Cons: Front desk ( reception staff) made us feel that we were a bit of a nuisance at check in and even worse on check out. The hotel was very crowded and looking at its size ,the developer has maxed out with regards to the number of rooms(accommodation) and so this made every where( pool,roof top bar etc) too busy. We felt the place was a bit of a factory/ felt like we were all just battery hens! Not luxurious as the price might suggest. It seemed to be frequented mainly by the under 35 party set!

The hotel itself is beautiful, it’s our second time here and we would never stay anywhere else when we come to Miami now. The GM, Mr Ueno, also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and welcomed. The suites are beautiful and the location of the hotel itself is the perfect. Right on Collins avenue near all shops and restaurants. We got checked as soon as we arrived which is also great as we were exhausted from our flight. Overall the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

Cons: When booking I thought I was getting Ocean view. We got an ally view. Also the resort fees are $45 and valet your car is $40 per day, our room sink wouldn't drain and shower was only cold water. Mgmt took off $90 resort fee for that. Keep looking

Pros: The location is great and we loved that we were able to utilize the pool at the SLS. The continental breakfast was very nice (great coffee). The room is very sizeable and was clean. Loved the availability of robes.
Cons: Our biggest disappointment was that there was no bar service during the day, which is why we hung out at the SLS. Also, it doesn't make sense to have a record player and vinyls in the room when the record player doesn't work, so those need to be replaced

Pros: The location is great. 1 block from the beach. You have access to the Delano beach chairs but have to get there by 10 to secure a spot.
Cons: The front staff supervisor , Alejandro or “Alex” was rude and disrespectful. We were left a note by the maids telling us we ruined one towel and will be charged $25 US for it. When I asked about the towel in question, it wasn’t even ours. It was covered in some kind of body make up neither me or my friend used. The maids had come in to take all of our towels prior to cleaning the room and threw them in their carts with other guest towels. Then they tried to blame us. When I approached the manager, he was adamant to charge us. I complained to the restaurant manager who assured us we wouldn’t be charged for an absurd complaint. Apparently, that Alex has had several complaints about him. The towel charge is a scam. We went back to our room, looked at all of our clean towels and each one had marks on them before we even used them. We brought them back to management. It’s a huge scam so be careful going to this hotel.

Pros: The food was excellent and the presentation was amazing. We stayed for Halloween and were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel was decorated. There was always something happening at the hotel that you didn't need to leave it. The staff were friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help you. The hotel even acknowledged our wedding anniversary with a bowl of fruit which was very touching. We will return.

Cons: The staff was deceiving, unwilling to help and provided the overall worst hotel experience i have ever encountered. The hotel valet staff informed me that I could leave my car parked in front for a few hours while i went to eat dinner and when I returned my car was towed. I tried to explain this to the staff as well last the managers Alvaro Diaz and Gregory Capella. They both informed me that there was nothing they could do. Even though they admitted that the valet may have given me the wrong information, there was nothing they were willing to do to rectify the situation. $281 and hours later i was able to retrieve my vehicle back. The tow company informed me that it was the hotel that called them to have the car towed and they do this all the time! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone simply based off the poor customer service and lack of training of the staff and management. They truly do NOT care about their guests or accommodating to any of their guests needs. I am currently pursuing legal action to be reimbursed for my tow, cab, time and expenses due to their error. There are plenty of choices of places to stay on Miami Beach and I would NOT recommend this one even if they are offering a better price at the time.

Cons: Had some mold in my shower in an otherwise spotless room. Had two awful experiences in the cafe. Both times the person on duty forgot about me. Had to chase him up for a beer I ordered 20 minutes prior with my meal. Another time, he left me sitting for 15 minutes without attending to me. He only had 2 tables on both occasions. Despite these bad experiences I have to say that this was just ONE person... All the other staff, including the manager, were outstanding !!!

Cons: Experienced an absolutely terrifying check-in experience by a Ms. Yomaira, causing us to cut our stay and leave after one night. Were treated with disrespect and subpar to the expected service to be provided by comparable hotels of the same class. However, in my experience with the Beverley Hills SLS Hotel, the above review of not a reflection of the staff as a whole of these hotels.

Pros: Everything about the place is ascetically pleasing, staff is super nice, people are cool and laid back, I brought my three small children there and everyone treated them like they were the cool kids on the block haha. They had a ball, and we felt comfortable, being young parents it's hard to find somewhere to go that's a good balance for our type of family.

Cons: We checked in to the first room and it was way smaller than we anticipated and after checking in we realized everything included in that room is only for two people however we booked the room for three people. We asked the Concierage for a bigger room and then changed it to a Villa which cost us three times more. Once I was getting the villa, I've asked the Concierage if Villas include breakfast and everything else for three people and the response was Yes. once we were moving to our Villa from our first room we realized the Villa only covers two people, however Ive asked the Concierage. So I had to ask them to call their manager and make sure they stand behind their promise. They had a lack of staff on the checkin day so the same person checking me in had to help me with the luggage and there were only one more person helping him to check in and check out so it caused a very long line up. Also their continental breakfast does not include any egg product. and it was very limited. breakfast was from 7:30 to 11 but everything was in a very bad shape after 10 for instance on the first day there were more than 10 flies over the berries. They had fresh brewed coffee early in the morning but by 10 pm they had the old coffee to serve people. On one day we got to the breakfast at 10:50 (before breakfast hours was done.) and we had to wait for the waiter for 13 minutes to come out and then we wanted to order omelet but he said it's past breakfast time and he can't take our order despite we were sitting there waiting for him for a good 13 minutes.

Cons: Customer service needs to improve radically, for such an expensive hotel, they're lacking of guest assistant. Just stayed for one day and encountered that the guest services speaks way to fast and they give you too many directions. Couldn't make it to the pool through the side pool because it was close even for the guests. Things that they didn't told us. The waitress at the bar acted null. Called the valet 30 minutes before I went downstairs to have my car ready and waited 25 minutes more do some dumb excuses from the valet guy, then when I claimed he started to argue with me. My fiance spent in total $500 for one night and it was a HORRIBLE experience. Never coming back.

Pros: For paying what you pay and them going ahead to feed you breakfast and dinner that’s not bad at all. My dad runs a hotel/motel and he does the same for his guests when they get cheap deals. It’s not gunna be a fancy breakfast but be thankful.

Pros: Great people good vibes. Good food and amazing staff. Sabrina was very helpful and I came to become good friends w all staff rusty Lisa and James. Make sure you see them when you come down. Atmosphere is really nice

Cons: They can be MUCH cleaner I’m sorry to put that downer the cleaning ladies are super nice but just useless space half the time they don’t want to mop the floor or properly wipe down things. It’s so simple to invest in one efficient cleaning lady to run that whole place for give me to say. And you just need everyone to go through hospitality cleaning trying even your staff in different positions . The more you guys make a cleanliness effort watch how much more money you guys all make. It takes 5$ To ten dollars at the dollar store to go get cleaning products in bulk to wipe everything down constantly for the month.
