Pros: "I needed to use wheelchair service and was greeted by name as I boarded the plane. The flight attendant Barry then came and told me if there was anything he could do for me during the flight just to let him know. After the flight was over Barry asked me to wait till everyone deplaned so He could make sure my wheelchair was there and then carried my bag to them. Porter airlines is top notch. I will use them again next time I go to visit my daughter."

Cons: "My flight arriving into Toronto was cancelled and then my rebooked flight was delayed. While checkin staff were polite, gate staff were not overly helpful and no food vouchers were offered for rebooked passengers. On my return from YTZ to EWR, I received 6 delays to my flight but staff in the airport provided no information regarding the cause of the delay and did not provide updates on the flight in a timely manner. By the time my flight was delayed a 5th time, I was stuck in the terminal. Free drinks and snacks were available, but I had to pay for a sandwich during my 3 hour wait. I have received only a C$100 travel voucher. Needless to say I won't be using it."

Cons: "the flight was delayed many times with no real explanation. i tried calling customer service to get on an earlier flight, wait time was 75 minutes, and i found out that the earlier flights had been over sold so there were no openings... and they cancelled other flights later in the day which is why the earlier flights were overbooked. Also, the flight attendants seem to be militant about everything during take off and landing (this is not a good thing). If a customer wants to land with headphones in, i do not see a problem. this seems to be a change from every other porter flight ive been on."

I'd think you would understand any one look to see the status of flights in Newark on their phone and see visibility was a few broken and visibility 10. So lying only puts distrust in paasangeners!"

I've also never been tapped on the shoulder by a flight attendant and asked to take my headphones out to hear safety procedures."

I actually came to kayak to book my ticket for Friday to go to London however when I got to the airport it says it was for Monday. Because I had to be at London the next day for a wedding i had to buy another ticket for almost 1000. I also couldn’t contact u so I’m emailing now. I didn’t get on the plane for west jet because I am already in London. I also have a screen shot that shows me that my flight details were for Friday however another email shows me that it’s for Monday. Cons: "Anyone who flies the route NVT-GRU knows two things. The departure and landing times are unreliable and they always....always over sell seats. Navegantes (NVT) is a very small airport but connects to so many international flights. The city and many of the neighboring towns have become vacation hotspots. I personally fly this route twice a month these days So many bad things happen because of their poor on-time results and overbooking. The worst of which is missing your connections. This was the third time in 2 months that I’ve missed my connection in São Paulo to NYC. This time I purposely took an earlier flight 6:40pm so I would have no chance to miss my 11pm flight to New York. Then a 2 hour and 20 minute delay! My God ...really? Another missed flight. GOL you CAN do BETTER! ."

Pros: "Traveling from JFK TO GRU. Fight got delay by 2 hrs. Arrived at GRU 8:28. Got the luggage in 20-25 mins. Run like crazy to the check in 15 min. Got there by 9:15 only to find out it’s been closed for checking bags. I beg , implore and there’s nothing to be done. Pay extra for 2 extra bags, for what? Nothing. Lost about $75 altogether non refundable. SUCKS."

Pros: "Knowing that GOL is an LCC, I was not expecting much. However, after realizing that every seat had the legroom typical of a Extra Comfort seat on NA carriers, I soon became won over. Regular recline functionality (missing on some of the larger LCCs worldwide) and a free drink and snack (also missing on many LCCs), TOO was truly a relaxing flight. 10/10. Would definitely fly again."

The receptionist was very helpful in getting me to the correct checkin. I went to air Canada but it should be Inited. The seating was a little uncomfortable because I have a back issue but next time I will just get a bigger seat. Otherwise flight was awesome, landing excellent.
I needed wheelchair assistance. The woman working at the board in desk, upgraded me to business class. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Kind acts go along way.
United is a crappy airline. That's all.
my flight got late due to weather so they gave me another direct air india flight.
My mom & I were randomly chosen to sit in business class due to a weight imbalance in the plane. THANK YOU to the fight crew member that chose us. I know it was simply luck, but having that experience with my elderly mom, who’s never had that kind of splendor when taking a flight is something we’ll never forget!
The check in process in Toronto Pearson is a disaster. They close their check in counter 90 min before takeoff, and you can’t print your tickets after (even if you’ve already checked in online)
Air Canada is the worst airline I’ve ever used. Their systems were down so they told us to wait in line to get our bags checked, so a ton of people are waiting in line. By the time we get to the front they tell us we missed our window to check in a bag and now have to change flights. Then they send us to ANOTHER line to get our flight changed and long story short I end up going to United to buy a ticket. Never again
Flights was delayed and there was no info on what's happening, how long it takes, what gate to go to etc.

Cons: "crew onboard seemed super tense and it was just awkward with them. It was a short flight, maybe they've had a long day but it was weird. biscuits and a beverage were offered - i think biscuits are gross maybe try pretzels or something healthy? ALSO, the new system (whatever that means) is awful. i experienced so many delays that made it difficult to find my booking and my checked bag >_<"

Cons: "Spend 45 minutes on chek in. Only tree people was working for whole airport. 5 min before I finely get to deck, they close check in and charge me extra 100$ for the next flight. I think it's a company politic to close check in 1 HOUR before flight, to get extra money. My first and last experience with Canada Air."

After I was required to check my bags, I realized my earbuds were in the bag and the flight attendant did not give me a pair and actually told me I could purchase a pair...REALLY!I just did a 15 hour flight from Dubai, you were delayed by 2 hours on my last connecting flight and you can't comp a pair of .25 cent earbuds."

It was very disorganized, with hundreds of passengers herded like cattle, poor communication, customs slips not provided on the AC Flight before landing so as to be completed in advance. There was staff shortage, and not done in a timely manner so as to make your connecting Flight. It has truly been a most stressful experience for me this and each time I have to go through Toronto to make a connecting flight , and I will avoid this flight plan in the future at all cost."

It is an international (Can-US) flight Slow unloading of luggage"

Cons: "My luggage didn't arrive at destination, so this caused a bit of a problem for me as Philadelphia was not my final destination. I had to take a bus the next morning at 7AM to Pittsburgh. My luggage finally was delivered to me within 48 hours, so that was great."
