boarding needs to be streamlined load the back of the plane first

The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.

Overall great flight experience- on time, lots of food and movies.

Disappointed everytime. The app doesn't load the boarding passes. They have lots of agent that seem to be busy doing nothing with a long line waiting to get paper boarding passes. Food choices are poor. Entertainment is less than entertaining.

I think I have bruises on my kneecaps. Do the seats have to be so close together these days? And if they are so close they really shouldn’t recline. I think when the gentleman in front of me reclined, the back of his head was on my chin. That being said the crew were always caring and polite, and the flight was on time and very safe. So I’m grateful for that.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

Just lucky: After realizing I was on "standby" b/c of a technical seat problem, someone volunteered to go Premium Economy, & I got to keep my Business seat. Found broken headphones, and they replaced them immediately! Excellent food and beverage service. Although we went to ALM first on our way to NQZ, it meant Business class was almost empty for the last 1.5 hours of flight- heavenly!

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

Unfortunately, the flight departure was delayed over one hour due to the aircraft used arriving late. Boarding was tedious because of the transit bus taking us to a remote area of the tarmac. Once aboard the crew was very accommodating and did well under more stress than usual. Turbulence caused a delay in meal service. Flight Attendant Anson was very helpful, respectful, and attentive to me and others around me. To be very clear, this was a code share flight on United, UA 181. They were very clear to us all to let those customers with a shortened layover time to their connecting flight to be allowed to exit first.
