Great seats plenty of leg room
The food... Yikes
Not enough food served, they charged for alcohol on a transatlantic flight! Some of the crew were not the friendliest.
They offered snacks, drinks and movies for free.
They had free movies and tv shows but you had to buy plug in headphones. So just pack your own. (Jetblue) Aer Lingus offered headphones, pillows, movies (not a great selection though) and some horrible food.
There were 3 travelers in our family and we were not seated together. I assumed the flight was full but to our surprise there were empty seats that would allow us to be together. Serving of meals and drinks were slow although the food was better this time compared to our Chicago to Dublin trip. Movie selections were poor.
Boarding was not done by groups, I end up storing my bag in the bin by the end of the plane while my seat was at the beginning and this was delaying my exit upon arrival. Not good experience having connected flight.
Crew was polite, but...
The flight attendants seemed unused to the idea that Orthodox Jews won't sit beside people of the opposite sex. This made boarding take longer than it needed to. The airline should figure out a way to streamline this process on flights to/from Tel Aviv.
Crew members were very friendly, plane was clean, seats were comfortable, and flight was much quicker than what I thought it was going to be. Boarding was a tiny bit unorganized, but overall flight was great.
Boarding was a bit disorganized. I had brought my carry-on but the lady at the counter said I had to check it with baggage (which ended up getting delayed once we landed for an additional 15 minutes)
Great friendly service. Very clean and organized crew. Nice plane, great flight crew. Comfortable seats. Free ear pieces and drinks for international flights
The sound for the movies did not work at my seat or my wife's seat.
Food was ok
The customer service I received was horrible horrible horrible especially from the check in counter the were very rude . After booking my flight on kayak I called TAP customer service just to make sure that everything was fine .I asked them about luggage they said I had 2 free and a carry on when I got to the airport said I had to pay for the 2 i said no told them that i called TAP they didn't wanna hear it i asked for the manager she I am the manager and you bought a discounted ticket and there's no luggage with this ticket only acarry on in a mean way if you want the you have to pay $90 for each I tried to call TAP can't get through them when they finally got through them the guy confirmed that I ve called it on the records but it said now it's too late to do anything I am already at the airport that I have to pay and contact them later. I wasted good hour and a half on this and I had to pay $180. After all that at the boarding gate they announced that they will call by zone .they called especial need called frequent flyers zone A never called zone B all they said last minute was this is the final call for flight #.... and I was right in front of them and guess who were the people making the announcement yep the same people at the check in counter
everything is ok but food is bad. better give to passenger fruit or bisquit, wafers
Crew was helpful. Flights were on time and overall experience was very good.
