On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive.

It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth

Bag drop off was slow and annoying. Only 2 agents at the entire delta desk, and no one directing traffic for what line to be in, many confused people slowed down the process. Boarding was fine. Seats in Delta comfort plus were fine. Snacks were great! Definitely a bonus. The entertainment system was awful — old, slow, not responsive, and completely unable to play games due to some kind of error. But on the other hand, thank you to Delta for the free WiFi. That made it better.

I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!

I appreciated being upgraded. I was very disappointed with my 13 hr layover in Seattle to geg, while my friends who flew Alaska made it home as scheduled. I had to reserve a hotel on my dime.

The plane looks and feels like we are traveling in a 3rd world country airplane. Dirty bathrooms, horrible food, old and uncomfortable setting, my son’s little table was broken, the chair would stay recline, an so on.

There was no wifi even after my husband paid for wifi it wasn’t working. The plane looked and felt old.

I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.

Ran out of my choice of main course in BClass. Kind of weird combo for substitute.

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

I liked the friendliness of the crew and comfortable flight. All good.
