The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.
No internet, not even westjet connect makes for a boring flight
Our first flight from LAX to Winnipeg was changed but you never informed us at all. It went from a nonstop flight to a stay at Calgary. This impacted our trip negatively as we arrived much later than we planned to. Our returning flight was horrible. The flight was delayed 6 hours!! And we were NOT going to wait that long. The only way we got on our original flight was running there. However all of our suitcases were now coming on the delayed flight. It was the worst experience we ever had flying. I want my money back.
Typical Canadian airline experience. Charger and tray were broken, food was poor quality, and yet you're still paying more than flights with equal to better service than elsewhere globally.

While I appreciated the food (it was unexpected), it was interruptive for sleeping. We paid extra for reserved seats, but when we checked in they gave us different seats. I had to call WestJet arounf 11:30pm the night before our flight to get this fixed. We were give seats in the emengency row to resolve the issue.
Not enough food option. And not enough advices or information about what we are gonna eat.
Please make more option. And be more precise on the type of food you giving. Diner and breakfast can be different

Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
I did not follow this route as I was forcefully rerouted.
Flight was in business class on an older Lufthansa 747. Business class seats definitely old style. Flight attendants were a little curt but attentive. Movie choices did not include anything that would be considered new releases.
I will never fly Air Canada again. 5 hour delay due to plane problem which could have been fixed while plane sat empty. We offered a $15CAD voucher for dinner due to delay, BUT that is NOT Even enough for a hamburger. Air Canada rebooked my 87 year old mother on an onward flight in Munich with NINE HOUR layover without rebooking me on same flight. Air Canada apparently cancelled my onward flight as I was offered a refund for the Lufthansa leg from Munich. Fortunately, Lufthansa Service Center staff was very helpful rebooking us both on same flight which was one hour earlier, so only 8 hour layover. Lufthansa airport Mobility staff as well as plane crew were awesome and extremely helpful with wheelchair support. Spoke with others who were on same flight from YYZ to MUC and there was at least one other person that was not rebooked onwards (from Munich to Hamburg) by Air Canada but was able get support frkm LH Service Center staff. The Air Canada plane crew was very helpful, so the overall issue is Air Canada systems, and gate agents that have caused multiple negative issues on AC836 YYZ to MUC on May 18th. Similar to what others on this flight have said, I will NEVER, EVER, NEVER AGAIN fly Air Canada. And I've likely flown over 1 Million miles with them, with lots of miles in Business Class and have held Elite, and Super Elite status.
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
It was okay; however, for a long-haul flight, the economy seats were uncomfortable. The seat cushioning needs to be improved. The food served was below average. The staff was good and courteous. They were attentive and helped the passengers where possible.
Well considering they didn't transfer our luggage once we arrived in Frankfurt to our Air Canada SUCKS!
My flight was delayed, causing a shortened connection to my second flight, which led to a stressful experience. Additionally, I had to pay the luggage fee twice, for which I have receipts. Since Air Canada and United Airlines collaborate, their partnership should aim to provide better service, rather than leaving passengers to bear the consequences of an unprofessional experience.
All was good, except my USB charging did not work, so my phone got drained and I could not charge it. Same happened to my neighbour.

Flight cancelled support worse than useless. Asking me to drive back and forth between terminal, I was expecting supervisor call within 30 minutes, never happened.
The plane was delayed by two hours in Chicago which led to us missing the next flight. Lufthansa rebooked the flight and booked us a hotel for the night in Frankfurt. The level of customer service and getting us taken care of was superb. The flight crew and the service on the ground was superb.
Efficiency of staff, and comfort and cleanliness of aircraft was all great. Maybe a hot drink without payment at that time in the morning would be good!

Booked Economy but it translated to economy light for Lufthansa so now we are stuck paying an extra $75 per person both ways for our checked bags. If I had known that, I would have never booked these tickets because it came out to be more than other options. The booking in the kayak side clearly says Economy and has a link to the inormation for Lufthansa which states Economy included a checked bag. Super annoyed about that.
Staff was very professional friendly food was okay i used the lufthansa app and it was great told me immediately what gate I should go i would fly with lufthansa anytime
The flight was ok, but the chargers did not work, and the speakers in the back of the cabin did not either. The seats are too small, and the food was terrible. However, I am writing because the crew was extremely rude, not only that, but they also kept the curtains closed, forgot to clear our trays, the bathrooms were filthy, and trash was piling up. Additionally, one of the attendants had her earbuds on while in the cabin. From the movement, it seemed like she was listening to music, so not even the safety aspect was there. My neighbor s English is not good and they were very dismissive of her. When we deplaned, the crew in the back was just chatting with one another, and the first class attendant was nice and said thank you. It is nice that the crew gets along so well, but they did not take care of the passengers at all. They rushed through all the services and otherwise did not go through the cabin to offer water or anything else. i had the feeling of being unwelcome at a party. I am not a grumpy traveller, but I thought you really needed to know. Thank you, Carin
I purposely bought a seat upstairs and your airline moved it to a random aisle seat. The only good part about this being an older plane was that the seats weren’t so tight that I couldn’t relax at all. Still will never fly Lufthansa again.
