Klm start boarding while somw air issue in the plan
The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade
I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.
Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff.
You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class
Transfer at Amsterdam airport is very convenient and the airport is easy to navigate. Boarding was also quick and easy. Cabin crew were excellent and the meals were good, although lacking in options.

I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional

I didn’t get on plane. Passport being processed by consulate with visa application. Tried to cancel through underpricer after purchasing cacelling for any reason. No dice, they are thieves.
Better seating for sure. The seats were so close together for such long flights.
We paid extra for the seats with extra leg room. But we were not allocated the seats with extra leg room nor refunded the money we paid for the seats.

After checking in online i called United to make sure I have special food ordered ( kosher option). Representative I spoke with on the phone with assured me that special meal was ordered. On the plane, during meal service I was informed that there is no note about it and no kosher meal was ordered for me. Flight attendant said she will check if maybe was a mix up and meal is somewhere. But never came back with any update. So entire flight with no food...

Not the greatest experience everything was pretty mediocre. My seat was by the washroom in the aisle and was not located well as everyone past each other people were right in my seat and space.

The small prop plane was crowded and the overhead luggage storage is a smaller than on the jets. Other than that, the crew was good, the flight was on time and the landing was smooth.
There was a medical emergency that the crew handled very well. There was no “entertainment” of any sort-no movie/music/whatever. Food was typical of airlines: mediocre.

Late departure, so I missed connection in Detroit. But Delta gave me a great hotel & breakfast. Just sorry I could not get anything from my checked baggage.
Crew was friendly. Lost our luggage and told us it’d be in later in the evening of the day we returned. It was not. Still after 5 days have not received it.

I will never fly Air Canada again. 5 hour delay due to plane problem which could have been fixed while plane sat empty. We offered a $15CAD voucher for dinner due to delay, BUT that is NOT Even enough for a hamburger. Air Canada rebooked my 87 year old mother on an onward flight in Munich with NINE HOUR layover without rebooking me on same flight. Air Canada apparently cancelled my onward flight as I was offered a refund for the Lufthansa leg from Munich. Fortunately, Lufthansa Service Center staff was very helpful rebooking us both on same flight which was one hour earlier, so only 8 hour layover. Lufthansa airport Mobility staff as well as plane crew were awesome and extremely helpful with wheelchair support. Spoke with others who were on same flight from YYZ to MUC and there was at least one other person that was not rebooked onwards (from Munich to Hamburg) by Air Canada but was able get support frkm LH Service Center staff. The Air Canada plane crew was very helpful, so the overall issue is Air Canada systems, and gate agents that have caused multiple negative issues on AC836 YYZ to MUC on May 18th. Similar to what others on this flight have said, I will NEVER, EVER, NEVER AGAIN fly Air Canada. And I've likely flown over 1 Million miles with them, with lots of miles in Business Class and have held Elite, and Super Elite status.
Very tight leg room and not a fan of the new policy on no free carry on luggage. Besides that, it was fine.
Flight delay, cancellation rescheduling and misdirected luggage which created some stress. It all worked out in the end.
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
The flight was delayed several times, however , they kept me well informed with enough advance warning that I had not left home yet
Well considering they didn't transfer our luggage once we arrived in Frankfurt to our Air Canada SUCKS!

This leg was run by United. Food was ok and the regular menu was actually not good ( Hindu meal was fine). Crew was fantastic
Sat on the tarmac with no ventilation for almost an hour, without a single word from the crew. Appalling. When Air Canada goes bankrupt, again, almost everyone in Canada will be cheering.

The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.

Very small and uncomfortable seats, Hard to hear entertainment system sound. Horrible food. Staff doesn't care much about the passengers. 2nd time they didn't give me my vegetarian meal. They asked me regular food with meat. The airline and staff was from United airlines.

The entertainment screens need to be updated. Very difficult to navigate through with old equipment.
