It was a typical flight with Alaska Airlines. On time, great crew. They no longer provide food or entertainment, but I don't think any of the airlines do. It was a bit of a rough landing... hard enough to make my back hurt and a couple of little screams from the passengers. But we landed safely so no harm. I will definitely use Alaska Airlines again.

Had to change our flight last minute it due to a family emergency. Customer service answered the phone right away and able to switch our flights for no extra fee. I would highly recommend this airline to all.
It would be nice if you had free internet. Text messaging is appreciated.
No screens to watch flight or movies etc. Had to use your own device, all I had was cell phone which is too small. Disappointing. Otherwise very nice.
Instant upgrade to First Class based on my One World status. Better than AA.
Changed gate but didn’t announce & boards had wrong information. Nearly missed flight as a result. Very unnerving!
There should be a rating option of "n/a" for entertainment as there were no in-flight audio or video options for our particular flight. We want to give special praise to Flight Attendant Christine, who made our trip home very special with her extra attention to our comfort and enjoyment. Christine, you ROCK. You were an angel in our skies!
I was a little hesitant at first because I never flew on Alaska Airlines before. However at the time of me booking; this airline was one of few that were affordable & had a much needed direct flight option. I was more relieved when I got to the airport & saw that my local relatives chose the same flights. Also, on the flight to Seattle I chatted with a gentleman who flies more frequently than I do & gave Alaska Airlines a higher rating over competing airlines.
It was my first time, it went pretty well. We did experience some turbulence and wasn’t told anything. Over all everything was easy to get through.
Shari, flight attendant was impatient and rude. I am a seasoned traveler and I know how passengers should be treated. We were boarding with family and we were trying to figure out our seat assignment and instead of lending us a helping hand she yelled at us and embarrassed us. We were literally there for less than 30 seconds and she made quite the show about us getting out of the isle instead of asking if we need assistance. I could not believe how rude she was. My husband and children were with me and can attest to her rudeness. After she yell at us to "get out of the isle, she literally went the opposite direction of the people boarding, towards the front of the plane and held up the flow of boarding herself. I think she has an attitude problem which needs to be addressed. It takes a lot to make me mad, I am a very peaceful person and because of her rudeness, I was upset. That is not the way passengers should be treated,
It’s was good. There’s so much room for improvement though. Since the plane was small, there was no entertainment but for years now, the most jarring aspect of travel is the lack of tasty snacks.
Flight was delayed, missed connectingnflight to DC. Put me on flight to Baltimore, had to rent a car for $200. Plane was old, wall peeling around window. Flight was packed, every seat full on small plane. I spent 14 hrs on Friday in airports and missed my planned weekend event.
Don't need the male flight attended lecturing. The whole plane on how to act when there was no problems.Other than that everything was great
We were told our second flight was canceled, but it was not. We did not receive our bags for two days. I did not have my meds, so I was very sick for the first three days. Our house rental was $5700 for the week. Do the math. It will be difficult for us to fly Delta again.

We requested wheelchair assistance at ATL. This request was booked in advance of travel, we have requested this service before. We have had issues with accommodations for accessibility in the past, but this was beyond not having a chair on the ramp. We arrived in ATL international gates and had to search for a wheelchair for 40 mins. There were no delta or airport employees available to help. No service phones, nothing. With the help of another passenger I was able to get my elderly mother from the plane to the gate seating bench. She was able to wait there while I searched for a wheel chair.
Flights were terribly delayed. I was at At,anta Airport for over 4 hours waiting for my connection.

Terrible flight Delayed for over an hour without a reason Told all over head storage was full. It was not. Made to check our bags. What a terrible experience. Fly American.

