Delta is great because when you land, you are already on the domestic side of the airport. Since I take the train/subway downtown, way cheaper than a taxi or Uber, I do not have to take a shuttle all the way around the airport to the subway: I just take a quick link train and walk a short distance. Easy and fast! Like travel should be.

As I have two connections international flight. Whether the check luggage goes to the final destination automatically, and how many free check luggages need to advice clearly while booking. Since the two code sharing air flight companies provided different information which was very confusion.

Flight was delayed, 30+ bags had to be gate checked. Crew were very friendly!

Everything was good until we were boarding our connection flight in Atlanta, we were told to gate check our carry-on, but when we got inside the plane, there was plenty of room in the overhead.

Very late arrival at PWM. Late jet getting to ATL. Equipment problem with aircraft - could not get enough water onto plane., Another delay getting FAA approval for flight with bottled H2O. Not the crew’s problem.

Leaving on time and having my luggage on my connecting flight

After all the weather issues at least they got me to my destination the next day

From Atlanta to Savannah - flight connection was way to short (we weren't even late landing ) and flight was already boarding when we landed - we were told we were the last on board and so we had to gate check our bags. Once we got on the plane, there were at least seven open bag spots so that was unnecessary delay. There should be better communication between the gate agent and the crew.

Crew was excellent. Comfort seats not as nice as other kinds of planes.

It was a great flight and the stewards and stewardess were all kind and accommodating!! The seats were comfortable and entertainment screen excellent!

Flight was an hour late, who knows why. It was OK, nothing outstanding.

Only not having an assigned seat was an issue. Rest was great

Lost luggage, they need a baggage service representative available all times in Atlanta

It was all good flight was on time, service was good I enjoyed a few movies and everything was smooth

Efficient, calm when things were delayed and kept us regularly informed of what was happening.

Airbus plane, nice and polite staff, entertainment even as it was a short flight.

I was charged for my daughters bag when I am supposed to receive two free checked bags with my United Explorer card.

Very nice and clean plane. Transit time between flights was tight though

Our flights got changed from United to Air Canada and our purchased seats did not get transferred so we had to pay for seats twice. I brought it up with Air Canada and they stated I had to go back and chase it with United. The united seats were $21 Canadian each and Air Canada were $56 each so we have paid $77 for each seat. Very unhappy

So far so good but food and entertainment are not available for this flight

Plane temperature was comfortable (not to hot) when boarding and waiting for takeoff.

Michael, our FA was very attentive, even finding me a chocolate brownie from economy class when the dessert selections were all dairy based. ( intolerant, not allergic so don’t usually need to order dairy free)

Very poor delay in dfw was really bad n long

Our flight was 1.5 hours delayed. There was no weather for the inbound flight, so I don't understand why. This meant a VERY late arrival and only a quick nap before my morning flight.

Because of rescheduling, they had to put me on a flight that didn't go through Dallas

It was very difficult to stretch my knee out and I am very short. I also had a torn tendon in my knee which made it extra uncomfortable anyways. My husband is 6'2" and I can't imagine him flying in that plane.

3 hour weather delay followed by 1 hour (and counting) maintenance delay. UGH!

Couldn’t get the door on the plane to close leading to a nearly 2 hour delay. But, hey at least they didn’t cancel the flight.

Very clean and comfortable cabin. Amazing Mediterranean salad for lunch before landing. Great range of films to watch. Really quiet and easy to sleep on the flight also. The initial food was a bit weird: odd fried chicken pieces in some weird white gloop, but that would be my lack of cultural knowledge on the grub. Salad more than made up for it at the other end. Staff were super attentive and helpful. Great and easy flight

International baggage recheck process in Philadelphia was a disaster. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to receive our bags. Waited 15 minutes to recheck bags, flight notification boards were blank so we asked an AA representative for our connecting gate and we were directed to the wrong terminal and gate. Our connection window was over 3 hours and we made our flight by 5 minutes. We pulled away from the gate and sat on the runway for 1 1/2 hours. 1 of our 4 bags didn’t make it to Phoenix. The mobile app for lost baggage didn’t work, the AA rep had to manually fix.

I miss my flight and they could not rebook me that day because the other flight was full, and for the next day I had to pay a whole new fee again which I think is unprofessional

Flight was cancelled 3 hrs AFTER etd. Thetefore Missed connection from JFK to New Zealand . No accommodation provided… This cost ne aporox 1000 USD in extra expenses and turned whst should have been a 24 hr trip ftom Boston - New Zealand into a VERY expensive , late 70+ hr nightmare … Complete nonsense!!!

