Cons: The hardest thing about any air travel is cramp seats in coach. That being said, AA makes the best of your cramp quarters with free online movies and television, and a power outlet for your cell on the headrest in front of you, which is so convenient and makes up for the tight seating!

Cons: Plane was old and dirty, would not recommend.

Cons: in general the male flight attendant was very disinterested in resolving nonconformities such as that the light of the chair did not turn on or request for support in completing Customs form and uncomfortable seat

Pros: The flight itself was fine but AC could splurge for a gate rather than bussing our to the tarmac

Cons: The enertainment system was down for over half the passengers and only returned to spotty functionality two thirds of the way through the flight. I gather after some other passengers disconnected. Clearly the system didn’t have enough bandwidth to support all 350 passengers. and why no wifi?

Pros: Got the seats I wanted, movies were good. Staff was friendly

Cons: In Montreal they took my carry on bag stating it was too big, I have traveled with it many many times and it always fits except the tiny planes, this was a 787. When I got on the plane many people had larger bags then mine and it was the last bag on the carousel at the other end.

Cons: It would have been nice to have coffee on the flight. All they had to offer was a snack and a glass of water.

Cons: I dunno if it's something WestJet rules dictate for landing, but EVERY WestJet flight I've been on, the landing into YXJ is short and very hard!! I'm NOT at all an AC fan, but AC, CMA all land longer and MUCH smoother...in all weather conditions

Pros: The flight attendants smiled from the moment we stepped on the plane until we stepped off. The flight was over 4 hrs long so that says a lot!I would like to especially mention Paula who went out of her way to make me comfortable. Also we were in the exit row so of course we had tons of leg room.

Pros: There was someone who worked at the ticket counter on gate B9 who was so sweet, friendly and competent. Not only was she pleasant and quick to everyone she encountered but she helped my daughter and I get seated together. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name....

Cons: The flight was delayed twice and ended up arriving hours after schedule. I get sometimes this happens. I was frustrated bc we were boarded and seated, ready to taxi with no pilot! It took another 30 minutes to get one! I realize when flights are late there are ripple effects but this was excessive.

Cons: They asked who would give there seat up for 600$ future flight credit and The first two people could be eligible. They ignored me (who was first) for a white couple who Came after me, and they got chosen and got the flight credit, but I was as clearly first. So I think it was more of a racist matter

Cons: The food was terrible. The cabin crew was aggressive. The seat and leg room was cramped. The temperature was unbelievably hot.

Pros: ANA Chicago to Tokyo was so awesome. Crew is super courteous and polite. Food is good even economy class. Good headphones were already in front of the seats. ANA is the one that you want to fly!

Pros: there was high wind warnings and we had so much turbulence even a few seconds before the landing but the flight crew landed us safely regardless. hats off to them!

Cons: The seats are not very comfortable for such a long flight

Cons: After boarding the door was closed and the jet way was moved back. 5 minutes later they said they were going to bring the jet way back and open door to let more people on board. They broke 2 FAA regulations by doing this and we were delayed an hour because Deltas computer would not allow this.

Pros: The crew was so lovely and accommodating, flight was smooth, and I was impressed with the meal service. I travel a lot and this was one of my best experiences. I will definitely favor Delta in the future.

Cons: When booking the flight, the only seats that showed as available were premium seats that I had to pay $150 extra for each way. Upon boarding I saw that there were many, many seats available so I spent that money for nothing.

However the flight was on time the staff very helpful and being a premium One World member really helped. Food was typical airline food,
