Lexus in first class was absolutely amazing! Beat flight attendant i’ve ever seen.

the plane was so hot!! the air-conditioning was barely blowing. The flight was delayed, and we had to sit on the hot plane before take off for an extended amount of time, waiting on international passengers. Would not have been so bad if it was not so hot. They said it would get better after take off, but it did not.

did not have enough meal for first class passengers so offer us snack

Old equipment, needs upgrade and seat comfort. Internet didn't work 75% or the time.

Update to handle the delay was very bad, crews no smiles or welcome or thanks. Don’t care attitude

No gates avail at DFW so our incoming had to wait 30 mins for a plane to push back because they Had mechanical. We boarded 90 mins delayed and then we had a mechanical. Come on American…do better. Also at my seat the tray table had not been cleaned. Floor had not been cleaned. But captain and flight Att were very picture and apologetic.

Flight was canceled. I asked to be rerouted to OKC and then took an Uber.

I booked an aisle seat and was given a middle. At 6'4" 230lbs, it is not ideal to fly in the middle row for myself and passengers.

Concern Regarding Significant Gate Delay and Jet Bridge Issue Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had on my recent flight AA 2414 on Sunday January 18, 2026. What should have been a routine departure turned into a frustrating and avoidable delay due to an issue with the jet bridge at the gate. As a result, the flight was delayed by approximately 90 minutes while multiple gate changes were attempted. The lack of clear communication during this period made the situation even more challenging. Passengers were left uncertain about the cause of the delay, the expected timeline, and the next steps. This not only disrupted travel plans but also created unnecessary stress for everyone on board. I understand that operational issues can arise, but a malfunctioning jet bridge and the resulting extended delay suggest an area where procedures or equipment maintenance may need attention. I hope you will review this incident to prevent similar disruptions in the future. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this concern and consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lost time caused by this delay. Thank you for taking the time to review my experience. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Dion Dillard

The seat cushions were very worn so they were extremely uncomfortable.

Was delayed at every point/ connection. Luggages missing for 5days. Had no medications for diabetes and high B/p. when bags where finally delivered on the 30th, the insulin and ozempic were no longer patent, as the ice pack had since dissolved and the authenticity of the med is now questionable, since they must be refrigerated. Please have them refund my bag fees. I should sue them for all the inconveniences caused to me.

The plane was delayed substantially due to a mechanical problem, that being said, the airline was very fair with providing a meal coupon for us. I would rather arrive late on a mechanically sound plane than the alternative. The food served in the plane was just awful, however and I recommend a new catering company.

I waiting for 2 hrs to retrieve my luggage. Didn't get home till 3am.

The flight left late and I didn’t get a glass of bubbly upon boarding (which I’m used to when booking business class on other flights), but otherwise it was a pleasant flight with lovely, helpful crew members and I enjoyed my meal.

Flight was canceled for a reason they knew hours before but did not mention. Next the gate chnage from 37 to 38 at least 10 times. Ridiculous.

It was just fine. I managed to make all my connection too sbut had trouble in Munich with no wheel chair and trouble trying to get help from the airport people to get to the other terminal for my flight. Finally a wonderful lady Amelia, helped me to make my flight connection Timon with zero time to spare.

Super experience. Earlier than schedule departure and arrival. Baggage handling was very good

I would like to get my money back. I flight was 4 hours late on the way to detroit, And same on my way back to Brussels they cancelled my flight and give me an other ticket and i had to wait 5 hours.

All attendents were very efficient, pleasant and happy. Everything went smoothly. The seats could have been wider. There could have been more free food instead of just one small bar.

My seat was one of those that couldn't recline, but the problem was that it was abnormally upright, so the headrest actually made the seat concave, which was uncomfortable and hard on my lower back. I had to ball my jacket up and use it as lumbar support. goodness I had it with me.
