Lost luggage! No representative of the airline present at the airport. Air France contracted the service out to a 3rd party service. The service has no ability to track the missing bag or provide a time frame on its arrival.

I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.

What didn’t go wrong? The rude gate agent who procrastinated so badly we almost couldn’t get on the flight? Who then changed my 9 year old daughters seat so she was completely separated from our family with a strange? Tarmac delay? Turbulence so bad multiple people threw up? Oh, and last? They lost the only bag we checked and basically said too bad.
Delayed flight impacted my meeting with International clients. Very disappointing experience!
The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.
