The flight information did not show the gate for the flight. We had to ask an employee which gate was being used. Unfortunately, it was a gate that required a transit ride. As a result, many passengers were late in fact, after pushback, the pilot returned to the gate to pick up one very late passenger. Also, the BA gate attendant was very rude. Her imperious attitude was a poor reflection on her employer.

The recline and comfort of the seat is good, and the map and entertainment system is OK.
The flight was delayed, then we sat in the airplane for an hour before we took off, with kids screaming and the cabin at seemingly sauna temperatures. Once we took off, drinks weren't even served until 2 hours after take-off (for a scheduled 6:15pm departure - actual was more like 7:45pm). Maybe it was due to some light turbulence along the way or something, but they should tell people that is the problem and the reason they are not serving food and drinks, if that is the case.
Missed this flight due a layover and had to wait in the airport overnight.
Liked that they moved me to a better seat - was sitting next to a cranky old Turkish man - who complained every time we brushed his legs getting into our seats- he refused to stand to let us into our seats- I said this is not gonna work and they found me a great seat with some normal passengers.
Food was just ok, plus it’s a longer trip - I understand they kill the lights to let people sleep but offering more drinks - soda and water would b nice - rather than having to go to back and beg- they know who is awake and watching movies - b nice to ask.
flight was delayed 90 minutes and I had to sit next to a screaming baby the whole flight.

Propeller aircraft was noisy
Seat Assignments were not done due to overbooking of flight. Given Emergency Riw seat finally but seat was damaged. Cushion not staying on seat. Food service was slow and unresponsive- ran out of food non-veg and staff were playing favorites with giving out food. Quality has progressively been declining and this flight sealed the deal for me - Vistara airlines from now on.

The flight was alright and on time. Actually landed ahead of schedule.
Checking in was a mess. There was a struggle to get passengers checked in especially those who came late were made to skip ahead of everyone in line and us who were there early enough end up getting delayed as well. There were 4 flight attendants serving economy on this 737 and they were all over the place. Delayed in serving everyone and trying to rush towards the end cleaning up just before landing.
Boarding in Frankfurt was pretty good as all zones had their own gates- somethinh I am missing at YYZ.
Legroom is getting tighter and tighter in the Economy class and meals are getting smaller and smaller as the trays are apperaing bigger and bigger...
One flight attendant in particular. Wish I knew her name to commend her. Also, had a bassinet for my grandson!! Frequent beverages offered, especially water. Allowed to move seats once in the air!! Able to help my daughter with her baby. Chicken dish was actually really good.
No movie screens at all!? Odd; especially for an International flight. Check bathroom paper supplies more frequently. Ran out of paper towels two bathrooms. No fault of yours, but the Venice airport was a nightmare. I am use to airports in the US and was shocked how long the line was to get through to our gate. We couldn’t even find the end because it wrapped around like an “S”. Surprised we had to print our boarding pass (but was never asked for it); couldn’t do a mobile boarding pass.

Not much. Crew was professional but that is about it.
Tight spaces packed in like sardines. FAA seriously needs to look at how these airlines pack us into these seats. Can barely sit in the set, no room to stretch legs, tray table hits my stomach, and I don't even have a big belly. When the guy in front reclines, cannot even get out of my seat. Chaotic boarding process without any order or instructions or announcements, poor food and entertainment.
Very friendly people. Security guy helped me to get to the wifi at the airport. I could spend my waiting time very productive way sorting out my business emails:)

One flight attendant in particular was outstanding, Eva. Because of her, I would definitely consider Lufthansa for our next trip to Europe!! She mot definitely went above and beyond in her service and professionalism.
1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves.

On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency.
I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers.
Choice of food was very limited as they were missing the food in catalog.
Attentive helpful and cheerful staff: on time
She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks.
The attendants took great care of us. Super smooth flight.

The flight attendants were all helpful and pleasant. The seats were comfortable. We were provided with plenty of liquids.
The landing was pretty tough and we took off almost a half hour late.

Airplane delay to take off 1 unknown reason After landing in Paris 50 min sitting inside airplane moving around Late for flight transfer. Sitting in Paris airport 5 hours. Customer service no working. Never fly Air France anymore !
We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!

