No forced charges for checked-in and carry-on bags-BIG differentiator ! used 787 Dreamliner."

Cons: "I don’t like to seat next to toddlers. They should have special place, separate area just for families with kids, fare on the end of corridor. Noice , activities, banging and smelling, not pleasant and not confortable for what I paid. My comfort of flight with LOT was completely ruined this time."

Cons: "LOT REQUIRES RECEIPTS FOR ALL LOST ITEMS WHEN THEY LOSE YOUR LUGGAGE. There is nobody to talk to in order to appeal. They will only deal with you by email. If they lose your luggage, you lise... BIG TIME!!!"

Cons: "The check in process lacked. I unexpectedly had to check my bag, they charged me 70 Euro ($85) which required I go to two separate counters. One to check the bag and a second (upstairs) to pay. Both attendants lacked a sense of urgency. In fact, they acted like it was their job to go as slowly as possible. Even after I mentioned I was starting to feel stressed about the time. I overheard other attendants complaining about customers who check in late and expect them to move more quickly. I found their apathy offensive. To add insult to injury, they lost my bags. Having paid $85, which I think is outrageously and obscenely expensive, I'd at least expect my bag to be well taken care of. Sadly, it wasn't. The lost luggage counter was also apathetic, though I realize they are not LOT/Luftansa."

Cons: "Again, the flight from Warsaw to Chicago in Jan 6 was much better than the other one from Chicago to Warsaw in Dec 27. That flight (Dec 27) I would rate as okey. Food was poor. Instead of meat there was a piece of conjunctive tissue which was impossible to cut or chew at all. Who made a decision to feed people in limited space with beans? I wish this person would seat among them for 8 hours to enjoy it fully."
