Cons: "When I bought the ticket I thought it was air Canada but it was air Canada rouge so no food no entertainment tried to download air Canada app but took about an hour to get 10 percent done so flew with no entertainment no drinks no food nothing. Boarding was a pain had a three year old also had to pay extra 50 dollars for my baggage. Typical air Canada nonsense. Would not use them again."

Cons: "Flight was delayed over 2 hours on New Years Eve and in return, we were given $10 food vouchers... only problem was most things were closed in the airport because it was New Years, and what was open the $10 barely covered it. In flight entertainment wasn’t working properly and frequently cut out. Eventually gave up."

Cons: "The fact that there is NO bottled water on the flight and only "tap" water from a plastic jug. As a kosher consumer, I was unable to drink the water from a kosher perspective and I never drink tap water anyway! I found the staff to be less than friendly until the flight was over. Our flight was cancelled and we had a longer wait for the next flight. I missed an evening appointment due to this cancellation. I never understand why the back of the plane doesn't board first, other than first class."
Pros: "I liked how the crew was helpful and wanted to help everyone with their luggage. they didn’t disturb me in my sleep and didn’t walked around a lot. The flight timing was on time and it landed on time as well so that was very satisfying."
Cons: "I didn’t like the sitting of the airplane. It looks more like sitting in a local bus and its not very spacious. On an average these days most people in Canada are tall and above the height of 5’7 feet. I didn’t like how seats are small and have less space for legs and plus the next person to me keep disturbing me cuz he was as tall as me and we both hardly fit in the seat. I am only 6 feet and slim and still had issues. I mean for domestic flight that’s only two hours I can manage sitting in a uncomfortable position but if it was a long flight then i would definitely not be happy and won’t fly with Air Canada again."

Cons: "Rouge Flight entertainment does not even come close to any other carriers entertainment system. Additionally, if you have a PC your're out of luck. It only works with IOS. Funny, it took me over an hour to find this out prior to the flight. The ground crew were all clueless if I could use my PC. I could have used my Smart Phone but it's kinda on the small side to watch a full length movie and drain my battery to 0. The Air Canada website was equally not helpful. I had to purchase their Ipad rental for $10 Canadian Dollars in order to watch a movie. Funny, they only had maybe 12-15 movies to choose from. Additionally, the bathrooms were disgusting and had broken parts everywhere. Flight was filthy. Looks like their just trying to scramble turning their flights around. I felt sorry for the people waiting in Honolulu for their flight back to Vancouver. Shame on you Air Canada. Time to upgrade your fleet please. You need to have better cleaning crews and definitely upgrade your Rouge Player system to accept PC's."

Cons: "I was unable to board that flight since I did not have transit visa for Canada and no where it was mentioned anywhere on Kayak's website. Nor on confirmation email as well. I was not aware of the same despite having travelled to states couple of times in the past. I had to purchase ticket from another carrier at the last moment on the airport."

Cons: "One attendant walked by offering water - nice that they offered water in the middle of the flight. But she didn't even give customers the chance to raise their hands bec she walked by so fast saying "water, water, water." I wasn't even dozing off and I couldn't catch her and I was sitting by the aisle. Dirty bathrooms with doors that don't lock - not just one particular stall but more than one stall."
Cons: "The connection process at YYZ airport. You need to clear security twice in order to connect. Risk of missing flights got connection because the walk to terminal is long and security checkpoint is very inefficient and sllw"

Cons: "The food (dinner: chicken with rice, breakfast: eggs) was ok, maybe even a little yummy, but could've been better (eggs where a bit too wet). I also felt like the movie selection was rather disappointing. A lot of not so great hollywood blockbusters."
Pros: "There was more room on this plane. Also an agent was waiting at the gate with hotel and meal vouchers when we landed in Vancouver. The hotel we stayed in was very nice."

Pros: "The experience on the flight from san diego to Toronto was excellent from curb side there all the way to baggage claim in Toronto. The service by ground staff on both sides was excellent, The staff on board was helpful, efficient and very polite. In flight Entertainment was good too, unlike on the way to San Diego when the choice was so limited it was not worth my time to use it."
Cons: "They need a better system for boarding. It took forever to get us all on board. And it was hard to hear which zone they were boarding since the passengers were so noisy. there should've been lanes for the different zones so they could usher us all in orderly. It was a chaotic mess without lanes. There was no entertainment if you didn't download their app onto your electronic device. No snacks were offered either. I didn't pay for a meal but it would've been nice to have some pretzels or something like that. The controls for the lights, and attendant call button were on the hand rest. It was very uncomfortable since it was a raised section, and more than once I turned on the light without meaning to do so. I won't fly Air Canada Rouge ever again, if I can help it."
Pros: "This was a horrible experience throughout. From the start, we were told to board but left standing on the jetway for 15-20 minutes before we were allowed to board the plane and take our seats. Went downhill from there."

Audacity to charge $10 to use a rental device for entertainment when other airlines provide free of charge. No air-circulation on board. Screaming children the ENTIRE 6 hour flight. No complimentary snacks."

Cons: "3 mechanical problems. Two missed flights. 16 hours late. Lost luggage. The crew sent us at wrong place, we were stuck in a room until 6:30 am. We had to sleep on chairs. Everything that could go bad went bad. Will never ever fly with Air Canada again. That is a promise."