Breakfast portions were too small, and choices were not great. Boarding procedures were a little chaotic due to small space, and ground staff was not very polite when ordering passengers to board.
Crew service, and service at Emirates lounge in Dubai, were outstanding
Emirates handling of the crisis was good.they delivered snacks at the boarding gate. Considerate ground staff kept us informed and profusely apologetic.

Quick, clean, flight.
Boarding delay due to mechanical problem. Line to board was more like a mass of people trying to squeeze through all at once and surprisingly disorganized. Somehow managed to board quickly, though.
The food and beverage service in Coach was great as usual ... The new 777 ER 300 was really a nice improvement over the aging Airbus planes previously flown Entertainment systems in coach were top notch with great entertainment choices to view ...
3 4 3 seating results in very narrow isles ... during the longer flights on the 777 the isle seated passengers lean into the isles making going to and from the restrooms in ( coach) a bit of an obstacle course
Service and food were good considering it was "plane food". No delay whatsoever.
Black box under the front seat. No room for legs. Seat blocked in lower position, impossible to make it stay in upper position. Entertainment wasn't working good: extremely laggy when it was working ... Seats are way too short. You got the neck support into the upper back ... And I am only 1.80m. Overall, I am done with Swiss until they upgrade their planes. Wifi was 99usd for 220 mo ... what a joke. A 20+yo plane for a such reputated company. There was still the ashtrays inside the restrooms.

I had the seat 48A which was next to the emergency exit and no chairs front of me which made me very comfortable. Also I can drink anything i want as much as I want.
Out of the whole 13 hours flight we only had 2 meals which was not enough for me. I was hungry between the two meals during the flight so i asked the flight attendant for anything to eat and she gave me 2 hot peice of bread. I accepted without complain.

Easy boarding and finding seat; good food and liked that wine was available, good movies to choose from
Seat was not comfortable, I am 5'1" and the head rest was too high, fortunately I had my own foam neck support. Bathrooms could use more cleaning during flight as one was grossly covered with urine right after turbulence was experienced. One crew member appeared to be having a bad day and seemed unhappy to be at work and was impatient with all.
The United flight had a great entertainment package (movies, tv shows, etc). The flight attendant who sat in front of us was awesome,and fun to talk to. She gave us some great tips about things to do while in Athens. The food was good (for airline food).
The flight from Newark to Athens was interesting. The flight changed gates at the last minute. The plane was towed to the new gate, then we found out that it was going to be delayed an additional hour due to required maintenance checks. Actually, I don't mind the additional maintenance checks, I want to arrive alive! We arrived in Athens 90 minutes after our expected time. We got seats in the exit row, however, we couldn't really enjoy the extra legroom for 2 reasons: 1) The exit hatch was right in front of my girlfriend who was sitting near the window. She couldn't extend her feet without kicking the door (I big no-no at 35,000 feet). 2) Our row was right in front of the bathrooms, so I had constant traffic bumping me in left shoulder and lines of people literally standing in front of me for the majority of the flight while waiting for their turn to use the bathroom. They are stepping on my feet constantly or passing gas in my face (I wish I was kidding).

Aircrew great along with gate agents.
First class flying is gone. No lounge access in the US. No meal (boarding at 1720 and arriving 2100) Beverage service the same in front as in back. Need to go back to Asia to get what you pay for.
Departed and arrived on time. What else could you ask for? The flight was only 30 minutes long.

I wish the crew was service oriented. As this is the only direct flight is the only reason to take this flight.
Took Air India from Kabul to Dubai through Delhi and experience was so poor, cancelled the return and bought another ticket back direct.

Check in at Mumbai airport took 1.5 hrs. The snack that was served after take-off was inedible. besides that food was average. No toilet paper or cups in the restroom. Crew needs to check the restrooms regularly. Aircraft looked dirty and grungy

Everything is good except the crew. They are trying to provide my family their number for to make friendship !! It is bad behavior from them.
Cabin Crew are not helpful, less smiling when serving. Captain did not give information during flight.

Flight was delayed. Poor food offerings, no entertainment, minimal leg room, rushed and cramped boarding process.
The crew are working really hard to make do with what they have. Exceptional service almost makes up for the dated fleet.
Tiny entertainment screens, no USB, really BA- how long will you keep running these 777’s for?
When i booked on kayak was from 8th August to 18th August when BA booked 8th August to 18th September it cost me extra to come back on monday 20th August £ 1400 extra