The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.
The pairing of personal Bluetooth headset did not work, provided headset did not work, then the screen locked and therefore no in-flight entertainment was available.
I flew basic economy, so it was what I expected. Crew was nice though, and flight was quick. Would recommend for flights under 6 hours, otherwise would upgrade to something with more leg room.
Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!
Airline staff was good the checkin process was ok but the plane itself was very bad the comfort was worst it was worst and the most stiff 5 hours of my life i felt claustrophobic

Brutal as can be … delayed by 24 hours then delayed and hour on the tarmac then delayed three hours in Chicago, screaming child behind me kicking the seat for the better part of 10 hours… couldn’t be worse
Very easy boarding. The on board snacks were not good.
We had a 44 minute layover ( ??? ) to change planes for our flight to SRQ. We landed at Concourse D, and the SRQ plane was located at Concourse B, as we were told in Toronto. We got to "B4" as directed by ( Delta Help ), in less than 10 minutes, only to see the flight we booked to leave at 2:28, was showing "DEPARTED". Back to Delta Help, got an extremely obnoxious and rude clerk who gave use two options, next flight leaving 5:20, on "B12", (STANDBY). or (CONFIRMED), leaving around 8:PM, not sure of the exact time because they took our seat request and gave us another boarding pass minus the exact time. We had been waiting hours for the 5:20 flight and at the very last minute a group appeared and were allowed to board. When the "standby" folks were summoned, several were allowed to board ahead of us, even though we were there much earlier. The clerk, who gave his name as Markus, a black man with a beard, was the most arrogant. rude and condescending individual in existence. When I asked him to repeat his name he said "what did it sound like?". Had I been thinking I would have answered to me it sounded like (markasshole) which is exactly what he was. When we originally got to that gate and asked for advice, he went on and on telling me he could only comment on the flight that was in progress, that ATL was a big airport, and treated us, both, in our 80"s like we were children unable to understand the process, and directly in my face in a loud voice, shouted exactly what we were already aware of. Not one ounce of consideration for our problem, of just trying to get home. When he called out the names of the remaining "standby" people, he left several go before us, even though we were there waiting hours earlier. He called out our names, John and Nubia, looked at us and shouted out that he only had ONE, and with a grin on his face, let another standby board, and told that person that she got the "lucky" last seat, still grinning, meaning we had to wait once again for the later flight. This obviously prejudiced and biased poor excuse of human beings needs to find a job he is better suited for, perhaps dog catcher or janitor, IMHO. This entire fiasco put us home more than 7 hours later than previously indicated on our original and paid for flight schedule. If Kayak continues to offer flights with different concourse locations and with only a 44 minute layover, they might also consider a more reasonable and reliable time frame for layover. It was a horrible experience and considering alternatives to this service is paramount.
The flight itself was fine, but two of the ladies at the gate were extremely rude to a few of us in line. Their customer service really needs some help. I’ve always had good experiences with WestJet until these two ladies. They had the worst attitudes and really left a bad taste in my mouth after a good trip
Plane was tooo small, making cracking sound felt lime its breaking down. No tv, wifi doesn’t work. Only 2 restroom
Flight was re-scheduled for the next day. No voucher for a hotel offered. Boarding was delayed by almost 1 hour. No free meal or even water was offered on board. When tried to purchase a coke, was denied because they didn’t accept coins less than 1 euro denominations. A young male flight attendant was especially rude and unhelpful.
My connecting flight was switched without proper notice. Spent the night at the airport. Missed my hotel room and rental car due to this inconvenience. Trying to remain positive.
First plane was delayed, which caused me to miss my connecting flight. Was stressful. Couldn’t get out of this state till next day.

Our flight was canceled the morning of and we were given no alternatives, poor communication, and it cost us $2900 more plus five days to get to our destination.

The baggage handlers at Toronto did not load anyone's baggage onto the jet. We sat at the carousel in Pittsburgh for a half hour before anyone told us.

Flight attendants were delightful, smiling, anticipating needs, and overall excellent. Pilots kept us informed and made 1 of the best soft landings!
Delayed flight and did not do a good job updating us. Entertainment selection was weak, but I was thankful to have the behind the seat screen. No interaction with crew.
Flight was delayed more than 120 min. I had carry on bag but the airplane was full and they had to get it checked in. I had to wait for the small carry on bag at the airport carousel
Not good with Kayak … There is no customer service number to call ?? We have stuck at Toronto airport but air Canada don’t help because we bought tickets thru Kayak .. Kayak should have customer service number listed for help .. Very bad .. we will think twice to buy the tickets thru Kayak next time.. Ahluwalia
