C$ 323 Find Cheap Flights from Saint Lucia to Toronto – Compare and Save

The flights were on time and I appreciated that the cabin crew helped passengers with overhead luggage - finding space etc - despite not being paid. Apparently their wages don’t start until takeoff. This makes no sense whatsoever.

WestJet continues to live up to budget airline status. The flight crew were not particularly friendly and just were not attentive. We were served cold meals, not initially given any cutlery, and served wrong beverage orders. Seats are not comfortable, especially for long haul flights, and there is basically no offered in/flight entertainment. Fortunately they did have a WiFi service which did seem to work for streaming and connecting kids tablets, but if you were not prepared you were left scrambling. Mix that in with the strike concerns leading up to flights, it made for a less than ideal flight (especially when comparing it to similar class in Air Canada for the outbound flight). Third flight with WestJet but not necessarily planning on booking again.

Westjet never disappoint always terrible small plane ,crowded cheap snack if you can call it snack

Westjet was late and we missed our connecting flight with Cathay. Had to wait 8 hours. Westjet only allows 1 checked in baggage for international flights- it’s always been 2. Canada allows only 1 sandwhich bag size full off small liquids. Everything else will be tossed. Awful trip. Will never fly west jet or go to Toronto to connect flights!

I thought the coffee was excellent! The wait for the luggage was acceptable.. It left and arrived on time. My son found that his device worked very well and he really enjoyed his flight! The stewardess moved him up to the emergency exit and he very much appreciated that!

I wasn’t able to book or pay for a seat and they forgot to check me in for my third flight so I spent 24 hours in Toronto waiting for another one.

Everything was good except for flight delay, but it was because of the snow storm in the arrival airport.

The flight was cancelled less than 24 hours before departure. The alternate flight was a day later going from Grenada to Toronto to Vancouver to Calgary to Montreal. 2 days in the air. Not serious, Very bad service

I like the wider seats, Plus lots of legroom, Lacking entertainment, no tv or screen to play with

Everything was excellent. I had lost my ID card and the flight attendant found it for me.

I have nerve pain in my hands lasting multiple days so far because of the hard armrests digging into nerves at my elbows. Will have to buy elbow pads before the next time I fly. I hope the pain and numbness fade soon, or I'll need to consult a doctor. Otherwise the flight was fine.

The flight never took off due to sudden mechanical issues. The rebooking was to s lessor class than what I had paid for. Thus is the second time AC has done this so a bad trend. Happy the decision not to fly was made in the interest of passenger safety ( kudos to the captain) but the way in which AC handled the decision was very poor.

When I booked the ticket it said that it was ANA and once I paid it changed to air Canada.

last minute flight cancellation. wound up flying saskatoon vancouver seattle cleveland. all night. no more air canada.

Everything was smooth. Just a bit of confusion with our carryon we were asked to check. We had to go through security twice

Boarding was delayed 50 minutes. The flight going to Chicago was canceled, causing lots of problems and causing me to rebook and miss an event. I was traveling with a colleague, and he was unable to get on the same flight after 40 minutes on the phone, which meant I had to wait for him after my arrival. My flight down was delayed an hour before take off, had to sit on the plane, then 30 minutes after landing to get to a gate. No real food, only juice/ water offered for the 3.5 hours on the plane. Not a good experience.

Not having to pay to sit together. Seat cushions were worn out and breaking down sitting on metal framing, knees jammed against seat in front of me. Not a comfortable flight.

Very disappointed with cancellation, then rebooking with booked friends bumped off & then a delay of over 6 hours!! Totally disappointing & all the anxiety it caused was unacceptable. $15 food voucher to compensate is a joke!

Check-in was a nightmare. Wouldn’t let us board with our dog even though he has flown on anir Canada before. Only one of us could go. Will never fly them again.
