C$ 229 Find cheap flights from Vancouver to Guatemala City

The flight was decent again if there was a place that you could put crying children that would be great. Or maybe make a rule against allowing infants on the plane.

I bought the cheapest ticket. No meal, no checked luggage so I didn't expect much and was surprised by how good the flight and service was. Alaska is now my favorite airline.

Delayed arrival for aircraft taking us SEA to IAD. Ground crew took way too long downloading and uploading jet for our leg so 45 minutes late. But ...aircrew saved the day flying fast to get us home on time.

I had to gate check my luggage and it was a pleasant experience as I never done that procedure before. Everything went smoothly.

Friendly and on time Would have appreciated if they’d been able to help with seats etc on our other onward flights with British Airlines

staff are repeatedly appreciative of your patronage. flights were on time. One ticket counter staffer in Vancouver was very helpful in all ways.

Nice friendly staff. Did not like being in the very last row on red eye.

Crew was great. Very nice. And the bad... Do not get the aisle last row seat on a 737-900. Right next to the bathroom door! I literally saw everyone on the entire plane! Not good! Landing was a little sketchy too. Felt like we were skidding all over the runway!

Alaska airlines is the best. Best customer service, crew, and value for money.

Some entertainment and food/snack service would have been nice

I like the plane , but i was 50 mts before my fly and they didn’t let me document my luggage, so they told my that I have to leave my luggage or buy an others tickets , because they didn’t want me to give me credit for the tickets I have so that is abuse from the company , and on the line it was 5 families with the same situation equal lime mine , I think they doing business with the tickets w people ,; Mexico has a bad working people, the rip money from turists, and is bad because give bad impression of the company that is aereomexico

Airport monitors did not give the gate for our flight returning Detroit to Vancouver Juice served from glass storage containers are a far more healthy alternative for people. And would also minimize the need for recycling plastic or aluminum containers

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

I’ve been delayed for two days and I’m still stuck in Honolulu tired spending money

1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service

I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.

Not a bad flight but our priority tagged luggage was the very last to come down the carousel.

It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful

Two flights,both poor. No entertainment. Cramped and uncomfortable seats, little space, the rest was OK. Staff were acceptable good.

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

Leg room was lacking. Legs crammed into seat in front.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

The seat is too hard and my back and bottom are having servers pain
