Flight was delayed for three hours and was a very stressful flight
Flight was not on time and got to destination very very late pier management of aircrafts
It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you.
una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen.
No proper info regarding cancellation. Staff was unfriendly and abruptly responded to passengers.

Cleared Gatwick security fine. Boarding was fine. Departed gate on-time.
Got 200 yards from the gate only to park in another stand, the plane shut down and waited an hour for engineers to come fix a ‘communication computer’ error (basically they had to reboot the plane).
I thought the staff were helpful and professional. I had enough legroom and there was room for my wedding dress to be hung, although it was slightly small.
There was a lot of turbulence but I know this is not the fault of the airline. Additionally, the in-flight entertainment was not working properly and this had to be reset on request. There were no wet towels/wipes to wipe our hands.

The rude security staff, my previous British air flight from Dublin was 30’minutes late. Heathrow is terrible for connecting flights even with 2 hour leg room. What a joke. English people suck.
The transfer from T5 to T3 was chaotic. Queues to join queues to get the transfer bus. People were getting caught on a moving escalator because the crowd in front had nowhere they could go to make room. Extremely dangerous! It took longer to get from T5 to T3 than it did to get from Dublin to London. Boarding in T3 for the flight to Denver was almost as bad. Bodies everywhere, no organisation and no help. Then the aircraft itself was so old with uncomfortable seats and an almost unwatchable screen. I will never transit through LHR again.
