The flight from San Diego to San Jose gate 28A The two persons working there didn’t even turn on the display board. The display board saying to Sacramento. When I asked she was rude and showed the board . Then he realized And changed. Every one was confused because we are running late to catch that flight coming from IAD. Very irresponsible staff.

Flight was late to board, then overweight. I booked a non stop flight for a reason, ended up having to re-fuel in Texas, arrived three hours late.

Quick boarding, efficient and pleasant crew. Wish they worked the mic better in the terminal to be understood more clearly.

The would have rated higher, but I asked for a cup of coffee twice and never got one. Later found the crew sitting in the back having a meal and visiting. Just saying.

They left my luggage behind in Seattle. However, they delivered it to my home the next morning.

Our flight experience started at the check in kiosk. Jennifer  Polete smf 498304 greeted us and assisted us with our tags and check in guidance. She was so pleasant, helpful and friendly. This was the start of my experience with American Airlines and it made such a wonderful impression. The staff on the airplane were also kind, courteous, and attentive. I would definitely fly American Airlines again

The whole process was very smooth. My only complaint was finding out the evening before our flight that I had 20 hours left to purchase in flight food. Was not made aware of thus option prior to that alert and was too busy with other preparations to participate.

I appreciated Alaska Airlines very much, they are expanding traveling locations globally as they partnered with another company and am excited and looking forward to our next traveling adventure with this great Airline. Thank you kindly

Overall good , very dependable Airline and all its staff, etc but what could have been improved was allowing more than 40 minutes during layover in Portland as ultimately that brief layover was reduced to about 10 minutes with delays and causes us to panic as we rushed thru the Airport to our connecting flight. The Plane arrives at the Portland Airport very far from one Gate to another but thankfully the staff waited for us at the last minute to Board and were very caring and compassionate and assisted us in every regard . Thank you

Although the flight left late, we arrived early. It was one of the quickest boarding and off boarding experiences I’ve had. It was kind of annoying the only drinks they had were water, coffee, and tea. The flight was very smooth, temperature was just right, and flight attendants were friendly.

Lower number on this flight so spaced out passengers. Able to enjoy more room to relax during flight. It was lovely.

Everything was ok!! Just bags came up a little be late.

Tasty snacks. On-time departure and early arrival. Luggage arrived quickly at the carrousel. The only negative was a man behind us that was heavily inebriated. He was served 3 double drinks during the flight. There was no telling how much he had before the flight. He was so out of it that he spilled a drink and broke the heavy liquor glass on the floor. I don't believe he should have been served so much alcohol on a two-hour flight.

Kind staff. Snacks are small but that’s the new normal.

The young man who was our flight attendant in first class was lazy and did not do his job well at all. Never offered drinks upon boarding - actually I take that back... said "are you okay with water" as if I do not want to get you anything else, only passed the snacks around once, got my drink order wrong and then never offered a second round of drinks. He was the worst I have ever seen on Delta and we fly a lot.

The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great

Ok. But we arrived to a remote terminal which meant that a bus had to take us to the terminal building

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.

An hour-long wait to check in, 90 minutes for luggage to come out, lost luggage, chaotic operations

All the pessengers should be wait in a line útil the creo and piloto are arrived.

Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico

No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.

Pros: "I like the service ,the food in thos fliggt back. Excelent"
Cons: "Better rules for people who put the seat back while we eating ,some crewmembee could say something"

Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.

The flight was delayed, it took longer than anticipated because of weather, and they broke my luggage.

Everything was good. Flight was on time, luggage pickup was quick. The staff were great. Could not ask for anything more.

lots of delays the crew were unclear about where to pick up my carry-on, which they took from me to check in on the plane.

They needed people to check a bag, they did check my bag and I had to wait 10 minutes after the flight to get it it wasn’t too bad

Cramped seats. Audio jack for the in -flight entertainment was broken.

Kayak boarding information contained inaccuracies that would have not existed if booked directly with American. Paid for preferential boarding, was last to board.

The food service is non existent. Crappy cookies and a drink. Plus no entertainment worked in whole row.

Customer service for American Airlines first class is at an all time low.

Terrible. Internet/kiosk glitch prevented baggage checkin. Line at ticket co in Ter was under serviced and did not move. Agents did not call for flight but rather allowed time to pass. Then told each person as they reached the front if line that it was too late to check bags so they’d have to rebook flights. At least 15 people missed the flight as a result of this incompetence.

It would have been better if I could have had my flight on time. It was delayed for 5 hours. Caused me to not be able to fulfill my promise to my granddaughters. Other than that it was a good trip.

Flight attendant walked away once they landed and we were forced to wait another hour after an already 3hr delay.

they should make XXL people buy two seats. sitting next to a person that was half on my seat and could not even buckle the seat belt, so I had to lean in the isle the whole trip.

The departing flight from Newark to Charlotte was fine. It was the returning flight from Charlotte to Newark that was awful. We had scheduled an 8:35pm return flight time. We got delayed TEN times all the way to 5am in the morning! We were told over 4 different excuses as to why the flight kept getting delayed. First it was the flight crew needed to rest, then it was something technical with the plane, then it was something with air traffic control, and finally it was because they couldn’t find a captain and had to wait until the morning so the captain could get some rest. It was terrible sleeping overnight in the airport. They offered a $12 meal voucher. That was it! And the only place open in the middle of the night was Dunkin’ Donuts who didn’t even accept the voucher. They should have cancelled the flight much earlier on in the evening instead of just stringing us along hour by hour with more delays. Not professional and unacceptable. There was no refund for inconvenience. I probably will not be flying American Airlines again.
