day morning, so lots of nervous and stress. The food provided was very poor as well - basically just small chocolate bar and water, tea or coffee, so if you are hungry it would not really help you."

Cons: "Kayak listing indicated this would be a 737, have wifi, power and in-flight entertainment. Plane was Embrair XR that had a whopping 10 rows of economy despite being a 7-8 hour flight over the Atlantic! No wifi, no power and the "entertainment" was an iPad with 10 obscure movies loaded on it. Seating was so limited, and online checkin so poor was stuck with a middle seat. Only positive on this flight was the friendly crew members. False advertising all around otherwise."

Cons: "I had a very bad experience at the beginning of my journey on 11/18/2016 at Sheremet'evo airport in Moscow. I almost had a heart attack when Anna Aleksandrovna Esina (agent at registration counter #131) informed me that my ticket has been cancelled and she does not see me on the passenger list. I was in shock when I heard that and ready to cry as I was so anxious to get back home. Then she added that it is not her job to look for my ticket and there is nothing she can do for me. She did not want to make any effort and do something to resolve the issue. With the help of another agent it was determined that I WAS on the passenger list and I finally (after some agonizing time) was given my two boarding passes. It is amazing how just one unprofessional agent can spoil your trip... Thankfully the rest of my journey went really well!"

Pros: "Everything was easy, the planes are small Embraers or Bombardiers with two seats per row. The view up and over the Carpathians was great because you're going rather low and slow compared to jets"

Pros: "I require a wheelchair for getting around the airport. When I first checked in at LHR, they claimed to have no record of my wheelchair request and my seat change, despite my very clear notations of who and when these were made. They did have a record of my paying for one suitcase. The agent at LHR promised to make these corrections so I would not have the same problem when returning to London. Furthermore, to turn this into a humiliating situation, at the gate I was informed that the jetway was broken and they would have to find some other way to get me onboard the plane. I cannot believe that British Airways has no contingency plan for a situation like mine. After many discussions between BA reps and ground crewmen they decided to bring me down in a lift at Gate 34, though my plane was at Gate 32. I was then loaded onto the freight platform of one of those food delivery trucks and driven over to my plane. The truck backed into place and again I hoisted up to the plane. However the plane door was locked and we had to bang on it for them to finally open it. To my great embarrassment I helped down the aisle to my assigned seat, looking back at the curious looks and glares from all those passengers who had no explanation for the delay and humiliating scene. Officially the flight was listed at 28 minutes late, when in reality it was 40 minutes till we taxied away from the gate My return flight from Brussels was little better because the changes that were supposed to have been entered at LHR never were and so I had to go through this whole routine again costing me over one hour in delays. Fortunately I was able to board the flight through the jetway and did not have to be hoisted up again, and delivered like freight. How would you rate these flights. I had problems with every single British Airways flight!!"

Cons: "-I was unable to check-in online and I think it's because my name got messed up in the reservation system even though I entered it correctly -Compared to other airlines, BA does not stop by frequently to offer beverages. Food and beverage service provided by BA faded in comparison to what was provided by American Airlines on the way back. - Our flight was delayed due to weather, but we also sat in the plane for a long period of time with no explanation. -We appreciated that BA automatically re-booked us on another flight (although it was not the next flight), and provided 2 meal tickets for 10 euro each. There was no other compensation for the incurred delay (about 2.5 hours)"

Cons: "I was sleeping during meal time and when I woke up an hour later they told me that my meal was now below the temperature that they're allowed to serve it because it's dangerous. so I got bread instead. It's ridiculous either they serve me half the meal still frozen and the other half too hot too touch or it's considered unsafe."

Pros: "This is a standard european flight. The food is not much of an experience as the flight is short. The service is good"
Cons: "The service is all business and very little attention to comfort. Perfect OK the main mission is to get me to another airport."

Cons: "The check-in ground crew does not appear knowledgeable nor cared for the details. We are a party of 5 with US and Canadian passports and Green cards which understandably the check-in process is not "standard." They should be more alert of the situation and help us along with the check-in process more appropriately instead of directly some of us one way and others another way and when pressed, they gave very unsatisfactory answers."

Poor slot management lead to 2 hours on the Tarmac. 11:30 PM flight is taxied to another terminal. No BA customer service here. BA baggage service takes 2.5 hours to write a hotel voucher. Left Airport and reached Hotel at 3 AM. It took a further 1 hour for the Hotel to verify the vouchers. Finally hotel room at 4:15 AM"
