Food and entertainment was good.
Because of some system updating we were unable to check in online and had to wait until we got to the airport to select seats. By then, there were no decent seats available. My bladder nearly burst because the guy next to me slept the whole time. They say it will take 3 weeks to update the system. This is a terrible level of customer care.
Everything. The flight attendants were courteous, kind, and efficient. The seats in economy were large. The entertainment system had many options and was easy to use. The food was great and plentiful.

No choice of menu and films only very limited choice.
Economy seats very uncomfortable especially for long distance flights - barely reclining. Seat selection very painful - can do it online, have to call up to 48h before glight with roaming fees if already abroad. Food okay - nothing Japanese. Movie selection could be richer and better.
Amazing service. Delicious and plentiful food. Larger seats with more leg room. Quick and efficient boarding.
