Cons: "On the dreamliner flights they have tried to cram a ton of seats in so if your over 5'8 you'll be very cramped with your knees under the seats and a strange headrest jammed I to your shoulder. I fly about 20 or 30k miles a year in economy and this is easily the most uncomfortably designed seat I've been in. More over the staff was incredibly dismissive and rude to all I witnessed then keep a older woman waiting for 45 mins for water and then dismiss her when she asked a second time. The check in staff was no better."

Cons: "Had to stay few hours in nearby airport hotel which was not up to the standard I hoped. The connection to other airlines ( for my new boarding pass) was very confusing. I had to get out of LAX to go to AA terminal for my connecting flight to SFO. Then again I had to take an airline transport bus to go to my desired gate."

Pros: "Beware of the etihad airport crew at Abu Dhabi. They are extremely inept. The gate agent lost my ID card needed to gain entry into a third country. Not only I had to miss my connecting fight from Abu Dhabi, was never put on another flight, but etihad also cancelled my return portion of the ticket all due to a mistake by their gate agent."

Cons: "It was delayed more than 7 hrs. We had early morning flight . They disnot allow us to get out to get food. They just sreve cice water. I had to take medicine with food."

Cons: "If you look my itinerary, I left Flint to Delhi with my wife-Rita Bhatnagar. She did return on October 25th but I was suppose to return by Nov. 24th. Unfortunately, my wife injured her back while liftin gher luggage at Flint air port on October 25th and few days latter she end up in ER Hospital. I had no choice but to return back home, so I called Etihad customer service for reschedule my trip back to Flint. They asked me so much money that I had no choice but find another flight (cheaper) from United Airlines. So, answer to your question is that I didn't travel from Delhi to Flint on Etihad Airlines."

Cons: "The service from Abudhabi to Cochin was worse than the so called cattle class.One simple instance, the food menu which was trumpeted and given to each passenger in the economy class, had three main entrees,viz Fish/chicken/vegetarian. When the food trolley came to my seat in the mid section of the plane, the hostess with almost a desperate look told me that only the vegetarian dish was available.I told her that I definetly need the fish or chicken dish.She scrounged around and ultimately gave me the fish choice whereas all the rest around me had to do with the vegetarian fare.Why this stupidity of a grandiose menu card?...The menu list states a list of liquor available in flight in the economy class.The hostess was serving the same only to those who specifically asked for it and that too as if she has to pay for the same.What a shame on the airline.You folks can do much better than this, in the so called cattle class.Sitting in a preassurised tube for more than 21 hours to reach ones destination is agony by itself, but then getting into your flight after seeing the goodies offered are only in paper, is a sad disappointment."
