The crew was friendly and attentive. Excellent food: sandwich and warm cookie handed out on a 2.5hour flight! Would definitely fly Air North again.
We left a half hour late and there was no food or snacks offered-,not even the crappy pretzels. The flight itself was smooth tho and the crew was nice.
Lots of leg room, no fee for seat selection at check in, good food service and punctuality
My row seemed to have more leg room and I didn't pay extra for it. Air North offers a meal at no extra cost. There was no entertainment available, but that wasn't an issue as most people have options on their phones. The crew was friendly. Air North offers air travel the way it used to be and that is a welcome and pleasant surprise.
Air North is one of the easiest airlines to fly with. Lots of room and great service. Always provide you food.
My interaction with air north was great, Their customer servicr was easy to get a hold.of, Managed to speak with a person, they were very polite and helpful, However I messed up the date with the ticket purchase, Since I used a third party I could not change the date. And trying to contact Kayak and the other third party was a nightmarez So I am unlikely to use a third party again.
Customer server was excellent. The flight was extremely affordable, and my seat was both comfortable and spacious.
Terrible customer service - no interest in being helpful, limited service hours, unwilling to transfer checked baggage of provide advice. Not recommended.
Supposed to fly out at 10am to Kelowna….got delayed until 1:40 and missed an important meeting. I ended up having g to stay over. Should have just driven.
Service was great from start to finish. Pleasant attendants, timely luggage to carousels.

Good flight. We were all boarded in good time for departure time but baggage loading had barely begun. So left late. No food just snacks and basic drinks for free (food also for purchase). No entertainment as again, unable to connect with wifi on WestJet despite being a rewards member.
Everyone was extremely friendly and nice, from the front desk to the cabin crew!
The crew was excellent. The turbulence was very bad and they were unable to serve our dinner. The captain informed the passengers that we were going to get water and snack instead. They provided us ample snacks instead. Otherwise the trip was good.
There was no food but a singular cookie for a flight that was over 5hours??? Yeah not fun I was starving and again super cramped plane and you guys need to get planes with screens too, WiFi is nice but common we need more
I like that we landed safely and that my dog was safe underneath as well. Outside of that, we were 45 mins late for a direct flight that is 1.5 hours long. And 2 of my 3 bags did not make the flight. Only my dog was onboard.
Decent entertainment although my wife was not offered any ear buds so couldn’t enjoy. Real issue was the appalling food. Presentation was unacceptable with cheap hard to open packaged bread, plastic cheese again in hard to open shrink wrap, main course in small cardboard box again hard to open, wooden utensils which lack substance making the whole experience poor. Surprised I didn’t cover myself or neighbour as the food moved all over the place. Breakfast calzone was dry and unappealing with the staff basically throwing them around. Very disappointed

Flight didn’t happen because both my connections were lost and Toronto wouldn’t let me board. I was checked in to all 3 flights at the check-in fest in Dublin.

Flight was late missed our connection to Indianapolis no hotel rooms really difficult finding a room hope to be in Indianapolis one day late and multiple flights to even get there.
Kept me waiting for hours with the excuse of aircraft needed to cool down and then cancelled.
First time flier on Air Canada and absolutely loved it. Everything was so clean. Friendly staff. Easy boarding.
Well I had insisted to be put on standby because I knew there was one seat so there should have been another. There was, seat 36AC for both of us, the last row in the plane that does not recline nor does it have any room in the overhead bin because of plane necessities. The bathroom right behind so a line up with people's bums on your arm rests, etc. We were happy to get a flight earlier because of the missed connection, but we saw flight people who were sitting in customer seats and I felt we should have been seated there and they should have been put in the back. Plus the stewardesses were wearing so much perfume, I had to hold my nose because of a severe allergy to perfume.
Planes arriving on time would be better. Apparently flights are delayed almost all the time, making your connection impossible then having to rebook on another flight at another time. There is no regard for customers who need to travel somewhere at a certain time. Connection flights are not held by the same airline, even though they know the plane can get there within 30 minutes or less. Airline staff is amazing, but the excuses Air Canada gives for delays is not truthful. Some messages will say mechanical problems and the next message for the same plane will say air traffic control issues. So what is true? They don't need to refund anyone if they use these two excuses. So if travel from B.C. to Montreal with delays like this is common, I will consider not flying there anymore. When we missed our connecting flight, the next flight had one seat (4.5 hours later) and the next flight was a red eye at 10:45. Big difference from our 12:15 initial flight.
No charger and no entertainment on the way back. The plane's super old-like 80s old-with zero TVs. At least the free Wi-Fi works, so definitely bring your iPad. Also, no meal on this 7-hour flight.
This was the best Air Canada experience i've ever had! We didn't realize we could switch to an earlier flight and I asked the attendant as they were boarding the 8pm flight. She kindly let me know to make such requests prior to boarding in the future, but she was very understanding that we just came through security with young kids and was able to make the changes for us. When we got on the plane, the lady in the back was super friendly, welcoming, and kind. She was great with our kids and with the other passengers and we just enjoyed her presence so much!.
I have flown this route before, so far they have been unable to depart on time, then my connecting flight was canceled, likely due to this vs fake mechanical issues
The trip was very smooth; the seat was quite comfortable, and the food was excellent and tasty.
The flight from Vancouver to Victoria is a fun little hop. The crew are friendly and helpful.
