I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight

New boarding doesn't make sense. Filling front first is slow.

Nothing unusual. It was fine. I hate having to pay extra for my seat.

The flight was so late that I had to change connecting flights, turning a five-hour trip into a fourteen-hour nightmare.

Late departure due to large number of wheel chair patrons. Used to having a box of snacks to select from in comfort plus. The flight attendant just rattled off what was available and asked us to pick. Felt rushed and uncomfortable. Seat was great. Prefer having the screen on the seat in front of me instead of having to pull it up from the seat side. Lots of room for my carryon under the seat in front of me.

My flight consistently said it was on time and the plane didn’t arrive until after 30 minutes after take off and nothing was announced to passengers

The fight was about 2 1/2 hours delayed, but that was weather related. The flight was also overbooked. But we were in Comfort plus so the flight was fine for us.

It was pretty good I was worried with the short Layover that I might not catch my connection but the gate was there

There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.

Flight was late. Club was full. Experience is exactly what I expected.

Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!

Late out of the gate, late to takeoff. No screens on plane. Uncomfortable window seat.

Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.

There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.

The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh

My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.

I flew basic economy, so it was what I expected. Crew was nice though, and flight was quick. Would recommend for flights under 6 hours, otherwise would upgrade to something with more leg room.

Crew did their best but the plane configuration is too tight if you're bigger than an average sardine. Controls for the entertainment system didn't all work. The aircraft hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!

Airline staff was good the checkin process was ok but the plane itself was very bad the comfort was worst it was worst and the most stiff 5 hours of my life i felt claustrophobic

I had a problem checking in as I didn’t have the correct code. I had to phone BudgetAir.com. They charged me an additional 174US for some tax or something in order to provide me with my booking number. I will never use a third party seller again. Absolutely criminal activity. But I did get to where I wanted to go

My trip was two parts flying from Canada to ATL then to PNS I had confirmed seats with tickets at boarding in Canada and bags tagged for said flight. Got to ATL got help to plane before boarding ended and was told at the gate that I had no seats on this flight even though I had tickets that said so I was told by a supervisor with Delta that I was booked on flight 5 hours later not the one on my ticket had to sit in ATL not knowing if my bags were on flight I was booked on or the one I was told at the gate for 5 hours later or even if I would have seat on that flight as seats were to be assigned at gate. Will never recommend West Jet product and am not sure about Delta any longer and had never booked thru Kayak for flight before and will probably never again and will be sharing my experience with who ever will listen to me about it to warn them to avoid the problems I went thru.

Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.

It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.

Never been on a long haul flight that didn't have on flight entertainment. I hope the way back is better !

It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.

Seat barely reclined. Boarding took forever. Flight attendants were not very friendly

Worst airlines. I will never fly this again. Please warn customers. They cancelled our first flight and then gave us flight vouchers that were declined.

Needs to be clearer about baggage allowances upon purchasing tickets

I know the airline has been open for 40 years and the flight crew looked just as old. The flight attendants were not friendly and rude. They should think of retiring this crew.

The crew was friendly, but I only got a drink, no food.

Flight was late, boarding was a mess, families separated so they could make extra profit.

Terrible boarding experience at sea tac. Displayed on time departure despite being about an hour behind in boarding time. Boarded a bus to go to the tarmac to then board onto the plane.

Hidden fees everywhere while we aware of the fees but it quickly added up to a premium airline. From 12+ dollars to pick your set to $55 dollars a checked bag. No counter at the Portland Airport until 2 hrs before the flight made it so we couldn't get anything to eat before the flight. Pre checking your bags wasn't working on-line or at the kiosk, so we had to pay extra 5 dollars per bag for counter checking. So after everything was said and done, we ended up paying an extra $200. Plane was nice and clean plane staff was nice and attentive.

Excellent. Except seat C2 starting to be worned down. Very uncomfortable.

22 hour delayed flight. I will not fly again. I missed training due to this.

Well my connecting flight was initially delayed 2 hours. Then it became a 21 hour delay. When I woke up the next morning the flight was then delayed another hour. I ended up missing a day and a half of training due to this. When asked if there was any way I could be transferred to a different flight I was told no because it was under a 24 hour delay. I will not fly with this airline again.

The delay was a pain… Loved the crew and they made up time and treated us very well. Ticket counter was awesome, boarding agents not so much

Awful. Late. Basic. Phone charger jacks didn't work. No entertainment No coffee even.

Multiple change of the gates at Pearson, delayed flight was extremely uncomfortable.

The flight went very smoothly, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the pilot flew the plane really, really well. Take off, landing were great and a smooth flight in between!

No issues with the flight and flight crew. cleaner seats in economy section would have been better

Very good. But seat selection was not good. We were put on different rows. Would have been nicer to sit besides each other as a couple.

Air Canada is great! Got to my destination earlier than expected and was a smooth ride the whole way there.

I have flown on many airlines all over the world, and this plane flight was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced.

Boarding was OK. The overhead bins on the Havilland 400 are smaller than the allowable carry on bag sizes, making the bags to be jammed in and as a result slowing the boarding process.

After i biked my flights, i was informed my flight was rescheduled for later time

I was mostly pleased. My greatest disappointment was with respect to the timely update to the estimated departure and arrival times. It was especially sad that the arrival time was not updated online once we were in flight so as to allow my wife to arrive on time to the airport. She was not happy.
