For an experienced traveler even, this was misleading and confusing. I also wish the attendants escorted people off row by row and not all the pushing of people from the back trying to exit first. I gave it to them and she was like Ingrad is not your name doesn't match your ID. I said no it doesn't your going to have to go back up and get my boarding pass redone again. I was Furious and frustrated because I didn't want to miss my flight over a mix up from one of your Clerks and at the time she never asked me if I wanted a window seat or not . This made for a bad experience going to Atlanta but I was grateful that I didn't miss my flight."

Running out of the LAX->MEX plane, the crew the said: "don't forget to pick up your luggage".. and then all went pairshaped. One member of MEX staff claimed the baggage is going directly to destination, another said that it won't and i need to pick it up myself and do god knows what with it. LAX->MEX flight delayed by 30mins, 1hr change time. Everybody relaxed just me loosing all my boozy contraband as i had no choice but to put my registered luggage thru security."

Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare."

Cons: "I was able to download the WestJet Connect app on my phone which gives you access to tv shows and movies to watch on your own device during the flight. The app was free and easy to use and there was a decent selection. However, the wifi on board is not free so even though you could watch the tv show/movie - the sound did not work unless you paid for it. There are many other airlines that offers everything for free - it would have been a more pleasant if we were able to actually utilize the service."

Check in process was absolutely horrible. I've never had such a bad experience. They were say8ng I needed to complete a form rhey didn't even know what it was or what it was for. Then another Staff member was extremely rude to me for no reason. Started almost yelling at me and told me to stand back. I was not talking loud or rude at all and she just treated me terribly. I heard her treat others with attitude as well. Another one said we needed to all get on our flights on time so they didn't have to work overtime again!! As someone who works in Healthcare where you can be mandated overtime and redeployed I found this very unprofessional and unnecessary to tell all the customers this!!

The crew said that we should request a form from the USA if we were Americans, so I did. I have filled out that form many times, so I felt fine--until I got into the Customs area of the airport and learned that I needed to fill out a Canadian form too. So I had to do that before picking up my luggage. You would think that an Air Canada crew would know which forms I had to fill out and give them to me or at least ask questions so that I could be prepared when I went into the incredibly complicated maze to go through customs."

It was so frustrating because I had to wait 51 minutes for an Air Canada representative to confirm I had checked in eventhough I didn't have my boarding pass on my I5 phone. I really like your planes and service providers,but your website is awful."

I had to hold in my trip to a restroom until touch down because I didn't want to get caught up in the ridiculous cross traffic on a plane. Overhead compartment adjacent to me kept opening, thankfully, it didn't cause an accident."

Cons: "United only had one person working to check people in, and due to a lady with 8+ bags that the only agent had to take 20+ minutes with (while the line stacked up behind us), we ended up missing the first leg of our flight. Told us our bags would be checked all the way through, and they weren't. Checked bag got lost on the way back (again, due to misinformation from United on whether our bag would be checked all the way through), and when we got them back they had obviously been rooted through, with no note left by TSA. I fly often, and this was one of the worst flying experiences of my life."

Cons: "The plane was delayed incoming. Then boarding was interminably long because of overbooking and no overhead room for luggage. It took precious time to load passengers 1 group at a time while bags were checked. Once airborne I saw I only had 10 minutes or less to make my connection in Newark, which I inevitably missed. Poorly scheduled. Many passengers missed connections. It would have been much quicker and easier to advise passengers to check bags at the gate BEFORE the plane arrived knowing it was overbooked. I'm very disappointed in how the entire boarding was handled given the time constraints."

I was also allowed to board the wrong flight, and sat there until another customer boarded with the same seat assignment. If that hadn't happened, I would've flown all the way to Oklahoma on the wrong flight, with no luggage. Not to mention, it's probably a lapse in security. That's how I learned that my flight was canceled.The United phone line was not helpful. Then, I stood in line FOREVER. After 2 hours of standing in line, they set up a dedicated line, and all of a sudden it was helpful. I'm never not flying southwest again. I'm praying my luggage makes it to where I'm going. AND no wifi on either flight. That really sucks."

Cons: "My birthday was yesterday, August 22, and we were traveling to Atlanta, and at the San Juan airport the flight to Chicago was delayed so we upgrade to first class because we don have enough time to get birthday diner in the stop in Chicago to Atlanta, so the thing was that they didn't have enough meals for the costumers, they were 2 meals short , my husband couldn't eat so we ask for other options and they only had 2 thing that my husband couldn't eat, because they were horrible. So that brought my husband mad, so it was not enjoyable because every time he tried to do something to feel calm again but they couldn't do anything to help us calm down. They keep telling us that it was her mistake that she miscounted and that they didn't give them enough snacks, we didn't had snacks for the rest of the flight it was stressed full. Tomorrow i have to travel again back to Puerto Rico, and im scared that tomorrow will be a horrible day traveling with United, with no space for being comfortable with no food for 9 hours, im worried that the flight is delayed again and that a lost my flight back home, were my dogs are in a hotel till that night so im scared to have to pay another night for my dogs, and I wouldn't be able to pay it.
