Pros: Boarding and experience at terminal was good and smooth for the poor weather outside

Cons: Plane cleaning and confort, old plane and somewhat mean crew director.

Pros: The gate crew and the ticketing crew tried hard to be helpful. The Air Canada system did not support them. At 4:50 pm, after over an hour of delay, it was announced at the gate that the flight was cancelled, that we had to pick up our luggage, and that we needed to talk with a ticket agent. At 5 pm I talked to a ticket agent who said that something was being done to accommodate us but that there was no information on the computer system. I should come back at 5:30 pm. I did and people were being told the same thing. At 6:00 pm, after having discovered that there was a WestJet plane leaving at 7 pm, I was told by the ticket agent that the system was still not showing me. I left an bought a ticket on WestJet and arrived in Toronto at 8 pm eastern. I am now looking for a refund.

Cons: 7 flight delays, over 1 hr 20 min to board, poor service, reboot entertainment system 4 times

Pros: Comfortable seat with plenty of hip & leg room.

Cons: Charged $35. for luggage because I didn't know I could go online with the Flair Air website & pay prior to check in. They were friendly and advised me to do this in the future.

Pros: Great crew, fast boarding, nearly empty plane so I had the whole three seat row to myself.

Cons: The hydraulic pump for the inboard flaps sounded like it was on it's last legs and howled whenever adjustments were made. The cabin pressurization system whistled so loud that I had to put ear buds in to protect my hearing (just on takeoff/landing). Proper maintenance is important!

Cons: New leaf discontinued their Sunday Halifax to Hamilton flight which was to be my return flight home. They did offer me a full refund if I needed to cancel or to rebook on a different flight but I couldn't make the new dates work so I took the full refund. I booked the flights in December for a flight in Feb and they cancelled half way through January so there wasn't a lot of notice given

Cons: The got us a terminal in Toronto (for connection flight to Montreal) which took us 1 hr and 10 mins to switch. It is Air Canada which is sabotaging this good airlline. Is it unacceptable and Air Canada Rouge service is worst. Never fly ever again with Air Canada. I will give another chance to WestJ

Cons: The security check took so long. We made it last minute even thought we were in the airport more than 1.5 hours before the flight (as recommended)!!

Pros: Price was reasonable but the new luggage rates make Porter a less attractive option because as soon as you add up what you're paying just to carry on, it's the same price as one of the larger airlines.

Cons: The flight was delayed about an hour and there was no notification from anyone in the airport, crew, etc. I found out because I use a separate app to track planes and get updates on flights. Knowing about the delay while in the airport would have been appreciated.

Pros: I needed to use wheelchair service and was greeted by name as I boarded the plane. The flight attendant Barry then came and told me if there was anything he could do for me during the flight just to let him know. After the flight was over Barry asked me to wait till everyone deplaned so He could make sure my wheelchair was there and then carried my bag to them. Porter airlines is top notch. I will use them again next time I go to visit my daughter.

Cons: Dirty plane, garbage stuffed in seat pocket. Tray table disgusting!

Pros: Our flight attendant was WONDERFUL! I wish I knew her name. She was the only one with glasses. This was the ~3:15pm flight Nov 25 from Montreal to Toronto. She was very pleasant and attentive, and truly loved her job but not over the top. My friend and I were super impressed by the service of everyone but especially her. The snacks were also a very nice touch. Great prices and deals on flights

Pros: Snacks and drinks on the plane are nice. Baggage was already on the belt at Billy Bishop. In general a lot less queuing and waiting than YYZ.

Cons: New luggage rates make Porter an unattractive option compared to other competitors on short haul. Seats need to be cleaned more often, the surface was sticky.

Pros: Kayak is great for finding the right flights that fit my travel schedule. WestJet staff are very friendly and are very helpful getting you on board the plane.

Cons: The WestJet BASIC fare restrictions are very anti-customer centric. I know the fare is about price only. However, prior to the change the airfares were the same, but the restrictions, like missed flights were less penalizing. This fare structure is a WestJet - Win; Customer - Lose.

They did offer me a full refund if I needed to cancel or to rebook on a different flight but I couldn't make the new dates work so I took the full refund. I booked the flights in December for a flight in Feb and they cancelled half way through January so there wasn't a lot of notice given

Cons: Flight was very delayed. We got turned around in flight and then ultimately made it. No apologies from crew or porter.

Cons: The flight was delayed by 2 hours and I received no notification of this delay. I checked in on the Porter website and provided my email and phone number to notify me of any chances. I took a $100 taxi ride as opposed to the slower $15 train ride thinking the flight was on time. Absolutely not impressed

Cons: Two of the most important things to me in travelling by air are getting through security as quick it’s possible ie the priory line; and a lounge. Traveling and paying for Plus provides neither. Back to Air Canada Business Class or AC Rouge Premium. Going to have to pick up your game WestJet

Pros: It was stunningly cold in both the departure and arrival cities, yet the flight was delayed less than an hour. I'm not being sarcastic at all. Very happy to arrive safe and pretty much on time despite the terrible weather. Thank you Westjet!
