Flight ended up being longer than anticipated because we had to reroute to the Bahamas. So a hour and half flight turned into 5 hours. 0/10.

I liked the extra leg room in Caribbean plus. Worth the extra money. The food could have been more balanced, there was no salad or veggies
Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..

Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.
The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

WestJet continues to live up to budget airline status. The flight crew were not particularly friendly and just were not attentive. We were served cold meals, not initially given any cutlery, and served wrong beverage orders. Seats are not comfortable, especially for long haul flights, and there is basically no offered in/flight entertainment. Fortunately they did have a WiFi service which did seem to work for streaming and connecting kids tablets, but if you were not prepared you were left scrambling. Mix that in with the strike concerns leading up to flights, it made for a less than ideal flight (especially when comparing it to similar class in Air Canada for the outbound flight). Third flight with WestJet but not necessarily planning on booking again.
Westjet never disappoint always terrible small plane ,crowded cheap snack if you can call it snack
Westjet was late and we missed our connecting flight with Cathay. Had to wait 8 hours. Westjet only allows 1 checked in baggage for international flights- it’s always been 2. Canada allows only 1 sandwhich bag size full off small liquids. Everything else will be tossed. Awful trip. Will never fly west jet or go to Toronto to connect flights!
I thought the coffee was excellent! The wait for the luggage was acceptable.. It left and arrived on time. My son found that his device worked very well and he really enjoyed his flight! The stewardess moved him up to the emergency exit and he very much appreciated that!
I wasn’t able to book or pay for a seat and they forgot to check me in for my third flight so I spent 24 hours in Toronto waiting for another one.
Everything was good except for flight delay, but it was because of the snow storm in the arrival airport.
The flight was cancelled less than 24 hours before departure. The alternate flight was a day later going from Grenada to Toronto to Vancouver to Calgary to Montreal. 2 days in the air. Not serious, Very bad service

Everything was good except I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay US $150 for bags.
Not having to pay to sit together. Seat cushions were worn out and breaking down sitting on metal framing, knees jammed against seat in front of me. Not a comfortable flight.
Very disappointed with cancellation, then rebooking with booked friends bumped off & then a delay of over 6 hours!! Totally disappointing & all the anxiety it caused was unacceptable. $15 food voucher to compensate is a joke!
Check-in was a nightmare. Wouldn’t let us board with our dog even though he has flown on anir Canada before. Only one of us could go. Will never fly them again.

I liked that the staff members at the airport were helpful and very pleasant to work with. Flight crew were also a great crew who were helpful and I was happy for their help boarding. Overall a pleasant trip home.
Great it was a big plane, clean and had entertainment through tv lost the back of the seat. Overhead bins had space and was really deep so held a lot.
I was good overall. The boarding was on time and the crew members very accommodating. The pilots were very informative and experienced. The flight was excellent. One of the best take off and landed I ever had, it was very smooth and control.
Didn't like that we couldn't be seated together or seated away from the stinking toilets or check in on line. All rather poor.
Pilot crew did excellent…flight was great and landing and everything was rite on time n target. My seat was uncomfortable and narrow. Had no space to move around 16F.Plus nothing to entertain. Very uncomfortable plus all was serve for free was a cup a drink for the 4 hours n more flight. Compare to other airline that serve snacks with a drink. And your airline feee more expensive..but thank God we landed safely
I almost missed my flight because they’re searching me and the stuff already come from duty- free plus I couldn’t find my exit to go to the plane when I got there they were closing the door and I got to the airport very early but because they were searching me

The gates should be ready when we land. Waiting on the runway for a hour is ridiculous.

Was a normal flight but it was delayed, and there wasn't an explanation.
The drinks selection could be improved some. I like the fact that I can pick my seat and get upgraded fairly ofter.
Boarding was disorganized and delayed because they overbooked and wanted people to give up seats then further delayed due to an issue with the plane. They did not load my bag and it took a day for them to return it. Flight attendant was lovely and the only positive thing about this trip.
a321 business class not up to transcontinental & international flight standards
BA is now my preferred way to travel. On ground staff in Canada, London and Nairobi were patient , polite and helpful with our group. On board staff went that extra mile to make sure we felt important. Best of all, no lost luggage! Highly recommend BA in fact have 2 more long hauls with them this year.
I rarely vote ‘Excellent’ but this AA flight out of LGA was amazing. On time departure, early arrival, amazing crew, smooth flight, baggage came out quickly. It was the best airport/ flight experience that anyone could ask for/dream of. Highly recommend. I usually fly Delta but American Airlines really stepped up their game.
First time flying with Flair. Their cabin crew was friendly and did not expect to arrive early at our destination. Great budget friendly airline.
flair is a scam. They give the impression that they’re so cost effective with wonderful service. To cut a long story short. You end up paying so much for every little thing (even water) it all adds up to much more than some of their competitors. I’ve tried with Flair for several trips, but I’m done with them now. There’s no real benefit anymore. I would rather pay a little more and get a service that I’m comfortable with. Goodbye to Flair from me.
Their "free personal" requirement is to have your bag fit in a containment frame that is way too narrow and slender than the space under the actual plane seat (the length of my vitamin water was longer than the width of the containment frame. They had personel at the gate literally designated to hounding people's bags in the zone line up, and forcing them to measure their bag again if he felt "the bag might be too big for personal item". If your bag was too big for their scamming measurement criteria you had to fork up $110 CAD for the carry on cost ($85 at the 24hr online pre-check in). Plane had no entertainment, seats did not recline, and no complimentary snacks or drinks. Unless I have a short flight with zero bags, I won't be flying Flair ever again.

Not good Even after I made my booking, I was charged $90 for my boarding pass. I have collected boarding pass i pay $90 near . Flair airline not good. Without pay no boarding pass.
Personally, I will not use this fight again. The service is poor, you have to buy even water. They don't provide anything even sneak, you have to buy. They said Personally items for 7 kg. Then they use some measurements, if you have 7kg and if it's not getting inside of their measurements, you have to pay 80$ this is robbery. I will prefer other flight then this. I am désappointement taking this airplane.
It’s a shameful company. It ask as to go to counter to take the boarding pass, they simply send it by email, just to check the bags’ size in a smaller than normal template. DONT USE FLAIR! It will be more expensive than normal airlines at the end.
Of all the countries I've flown to and airlines from around the world, I have never had such a dismissive an arrogant employee during boarding. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to board, I was sent to a second line for Passport verification. Natalie from Flair, repeatedly tried to scan my passport which didn't work for some reason but was too lazy to input my information manually. Bar code scanners aren't 100% reliable as we all know. She asked me my birthdate 3 times, made me wait to be the last person aboard and then smugly threatened me that my only bag could be charged for (same backpack I used as on my arrival as carry on). Natalie working in Ft. Lauderdale and the was the epitome of lobotomized tiktok brain with the charm of junk mail.
Flight was 3 hrs late and another 2 hrs wait for baggage to arrive on carousel and a $7.00 food voucher that arrived as we were boarding our flight.
