Business class seating in Swiss really is just Economy seating minus the middle passenger

No choice of food was given, and I was served leftovers, so they were returned back. the crew is unfriendly and harsh. Need to be trained on communication.

Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).

The flight was very nice but the food selection for the people in the last rows was limited to vegetarian meals only. I think vegetarian meal should not be offered as a main selection.

Really BAD check in experience. My bag was left in Geneva and I have not received it yet. I have been in Stockholm 5 days without clothes to change. The flight was good but very unhappy with the post service support.

We still don't have our luggages... flight was Saturday Jan 3rd and today is Wed 7th...even after fling the delayed/missing baggage report on saturday night and contacting SWISS (which is not answering) we still dont have our luggages...

Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles

They lost my luggage on December 30th. It is now January 3rd and i still don’t have it. I’ve called lost and found multiple times and they cannot provide an update. They keep saying one day and then it gets postponed again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. It’s infringing on my vacation. I have stressed how important it is for me to have my suitcase right away. It should have been resolved within 1-2 days.

Made us gate check carry ons Then didn’t get them on the plane. Service they used didn’t deliver our carry ons for more than a day Total mess

0lane 2qs on tim3. Very bad food. No free wifi, only for texts. Entertainment poor and hard to access.

Boarding a bit chaotic, but that seems to be mostly about extra security in Lima, not AC. Left on-time, arrived slightly early. Good flight

The flight from Lisbon to Toronto was delayed and then our connecting flight in Vancouver was delayed due to “unscheduled maintenance “. We boarded and then had to get off the plane and wait. We were over three hours delayed in Vancouver and missed our final connection to Saskatoon. We were forced to overnight in Vancouver arriving in Saskatoon at noon the next day. That’s over a 12 hour delay getting home.

I want to thank Carlos at the Miami AC desk - he was amazing and went over and above to help us out. Thank you Carlos and all the best to you!!! You made our faith in AC feel great! Sincerely, David Cubitt

Flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. After a considerable wait in the queue, Air Canada customer service was very helpful to get us on another flight. I am disappointed to report our rescheduled flight is for three days from now. Three days of extra expenses and inconvenience is unacceptable.

The plane was almost an hour delayed and then once we were on board, they said that captain didn’t have enough hours left in his day to fly us so they had to find another captain. Surely that could’ve been figured out out in advance. Incredibly frustrating because I missed my connection in Toronto, and it has a result missed the first day of my conference in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Flight from saskatoon to toronto was by far the worst flight ive ever been on and roughest landing ever.

Mechanical issue caused me to be stuck in Vancouver for 2 days

The last 3 hours it was freezing cold in row 56. Multiple people had their winter coats on and were utilizing the blankets provided by the airline. I also did not have easy access to figure out how to book my food allergy and advance for my meals. Most of everything I received was something I couldn't eat. This needs to be made more accessible. Also, I'm 5'10 which is the average height of the American male. I flew from Philadelphia to Toronto and then to Tokyo and the seats were absolutely unbearable. For that long of a flight it is impossible to get comfortable when doing anything. Flights need to have more space and stop prioritizing costs over people.

The on-board entertainment system was horrible - we gave up watching because it just kept glitching.

We had originally booked our flight from Punta Cana to London Ontario but our flight from Toronto to London was rescheduled and we would of had a 14 hour layover in Toronto before caughting our flight to London which is unacceptable. So we canceled our flight to London with no compensation and booked Robert Q Airbus from Toronto to London. We are not planning on using Air Canada for any more travel trips. In the last year and a half, Air Canada has rescheduled my flight from Toronto to London 3 times and forced me to cancel the flight and take Robert Q to London to avoid a long layover in Toronto. I received no compensation for the flight which is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed in the way Air Canada always rescheduled my flight from Toronto to London.

You will pay for everything and feels like the airplane is old

I really liked it when the First Officer mentioned that we could see Paris out of the window on the left.

The flight went well. However the leg room in coach class is very very tight. We arrived early but could not get to the gate early….sadly. Also something about off loading cargo- we had to wait to deplane. There was not clear explanation for that.

The boarding process was chaotic at LHR and the seat was not as comfortable as other airlines....

Good shuttle to Europe. Face check boarding needs overhaul. 2 stations for 200 people and still with passport check. Why have both? Why is this now slower than 5 years ago?

Tickets get checked 4 separate times by different staff, would save time if only the person at the entrance and the person who scans the tickets checks them!

I have always been pleased with their service. Would not change a thing

I was a bit disappointed that checked in luggage was not included in the ticket. That should be a standard thing for most international flights.

Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages

A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.