Absolutely terrible, from the customer service to boarding the plane. On the phone, there was some mishaps with getting in my correct date and they did not help me retrieve a refund or any assistance. I’m gonna be reporting to all my followers and family around the region of Los Angeles to New York.

Price was good. Entertainment and food could have been better

They kept making changes to the itinerary. I actually wasn't able to go and i tried to get flight credit in exchange for the ticket, but the customer service chat was taking way too much time.

Generally good. However. The flight left 30 mins behind schedule with no reason given.

Nothing to like because my inbound flight was cancelled without notification by West Jet or third party, JustFly. I couldn’t take the inbound flight due to cancellation; therefore could not take the outbound flight back.

Not the greatest experience everything was pretty mediocre. My seat was by the washroom in the aisle and was not located well as everyone past each other people were right in my seat and space.

There was a medical emergency that the crew handled very well. There was no “entertainment” of any sort-no movie/music/whatever. Food was typical of airlines: mediocre.

We never had an experience they canceled the flight and they did not offer us an alternative flight. I had to book one on my own expense. They offered us food voucher and we could not use them at the airport it kept saying not attached to an existing flight. The people at the counter were rude and cold and they did not care about our situation

Terrible. First my return flight was rescheduled to a terrible itinerary. Paid for window seats where there was no window. All of my seats were mediocre or terrible despite paying in advance for them. Zero onboard entertainment- it didn’t work or wasn’t available. If it was available there were zero instructions provided. I also didn’t like being forced to check my carry-on luggage. Delta screwed me around on the way home with a 2 hour flight delay that caused me to miss my connecting flight so my luggage did not come home with me but had to be shipped on a later flight. Just grateful they found it. But Delta attendants lied about the delay - a supervisor at an info booth assured me they would compensate because it was the fault of the pilot arriving over an hour late but when I went to the boarding gate to get help with this they insisted it was a ground problem in Toronto and not Delta’s fault BUT another flight to Toronto was going around the same time with no delays and West Jet agents in Toronto said there was no notice of any ground delays at the airport (which I have on video). When I went back to the info desk to find the Delta supervisor she was gone. I had to run through Toronto airport asking any availabile West Jet staff I could find to book a new flight home as I didn’t have a connecting flight anymore. Baggage wouldn’t help OR give me my bag back. Because we were one of the last flights into the airport all staff had left. I finally decided to go through security to find an agent at a boarding desk and was lucky to catch one before she left to get booked onto the next flight home in the morning but I still had to spend the night in the airport. It was awful!!! I was scared, travelling alone and desperate to find help - which was a extreme challenge. Maybe 2 out of the dozen people I asked were pleasant. The rest difficult. I felt betrayed. Oh and I kept getting directed to the information desk in Toronto airport but no one was on staff and I used the phone to try calling someone but I kept getting useless recording. I will not be flying Delta or West Jet again. It will be a long time before I feel safe to travel again. Many tears. This was an awful and highly stressful experience.

Found the seats very crowded—too close together ! And waited a long time for our luggage All staff at both ends were excellent!!!

Flight got delayed for no reason. And Air Canada was doing 3 boardings via the same gate. It was chaotic!

Wonderful airline. All staff were pleasant and helpful. What is sad is that it wasn’t grand gestures just everyday pleasantness and friendliness that are missing from the other airlines I have flown recently.

Friendly efficient crew, but plane had no way to charge phone. That is a near necessity with today’s travel where we carry out travel documents on our phones.

Orlando to Canada, despite being close and an international flight, the plane was not at all comfortable. It felt like the chair was being pushed forward, in addition to not having a TV and having to choose from a tiny glass of drink, for example, water or soda. I couldn't have both. When I asked the flight attendant for an extra glass of water, she looked at me with an ugly face. This is ridiculous. They don't want to give water to passengers. I will never fly with this airline again in my life.

Took off on-time and staff was very nice. Got stuck on tarmac at ATL due to storms, but staff was still wonderful even though they were working and not getting paid.

In a nutshell, my bag, the one I have to pay for, because now you can’t even bring a carry on, did not make it. I am still waiting for an update. The fact that not only were have to pay for it, but on top of that we are stuck without getting it, it’s ridiculous..

This was an excellent experience for a very short flight.

No space in overhead bin, one cookie, 2 oz of juice - is not customer service.

Received email saying that there won’t be a seat back entertainment screen and inflight WiFi would be available. But no WiFi both ways. Say it in the email.

Somebody either kayak or Air Canada booked my flight under my preferred name Betty instead of my legal name and I almost was denied boarding my flight
