You need categories to note when food and entertainment are not available. Alaska's system would not update flight info on the board for this flight, so there was some confusion after deplaning from the previous flight as to which gate and depart time were accurate for this flight.

Honestly the bathroom cabinet under sink fell out and was completely broken. The floor or walkway was worn out and it smelled wierd. But the seats were terrible for comfort. I truly hope that my trip home in February is better.
The seats were not very comfortable and there were no TV screens. Boarding was pretty fast because there were so few people on such a small plane and I appreciated that they still gave us our snack and drinks, however I really wish they would come up with a good gluten-free snack.
Flight crew and flight were good. But it departed two hours late.
Pretzels are always a disappointment. Cheezits, Sun Chips, trail mix, anything else would be nice.
The flight was fantastic. All the crew staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and they went out of their way to help make it such an enjoyable flight! I think on such a long flight there should have been some food given. Even cheese and crackers and maybe some cookies!
Upgrading from premium class to first class caused me to almost miss my seat on the flight. The system “un checked me in”. So I not only lost my first class seat, but my premium seat too so I alsmot didn’t have a seat on the plane. The app did not let me know as it was showing my seat assignment all the way up until boarding began. This exact same thing happened to another passenger. And to top it off, I now have to jump through hoops to get my refund. Awful experience with Alaska, I don’t intend to fly with AA again unless there are no other options.
Very satisfied with the trip, using Kayak and Alaska Airlines.
Food is basically Sun Chips, cookies or Cheezits. I had an exit row seat so I had plenty of room. The crew was very nice and efficient. Pilot kept us informed. Pretty good flight.

It was Delta, but the flight attendants were stressful and disrespectful. I am a diamond member a travel weekly. I have not had a negative thing to share in quite some time. But this was noticeable.
Comfort Plus seat 11E seemed smaller than prior flights. The movie selection is good. Watched most of the most recent Tron movie. I'll watch the remaining part later as my movie is saved in the Delta Seatback Experience.
Flight was late from Newark to Atlanta, I asked flight attendant to please let my family of 3 out first when we landed to Atlanta because we were late for our connecting flight to Quito. She didn't and we were late for 5 minutes we couldn't board the plane and spend hours trying to get another flight with customer service for the next day.
I really liked the legroom. I am 6’4”.a at For some reason our seats were not together and using the app to fix it didn’t work. Passengers were nice enough to move for us but you should absolutely ensure a parent sits with their child.
Late delayed flight delays boarding and delays leaving and delays on arrival too. Cramped plane no room no food.
DTW line is too long. The flights from DTW to BWI are always delayed for unknown reasons.
Delta canceled our flight and we had to scramble to find another airline to get home. Phoenix is not a delta hub so they didn’t have another plane. It would have been a red eye though Salt Lake City. Getting in at 5am. No bueno.
This flight was no comparison to our prior flight. I'm thinking it all has to do with the age of the aircraft.

Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.
I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.
The experience was great, the crew was very polite and hospitable. I will definitely make if my go to airlines.

I will not be flying with westjet again. I was uncomfortable in my seat. The position made my back hurt so bad. My wife was able to fit the seatbelt around her with out an extension but was unable to put the tray table down or fit in the seat for that matter. Our bag was smashed and I spent two hours trying to fill out the application for a damaged bag before I gave up. The 80 photos I took would not work and nothing telling me the format to upload them as.. I made the mistake of unpacking the bag before taking photos so no claim for me. Next trip to Canada I will have to use air Canada.
Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected
Airplane is too small. Crew, especially the flight attendant who looked after our area, was not at all friendly and a touch authoratative. She may have been the most gruff flight attendant i've come across in 40 years of business travel
I selected "carry-on" for a round trip on Kayak, but my return flight on WestJet did not include a carry-on and they would not allow me to add one. My only option was to add a "checked bag" which I had to wait for on the luggage carousel after landing. Not a good experience.
I was seated near a "stinky" person. That's not the fault of Westjet🙁😶🌫️
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,
A little better seat cushions would be appreciated. Crews were all good.
