Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

All was good. The headphones they supply are of poor quality. The food is good but too much dairy.

4 hour technical delay. Cancelled second meal. Crew and flight were great.

It took over an hour to check in my bag a there was just one person at the counter. Security lines for business class also took a while. Although I reported 3 hours before my flight I made it to the gate 20 mins before boarding. To add to that jewelry was removed from my checked in baggage. I am submitting a separate complaint to Mumbai airport for that.

It said that there was wifi. During the flight there was no wifi and while waiting at the gate the phone services already got cut off so I wasn’t able to say I am taxiing from the gate to my husband. This left me with an uncomfortable feeling. So I was waiting on the WiFi connection during flight and that never happened.

Late boarding with inconsistent excuses. Bulk head seats were very small and uncomfortable. 1 tiny candy bar and a water were only food provisions. Food for purchase was unavailable.

This flight had seats that were more comfortable than the trans-Atlantic flight I had come on. Boarding, however, was atrocious. There was no point in boarding groups since everyone ended up on the same bus to get on the plane. And the bus ride took forever to get to the plane. The snacks can barely even qualify as snacks.
