You canceled my flight and I spend 200 $ in Warsaw overnight
When boarding the crew wasn't inviting they were acting like they did not care at all about the people no smile no hi whatsoever. When I addressed one crew member he was not only occupied watching something in his phone but responded plain rudely to me. Its quite obvious that on the airplane the crew is working. Ukrainian airlines was offering the same trip cheaper but I decided to take LOT. Also I was surprised that I had to pay my luggage in my fly back. Next time I'll try Ukrainian airlines
The VEG meal (non-dairy) I was served was fresh and delicious to eat. Flight attendants pleasant, professional and service-oriented. My luggage made it to NYC/JFK without any problems.
In-flight entertainment offered a very conventional set of movies from which to select.
Plane is comfortable
Crew is not very friendly. Security personnel downright rude
They were efficient though. So in this case I need to recognize and congratulate the crew they were there they delivered the service.
Again same thing crew unfriendly not even the smallest smile.
The whole journey with Lufthansa went smoothly without any delay. The transist time is just right. The check in is online is straight forward and the flight information is very clear. I will certainly recommend Lufthansa to anyone.

The passenger behaind, was a tall guy. All the 7 hours flight i had to fight him to allow me puting my back sest dowm on his hearting legs. Why didnt hay extra and seat where it fits his size?
Punctuality, the entertainment system
For the first time in decades (hundreds of flights), I've had to find the paper bag and until the very end I thought I might end up needing it. My companion did use hers, and mine (also a first in many decades). Part of the bumpiness could have been due to a weather system but the plane's movement was jerky when taxiing in Boston. BOS-MUC used to be one of my favorite routes back when it was served by the A360. The new A350 is nothing special except for the entertainment system. Ironically the large screen seemed overwhelming due to the dismal distance to the seat in front.
Everything went according as planned. No problem at all.
There is nothing I didn’t like.
Service was outstanding. Very polite and prompt.
The sandwiches were simple yet just the right touch, on all four flights.

The staff at the front desk for the check-in were extremely helpful. I had a complicated issue with my luggage and they helped me to sort it out in the best possible way. Amazing service! Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM.
