I liked the check-in and waiting area at the airport.
I did not like that we had to walk so much to the new gate assignment.
All of it was good.
I got there.
Virtually no service. Paying for checked baggage.
the flight attendant had way too many announcements. Her script was too long.
That the flight was a bit shorter than it was suppose to be.
A bit uncomfortable, but no more than any other flight
Staff not attentive to customer needs. I asked for a blanket and the stewardess never came back to me.
The gentleman at the gate was super helpful and helped us check our bags at the gate.
Zero leg room. Zero arm room. The entertainment system did not function. No food for such a long flight unless you pay more then the food is actually worth.
Staff were friendly and worked hard.
Seats were very basic and not as good as the low cost carrier I normally fly out of the UK. Very old and noisy aircraft. Seemed little control over how much hand luggage passengers were bringing onto the aircraft.
It was on time
It was crowded and cramped.
We were probably in the air for 30 mins; great short flight. Plane wasn’t filled so had plenty of space.
The cost for the internet was great

The actual flight was fine. But leading up to it not so much.
Please inform travelers that their passport must not expire within 3-6 months of their trip to France. I was unaware of this and was not allowed on our flight in Philadelphia because my passport would expire in two months. We lost an entire day in France because I had to go to the customs office the next morning and get an emergency passport. I travel frequently, but somehow was not aware of this rule. If I had known I would have fixed the issue months ago. Multiple people viewed my ticket and passport before arriving in Philadelphia and no one caught this error until right as I was boarding the flight to Paris.
seat and seating was nice, boarding was efficient, movies okay
while the dinner was okay, the stromboli which came as a snack of sorts was terrible and caused me to be "on the run" for the next 12 hours. the last five hours of the flight and then at home were awful
First Class seating was of course better than economy.
Flight to Maui had no Mai Tai drinks available, no heated towels, no dessert, barely any service from the flight attendant(s).
Me 6’ 200 lb sitting in middle seat next to somebody that needed 2 seats for self (pls understand I’m not unsensetive nor prejudice just stating a fact). I requested to sit in last row (of both sides of plane that were empty but attendant said sears reserved for attendants - 2).
