It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth
I had a great travel experience as there weren't any delays and I was able to get to Mexico City on time for conference.
First time travel in economy and the worst experience I ever had ! Shame on paying 600 dollars to be in a tuna can ! Service was terrible no even water no even class no even matters your flight attendants were lazy and sloppy very bad experience! After all these years traveling in first and once I try this cause I need to go to a destination for an emergency wow shame on you !
Lost luggage! No representative of the airline present at the airport. Air France contracted the service out to a 3rd party service. The service has no ability to track the missing bag or provide a time frame on its arrival.
I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!
The boarding announcement was hard to understand and I almost missed getting on board because of the garbled announcement.
I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.

What didn’t go wrong? The rude gate agent who procrastinated so badly we almost couldn’t get on the flight? Who then changed my 9 year old daughters seat so she was completely separated from our family with a strange? Tarmac delay? Turbulence so bad multiple people threw up? Oh, and last? They lost the only bag we checked and basically said too bad.
Delayed flight impacted my meeting with International clients. Very disappointing experience!
The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.
