Cons: "Organisation wasn't good..they asked us to board the plane and then said they weren't ready then took them 1.3 hrs to fly oit of the airport . The flight attendant were rude..all of them."

Pros: "We flew to Toronto on the rebooked flight and we were treated very badly by the gate agent who simply told us: Go see customer service, you are not on this flight' without even an attempt to explain why we could not get on to the flight to London. I think they do not respect their customers. Very disappointed with Air Canada' service."
Cons: "Nothing about our trip to London on Air Canada was positive. We had requested vegetarian meals for all our flights. They did not provide us any food on the flight because they did not have our names on the list for Vegetarian meals on the rebooked flight. Our experience with Air Canada was everything that is the worst in airline travel and customer service."

Pros: "The flight crew were wonderful to interact with and really helpful in accommodating my disabilities. Dinner was mediocre but at least some was available, which I didn't expect on an overnight flight starting after dark. ("Breakfast" was a slice of really tasty banana bread but nothing else.) I really appreciated the presence of outlets and USB ports for charging electronic devices, and that the seats had adjustable headrest flaps. These are essential features on long flights!"
Cons: "It's almost impossible to sleep in economy class seats, even with the adjustable headrests. I recognize that economy is supposed to be the "no frills" class of travel but sleep is not a luxury. Sleep is a basic human need, like food and oxygen. I don't actually believe that offering better accommodations for everyday passengers (off whom the bulk of airline profits are made) is financially unfeasible or unreasonable."

Cons: "I was busy on a last minute call during boarding and couldn't lift my carryon with only one hand, so I asked for Mrs Caron a hand to help me steady the carryon while lifting it. She just refused and offered me to hold my phone. She did not give a reason why she couldn't help, cold and distant very far from welcoming, just there for appearance."

Cons: "In Toronto they told us that we most likely will miss our flight. Why?? Plenty of time!! No need for miss information. Ground crew not well trained.No boarding pass was given (which is fine). 1 hour wait because of power failure at the airport in Montreal and then we are about to take off and there was an engine failure so we had to come back again . Not good stuff!!!! How would you feel flying again air canada?"

Cons: "On the Montreal-Athens leg the meal was free but of poor quality and quantity. Breakfast was just a piece of banana bread... No entertainment system in the aircraft. Had to rent iPad with very poor quality earphones (struggled to listen to the movies) Also some of the movies were not adjusted for the iPad which translated into using only a portion of the iPad screen."

Cons: "There was more kids then adults in the plane. The food was terrible, surged too late for a flight to a muslin country with almost everyone fasting on board. Once it was served, left side of the plane was served first while kids on the right side claming their meals and not understanding why they are not getting any. The bathrooms were dirty. No screens on board. The seats bead some upholstery work."

I was in hold for almost 20min total (international call). Horribly unacceptable. All they initially offered was $50 to cover expenses (insulting)."

Cons: "My only complaint was that directions were unclear in the transfer flight. Travelers with a transfer in Canada did not have to go through the long customs line, but this was not at all clear, with signage or staff. It was a bit scary with a tight connection and a huge crowd at customs."
