Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

no issues at all... Kudos to the food. This time was really really good

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.

on demand entertainment in seat back awesome Check in Kiosk too demanding with endless demand for more information information then says go to counter. Counter agent unfriendly. Do it yourself check in luggage procedure not intuitive, upset employees frustrated the whole procedure.

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

There was no entertainment at our seats. The flight was comfortable and we had leg room. The snack we had was really good.

Economy seats were surprisingly comfortable, and snacks not too bad. Checked luggage arrived at destination without problems. It was annoying to wait until last to board as lowest-tier seats but understand it’s difficult to gauge when loading a full plane At least checked carryon luggage seemed to come off first. Annoying to have to use app to order food/drink when wifi availability didn’t allow time for it. Advance communication would have helped Food on menu seemed highly processed and unpalatable, overpriced and over packaged. So maybe a good thing to have missed chance to order

Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.

Checked in is easy and it was a smooth flight from LAX to Munich

There is no recline on flight from DFW to FRA. Middle eastern airways provide better recline option for the same class. FRA to Bangalore has better recline option. I bid 100$ for premium economy, my request was declined. But staff handled it without issues.

The Lufthansa part was wonderful. The short connection flight was not.

Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.

German crew were very kind. Food was okay but can be better, especially bread was not good, Garbage collection was very poor.

Awful Terrible staff poor communication Flight delayed for an hour with no apology or explanation and no help re missing connecting flight. Resulted in a 7 hour layover at Munich waiting for another connecting flight. Only 15 euros refreshment voucher given. Will not fly Lufthansa again

The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.

Not good, the plane was warm , they were selling everything even water

The flight crew was outstanding. Small children running around and constantly crying was extremely annoying.

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.

In economy and food was ok, but with limited leg space (and I was in a 2 seat configuration) it was difficult to eat with a tiny seat tray. I spilt wine on my trousers. First time on British Air (I usually fly Turkish Air) and in a 777. Heathrow was pleasant but changing terminals awkward.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

As expected for a BA long haul flight in economy - you get what you pay for. Good leg space, in flight entertainment and food and drink provided. Staff on the return flight (overnight) we're a bit brisk and just wanted to get everyone fed and watered before turning the lights down. We're vegetarian so ordered it separately through the booking, although when we were in flight we realised there was a normal and vegetarian option anyway, and we were given vegan. This is fine, however on the return trip we were told there were no more specially ordered meals left, so be aware in case you have specific dietary requirements.

Overall good, but the fact that there was no WiFi was a big deal for me. I am not used to having no WiFi during long flights. I always fly Delta-KLM and they never have had an issue with WiFi.

Positive boarding experience, easy access to seat with plenty of luggage space

If you want the worst airlines and worst staff - British airways. They only know how to loot - as they always have throughout their lifetime of ruling countries etc.

Anyone taller than 5'9 would be cramped. If you are delayed at all, expect to lose your mind while you sit in the plane on the tarmac. Furthermore, the food and drink options/availability is extremely poor.

Was diverted to Aberdeen, then had to take a three hour bus ride to Glasgow. No one met us when we arrived here and I never received a hotel.

For a long transatlantic flight, being carted on a bus that drove around the airport for 15 minutes before getting to the location of the plane and boarding was quite frustrating.

Excellent flight, the only negative thing was excessive air conditioning, so that it was too cold.
