Filthy planes and falling apart, if that doesn't bother you we did arrive safely:-/
I didn't like that they went on strike and we as of yet have not been able to make this trip to Constantine. And my husband already went home and won't have a chance to try again. My sister and I will try tomorrow.
Unprofessional cabin crew. Glass of wine with cork floating was handed to me after the" meal" which was simply horrible.
I had a problem with my luggage when I get to Italy it was awful thank God to the etalian crew
The staff was nice
Breakfast lacked nutritional value as it was carbs only, i.e. an assortment of 3 different types of bread/cake. My friend and I unboarded the flight extremely hungry and had to find breakfast on the street in a new country while waiting for a train from casablanca to marrakesh. Also, my friend's brandnew suitcase was damaged when we received it at the casablanca airport as it was missing a wheel.
Customer service was great.
My bags where opened and my items where stolen from my luggages
The flight was timely and it was smooth flight.
The food on the flight and my table still had the coffe stains from the previous flight.
They canceled my flight forcing me to leave my vacation a day early with not even a 24 hrs notice. This resulted in me losing out on money that I had already spent on tickets, the place we were staying, parking my car etc.
